Lovely rooms and very quiet.

Just spent 3 nights here. Staff were friendly, location great for travelling. Very disappointed in cleanliness. First day room was not cleaned or bed changed. Complained to staff who agreed this would be done asap. However the bed was not changed for the entire stay. When complained on check out we were told bed sheets fo not get changed. Totally different advice from 2 staff members. Clean hotel beds are a huge part of the overall comfort and this spoilt our trip.

Fabulous for the dogs. Nice and friendly staff, comfortable room. Not convinced the continental breakfast is great value for money. Its ok but basic.

Stayed at Days Inn Wetherby on our way North. Great stop, hotel always clean, staff friendly and above all it is dog friendly.

Easy to find great parking good for dogs very pleasant staff on reception excellent large room 219 comfortable beds lovely large shower soft. White towels didn’t eat there but looked good Recommended 10/10

One night stopover on route from Norfolk to Scotland, we had never stayed in a hotel within a service station before. We were pleasantly surprised; very friendly check in lady, lovely clean, bright reception area and likewise in room. Lovely big shower area.
Small bar area in reception but wine was warm as was the whole hotel, air con broken (that wasn’t the cause of the warm wine though :) )
Bed was comfy but a sleepless night due to the hot room even with window open. We chose not to pay £6.95 for a buffet style continental breakfast when there were other options available in the various eateries next door.
All in all a good place to stay for a short stopover, friendly staff, free parking, definitely happy to recommend it and would happily stay again if travelling this way in the future.

Greeted by very friendly staff, clean and bright hotel. Very economical and free parking.

Great hotel room was updated recommended for long journeys for a stop off.

We requested extra pillows, three times. No-one supplied any nor got back to us as to why we were not getting any. Reception was called again and the receptionist suggested knocking on other guest’s doors to see if they were using theirs, or not!. Disgraceful suggestion. Appears there are so many dirty pillows at the laundry, there is no over-stock. (Kay no surname). We have one pillow each and an empty plastic bag where the spare ones should be. What a joke.

Stayed here with our dog on our way up to Scotland. Arrived about 10 pm having rung ahead to say what time we were planning to arrive. Electric charge point was available for car too. Receptionist very helpful and changed our room to a downstairs one due to us having a dog. Breakfast taken at Mc Donald’s… say no more!

After a 7 hour lorry journey ended up in a shared room. I am stuck in a poor excuse of a camp bed, not even made properly and the floor is more comfortable.! the other bed is not much better either. I am not looking forward to the next few days. The staff however are mostly nice.

Big room paid £44 can’t believe what we got with the price. Friendly staff, clean room, hot shower with great pressure, very comfy bed, will stay here again for sure! Great location if travelling north on the A1.

First class accommodation just outside Wetherby but attached CTO one of the best service areas in the north it has Costa M&S W H Smiths Gregg's Burger King and other such emporium a very busy spot with both Coach and Car.

Left an expensive item behind. Housekeeping had found it before I realised I'd lost it. Helpful person called Dan arranged for it to be sent to me. Brilliant. Thank you!

Wasn't sure what to expect with it being at service station, but it was really good. Very clean room, surprisingly quiet. Only downside was sofa bed was uncomfortable, but other bed was really comfy. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

The operations manager was rude and had no empathy. His communication skils were beyond poor. Which is a shame because the hotel is very good.

Excellent! Happy mum dad and child (aaron) and our dog loved more than us we think!. Great long walks out back of hotel for dogs, and picnic areas, a nice little walk just circling the hotel even… great dog friendly child friendly bar. Def staying again only on our first night and glad booked a couple of nights. Enjoying. Everything on doorstep minute you walk out the hotel and love the little town off Wetherby, had never heard of befor and just popped to see. Little bonus two mins away… dont feel like were on a motorway… rooms are lovely spacious and quiet and clean, staff lovely all round. Staying here as visiting York and Harrogate… brilliant, convenient and great priced.

I would like to give this hotel a 10/10 for everything, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time and very clean too.

Great hotel, lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Useful having Greggs and M&S food on site as well as Starbucks and other eateries.

I Stayed here 1x night on business. The staff on check in were pleasant and helpful. The room had all basic requirements, tea and coffee, TV, shower etc … Everything was tidy and clean. The bathroom shower was a nice good size walk in shower. The bed was a little firmer then I would have liked, but didn't effect my sleep. The breakfast was a standard continental help yourself buffet offering croissants, toast, cheese ham fruit and cereals. This hotel is part of the motorway services, so for any meal options you have Greggs, Burger King, M&S and Arlos kitchen next door. Although basic stay, nothing wrong or to complain about. Good night stay, room quiet and good place to get your head down while travelling.

The room was great with a comfortable bed and had free Wi-Fi and I wasn't bothered by noise even with the window open. The staff were very helpful in providing everything we needed.

Had to stop on a drive from Teesside to Pencoed, so tired. Although only spent a few hours in the bedroom I was very impressed with cleanliness and comfort. Price … well although an expensive nap it certainly indicated value for money in a more normal stay period.

As a person who has mobility issues and can't walk I find it difficult to use the toilet I fell twice after using it and Not only did they provide me with a wheel chair to use they have picked me up after the falls both times I would recommend that if you have any of these issues they all go that extra mile from the front desk to the cleaning staff you are truly unique and amazing people you make the world a better place.

Value for your money. Spacious room, but not too sure about the cleanliness. Overall I would stay here again.

This place for stay very very good. My kids like room very much. All night sleep very comfortable. And very good morning and then we leave the room. Hotel staff very good and helpful. The place very nice for everyone. We are come again very soon.

Spacious and clean hotel room with a lovely modern bathroom. We stopped for 1 night to break the journey up whilst travelling between Scotland and the South East of England and suited us perfectly. Convenient as located right next to the services on the A1 so is ideal for food and fuel. Rooms were not noisy considering we were close to the motorway. Comfy bed, plenty of mirror space and use of hairdryer and tea/coffee facility in room too. Wifi was excellent, instant access. Must add — Room also came with free android phone to make calls and use internet too.

Room large and comfortable but decor a little tired. Very quiet despite its location by a motorway. Would stay again.

We stayed overnight on a long journey north. I was sceptical about this hotel given the low price, but found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nearby in the service station there is a Costa for breakfast, although you can also buy breakfast in the hotel.

Really great budget hotel. Rooms are clean, warm, comfy and modern with ample plug sockets and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom/wet room looked newly refurbished and the shower was wonderfully powerful. The staff were lovely and it's handy having a bar behind reception. Nice and close to the entrance to the service station which is great for a morning Costa fix!

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any breakfast so unable to comment. Would definitely stay here again.

We'll appointed room and a good bar area too. Very good value for a stay enroute and a pretty good location for the local area too.

Well where do I start… arrival was fantastic! Staff brilliant. Building fantastic and clean. Then we get to our room (211) as soon as we walked in the room was freezing cold, it was November 3rd but thought there'd be some heat in there similar to hallway temp… whilst settling in we realised the closed window had had a terrible draft coming through which answered our question as to why room was so cold. Also the bathroom was freezing there was no heat at all in there. Once we got heater sorted room warmed up lovely but had to have it on constantly. Plus other downfalls of this room 211 it gets noisy as it's first room nearest lift so you get noisy people constantly walking past talking loudly and footsteps walking past. Plus people thinking it's funny knocking your door late at night Also we had a 2 night stay. Towels, bed, tea and coffee etc were changed but our cups weren't cleaned/changed.

Whilst rooms were generally fine and clean; the main stairwell did not appear to have been cleaned during our stay!

I think its a lovely place to stay and it a great family freindly place too. The rooms are spacoius and have all that you need and more. The staff are friendly and approchable but its cleanlyness isnt that great and its cost is fair but doesnt allways incude breakfast. So allways check 1st otherwise its more cost. There are services across the road from it but the prices are very high. The kids of mine enjoyed the stay too as we had a family room.

Just passing through on a National Holiday thing. Very expensive but friendly bar staff.

Being honest I wasn't expecting much from the hotel but was pleasantly surprised to find it is actually the nicest hotel I have stayed in. It was clean and easy to check-in and out. Ideally the bedding could have been larger, it felt like a double sized quilt on a king-size bed. But I certainly would stay again.

Booked room. Phoned to confirm two cots. Arrived to be told only one cot available and only one cot permitted in any case. So two tired babies and no accommodation. absolutely disgusting. 300 miles from home and no option but to drive home.

Awful, poor quality bed. Worst of all was the room temperature. Like an oven. No air con or fan provided. Open the window and the noise from Services is deafening. Terrible sleep due to the awful bed and the heat. Awake from 4am. It was nice & clean though, and the breakfast was very nice with a good choice.

Based at nearby service station with costa/gregs/m&s/shops around the complex, plenty of parking, clean, modern and slick shower/bathroom… pound for pound the best hotel room around.

Located on wetherby services where major works being done took over 20 min to park and longer to get out. 2 single beds in room positioned right next to each other might as well be a double bed 2 blokes sharing not good. Rooms clean tidy not many channels worked on TV staff pleasant.

Good stop off location when travelling up to Scotland. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Very easy parking!

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with this hotel no hot food at night resulting in having to go to shops next door where my daughter didn't get anything to eat as the choice for kids was poor.
. Shower was shocking water going everywhere even almost out onto bathroom floor got soaked trying to shower kids …
breakfast was poor choice for kids poor and after having paying for breakfast had to go and pay for food again soon after
sorry but wouldn't be staying here again.

We booked several rooms for our staff. Rooms clean and well presented. Hotel was a little loud for me.

Bad experience. Really liked hotel and was basic good clean room amazing shower. But paid for late check out and was called and woken up asked to leave! No money refunded sleep ruined.

Very comfortable with easy access to Stocked park and wetherby.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days, do not be put off by the site as its a motorway stop. Great value.

Nice room staff friendly! We book on phone which was very difficult as the young lady did no whereabouts we wanted to stay even though we told her the post code and address but spent £5 just trying to book by phone. But hotel vey nice and helpful, clean modern. I would recommend.

I always use this venue when going to the Leeds festival and they are very accommodating friendly and not too far away from the venue.

We arrived to be told our booking, from their own website, couldn't be found. We had to insist in the original price and room type being honoured — staff tried to give us smaller room at higher price. No soap in the room in the morning — we were delayed. Free Wi-Fi advertised all over website and hotel, even in-room. When asked to use it was told it wasn't free. Yes, it's advertised as free but it isn't free, was their answer. Weeks after my stay I received a charge notice from the parking company: hotel staff had forgotten to pass on my car's details and I was being charged for parking. Took a long while to find a contact person at hotel who could sort out. WAY too much hassle. Will not return.
