I would give zero star if possible, I've never had worse customer service. I called past midnight desperately looking for a room and was met with the rudest reception I've ever experienced. I'm assuming I was speaking to the owner, he firstly hung up on me before I'd finished my question. Then when I called back, mostly out of disbelief and to give him a piece of my mind as that was incredibly rude, I was spoken over and then hung up on again. No where on the website does it say no calls after the stroke of twelve. If that is the case then put the phone to voicemail and update your website. I wasn't calling at this time for the fun of it, but because it was an emergency, and I'm still shocked at the abject lack of manners and basic customer service. I can't imagine anywhere that behaves in such a manner is a decent place to stay. My recommendation would be to avoid.
