The service is amazing. The entire experience is serene and beautiful. If I could live anywhere it would be this lakeside paradise. The service is outrageously awesome.

I spent an evening here and I absolutely loved the theme and ambience. I could totally dig the reception venue (replica of the Colosseum if you love history and all things Roman. ) food was great, service topnotch. It is without a doubt worth the visit and worth the patience in getting there past all the annoying road works.

Lake Victoria Serena Resort is one of the most beautiful and largest resort in Kampala. It is located at the bank of world's largest lake which gives you opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the lake also. Resort area is very nice and enjoyable. Buildings are well decorated and services are very good. The main building is exceptional and very beautiful design. It has two large golf fields where you can enjoy golf. For foreigners it is always open to visit.

Probably the nicest golf course in East Africa outside of Nairobi. Currently 9 holes but great setting with water on almost every hole. Upgrade to 18 holes well underway with play expected on full course by August. Great hotel and restaurant as well. A very nice place to spend the weekend.

Place is so beautiful, only that you can easily get lonely while staying there it's too quiet for life but it sure is a 5 star no doubt about that and it's good for pictures.

The best water view you can ever enjoy, Sunday is one of the best nights with a live band. The rooms are something to die for when you visit. It's got a golf pitch as well.

A plush hotel in the wilderness as it waits for the connecting road from Kajjansi. The golf course adds to the splendour of the place, but is only half developed. Service is very good; Facilities are very good.

Very great ambience, nice pool, like the idea of out door movie and band. Also nice play area especially for the children. Lunch Buffet very expensive though.

Very clean rooms and excellent view of the lake. Very nice staff… can never pass u by without saying hello with smile. Health spar and gym. Very well equipped.

Great Resort, wonderful staff, good room service, good food… You will really enjoy your stay in there… You want to play basketball or tennis? Elias is there to support you, play with you if you wanted and ensure you enjoy your time. I left with really good memories. Everything is affordable but only the boat ride on the lake is a bit costly…

Most beautiful resort in the region with activities like GOLF, boat cruise, basketball, volley, tennis, bird watching etc. Lovely staff and top notch services… never disappointed, booking is very important.

I the ambience and serenity of Lake Victoria Serena offering refreshing environment outside the noisy Kampala City with good waiters and waitresses. However, you can not stand the characters of the Private security personnel who keep on harassing guests from the time you enter to the time try to refresh yourself at the lagoon. I have never seen such unprofessional, uncultured and bad manned private security firm around an expensive facility like Serena. I have moved hotels around the globe; USA, Europe, Asia, South Africa and even Uganda but hostility of your guards is next to non. If I chose to come to Serena, just know that I have my money. Remember poppers have no space in Serena. Next time am in Uganda I hope to find a difference in the way your security/private treat guest!

Absolute serenity. One of the finest staff and quality of service especially in Citadel Restaurant. The coffee is awesome. You will think perhaps it is South American origin. But you will be surprised like me to find out that they use local origin Arabica coffee. The resort is absolutely clean. The views of lake victoria is breath taking. The laundry service is world class and absolutely cheap, even cheaper than average dry cleaner.

It's exotic. Fresh breeze from the nearby lake victoria and exquisite.

Beautiful views and fantastic service, very clean room. The walkways are a bit dark at night and it is easy to get turned around. The Wi-Fi is flakey and not all conference rooms get 4G.

The service is top notch and friendly. The food is excellent, and the gym is one of the best in the country. With the new golfing facilities and Lake Victoria view, you feel as though you have traveled on safari, when you are only about 13m from the city. Sunday's children's entertainment means you can spend a very relaxing afternoon with friends and the kids will be busy, happy while you chill.
