Fabulous stay at Phoenix Court. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Room 21 has great sea view. Breakfast was delicious, obviously high quality produce, lots of choice and cooked beautifully. The honesty bar is such a great idea, well stocked and very reasonably priced. Also loved the little bottles of fresh milk that you could help yourself to. Would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous family run hotel. We will definitely return.

Loved staying at the Phoenix Court. It has the best views of Scarborough from the bedroom window! Donna and Mike have been amazing, would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Just got home after spending 3 nights at your stunning home the Phoenix Court in room 15. What can one say about your place will if I was to give it a star rating it would just have to be 5* on every thing you get, from the room to breakfast and the our hosts Donna and Mike. Nothing is too much trouble for then to make your stay perfect even with the restriction from Covoid-19 you feel safe at ease and welcome. I have stopped in 4* hotels but I must say this is was much better well done Donna and Mike we will be back with you if you will let us? lol

Stayed 3 nights in room 8 and wow it’s the best sea view we have ever seen and been coming to Scarborough for over 30 year.
Donna and mike are excellent hosts can’t do enough for you and the breakfast was delicious. Look forward to booking again.
Wayne said just 1 fault and that is mike being a Leeds fanbut he really hopes they do well next season. Xx.

Just had 4 nights stay in room 17 en suit is great lovely room great views over north bay great breakfast great every time I stay social distancing in place Donna Mike and family are great would highly recommend to all hope to be back soon.

First time visiting here and definitely not the last very welcoming atmosphere and the description is as it says, great variety of different rooms and a very lovely family highly recommend.

Absolutely unreal experience staying here, just returned from our 4 night stay with my girlfriend and never been to another place to stay for a few nights and felt like home, very welcoming as soon as I walked in, the room was outstanding and fitted the room description spot on following with a beautiful sea view, full english breakfast was so good to wake up to and seeing the family work together was lovely. Definitely recommend to stay there and we will be returning.

Nice clean room with sea views, fabulous breakfast, and a lovely warm welcome from Donna, Mike and Ella.
We felt very welcome and our daughter absolutely loved her stay.
We would highly recommend, and look forward to staying again in the future. X.

Just had a brilliant weekend, clean, welcoming and an amazing views with a beautiful breakfast, lovely stay as always wouldnt go anywere else thank you x.

Nice place to stay and in walking distance to the beach and also come with onsite parking for guests so no need for parking on the road. Lots to choose from for breakfast but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs with your suitcase and after you have gone out for food.

Well situated in the middle of North and South beaches. Short walk either way and only 20 min walk to the open air theatre. Near to plenty of different types of pubs, restaurants and take always. Easy to find and the added benefit of a free parking space. The room was very clean and comfortable the breakfast was lovely with many options available. The owners have a good knowledge of allergen requirements and went out their way to cater for us. The owners were very nice and welcoming and I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. I will definitely make it my first choice for future stays and a good review is very much deserved.

Just got back from a few days away & I can honestly say we was made really welcome by all the family, such a lovely place, very clean & breakfast was lovely, fantastic views from our room, cant recommend this place enough, will be going back… thanks mike & donna xx.

Stayed here last night in a lovely clean room on the top floor with amazing views, very friendly and welcoming staff who are very down to earth was like home from home. Lovely breakfast and the honesty bar is a fab idea at brilliant prices. Will definately be returning.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Phoenix Court and we have nothing but praise for our stay!
We had a lovely welcome from Donna, Mike and Denise who made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in, our family room was lovely, and our 2 children thought it was great that they each had a chocolate waiting for them on their beds & and a fruit juice each morning when the rooms were cleaned!
We came with my in-laws who had a room opposite us on the same floor, their room was also lovely.
We thought the idea of an honesty bar was great, and we were able to help ourselves to milk for drinks in our room throughout the day.
All 6 of us were very inpressed by breakfast and the selection of food was fantastic and the food was always so fresh.
Without hesitation I would recommend Phoenix Court to anyone heading upto Scarborough, a fantastic stay, run by a truly lovely family!

New owners since last visit. Welcoming and room was over looking the sea. Comfortable large bed perfect position.

We had an excellent 3 nights at Phoenix Court, best seaviews around! Hosts are very welcoming, the new breakfast area is lovely & fresh, great having a parking space too, knowing you can go out for the day & haven't got to look for somewhere to park when you return! Donna, Mike & Denyse couldn't do enough to make our stay so enjoyable, thankyou for a lovely stay, will be back! :)

The sea view was simply stunning. Our room was much larger than I expected and loved the king size bed. Breakfasts were amazing.

Fantastic views over North Bay really big rooms great service and breakfast, and private car park.

We had a really nice time. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was extremely nice and would recommend this b&b to my family and friends a very pleasant and friendly service.

A great place for a short break by the sea.

Was made really welcome upon arrival. Donna and Mike made us feel welcomed. It's our 2 second visit here and will make sure we come again. The sea view room was just perfect. And the breakfast served was fantastic. Nice selection of breakfast meal available. Will be coming back in the near future.

As of 20 July 2017 – the date of our one-night stay — Phoenix Court has been under new ownership, and it all seemed to us to be going swimmingly well. Warm welcome from the new owners – ex teachers, Donna and Mike – then settled into a lovely first floor room with a spectacular view. After a good night’s sleep, we had an excellent full English breakfast, then set off for The Borders with a generous and tasty Phoenix Court packed lunch. The off-street parking was a bonus for us (car + two bikes) and the room rate seemed very reasonable for the time of year. We would happily return and hope to. Meantime, we can recommend this good place, very highly indeed.

I was visiting a guest there. Her room was very nice and clean and has a sea view. The proprietors were very helpful and friendly.

Great little Bnb. Owners are very welcoming. Rooms are clean with all the basics you need… The views from the rooms are outstanding… Breakfast is the best you will find with most of the produce sourced locally.

Great location, amazing view over the bay, lovely quiet location but right next to the castle but just a short walk to town centre. Friendly hosts who do the best vegie and full english breakfasts. Lovely and clean. Will definately be staying here next time we get the chance to go to scarborough. Thanks for a really relaxing & much needed chill out weekend.

Beautifully situated hotel, very clean and nicely decorated. The prospect of the sea from her room just great. The staff is very friendly, a hotel to feel good. We would always book.
