Very amazing place. I enjoyed the shores of Lake Victoria.

The place is so good for relaxing your minds no noise at all is only nature.

The hotel is by lake victoria with plenty of places to chill and unplug. I found it very serene with gorgeous landscaping. I enjoyed the meals here and the rooms were always clean.

Staff did their best to make us feel okay when abandoned by Rwandair for two days. Nice food and good rooms although Lake Flies horrendous at night.

The place was really cool oh my God. Was mostly attracted me, was the customer care. The customer care was up notch can you imagine!

I stayed there as a transit passenger.
The bus driver is good who took me there from the airport.
Welcome staff is also very good at the gate and at the reception.

Conveniently located if you visit the UN RSCE base, it offers accomodation and meals in a safe environment at a reasonable price. It is not Ritz, but it make you feel good.

Great customer care… Mostly from the manager… A home away from home.

The hotel is very clean, the food is good, the staff is great. But the beds are very hard, like sleeping on a table.

Checked in at 8 pm, great staff to handle your luggage to your room. Although the food was not that good and delivery was also not quick but overall it's been a good experience.

This place has been a home away from home. The staff do care about every detail and they have been so good to us. They had everything we needed and someone was available to attend to our needs 24/7.

Good, nice and quiet place. We had the 4 room appartement which has everything it needs. We did a walk to the main road (6 km) and took a taxi back. Visited a small church on the way down.

Most probably the best hotel facility I visited in Uganda. Everything was perfect in terms of food, accomodation, services and customer care.

First thing you notice is the breeze. Ample parking space. Very good for all types of occasions. A nice place to meditate. Highly recommended for family.
