Worst people to dral with.
Dirty apartments bad customer service. No toilet roll and electricity went off and ni keys provided. Save your money and book some were else. These guys are a rip off service. I cant belive the reviews are real for them as I booked through expedia and they had good reviews but there all fake I suspect. Worst worst apartment I have ever stayed in.
Stay well clear. Luring underage girls by the manager and another man. Disgusting vile ppl. No woman should go here.

Stayed there a week ago. Very disappointed. Found out there were no towels when my partner was already in the bath! Contacted agent who sent me to another room to collect fresh towels, alas none there either. Had to revert to using loo roll to dry herself! There was no milk in the fridge, no butter, no fruit, no cereals. There were a lot of eggs and a selection of preservatives and 4 slices of white bread but that was it. In the wardrobe there was a pair of socks and a box of condoms. This obviously hadn’t been checked/cleaned. We were informed towels would have been delivered following our return to the room after our night out at the theatre. They were not! Having read more of the reviews on Booking. Com now there seems to be a theme regarding towels and breakfast items. The apartments have so much potential, but have not been maintained very well. Several door handles were hanging off and one did fall off whilst staying there! The agent offered several excuses but I’m not sure these were genuine. Eventually he stopped responding to my texts. We were asked to pay the cleaner in the morning but as he/she had not arrived by 8.45 we left part payment and the keys. I texted the agent who did not respond. I gave him the opportunity to respond when I informed him we had been asked to review the apartment. He offered a further monetary discount. I said that it was not about the money but about courtesy and customer care. Such a shame, wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.
