The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. This was my second time staying here and I would highly recommend it. If you need to use a sat nav when leaving the hotel, you either need to put the hotel address in or start driving as if you use the "my location" option, the sat nav thinks you are on the motorway.

Room was very basic, but clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should. Breakfast was 'okay ' — food wasn't the best quality and portions were small. Staff were good — friendly and efficient.

I wanted to book for a big family birthday. I emailed several times but didn't get a response. Very disappointed.

The hotel has two parts an older part and a modern extension. We were in the older part which had bigger rooms. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel is near a main road but the windows did a great job at keeping out the noise. Wouldn't be so good if you liked to sleep with the window open but it was fine for us. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.

A great hotel, recently refurbished so rooms are really comfortable and of a high standard will be staying again if I am in the area.

Was only there from 10pm to am but it was nice and cosy. The staff are helpful and very pleasant and the breakfast area (and breakfast it's self) was great. Overall enjoyed my stay and the hotel and would recommend.

Absolutely great stay at Wakefield limes, Sarah was lovely and looked after us really well! Even tho this hotel is literally less than 3 miles away from our house we will definitely be staying here again!

Good value, friendly, very nice bedrooms and dining room all clean and tidy. ☺☺☺. Full English breakfast was only average.

Nice hotel no climate control though and room got very hot. Staff were lovely.

Lovely quiet place and lovely location. Off the main road and by a picturesque church. Walkable distance to nearby village with an amazing pub (Unicorn Inn). Breakfast very nice and service really good. Very happy with our stay.

Convenient location, with the 110 service straight to Leeds central bus station, friendly staff, lovely breakfast (included) and a great price. Next to the motorway but you wouldn't hear a thing. Will book again as half the price of an ibis but youre actually treated as a human!
