Just had a lovely relaxing stay with Judy and Dave! Nothing too much trouble! Refreshments on arrival! Gorgeous breakfasts! we will definitely be returning! x.

Another stay in this lovely guest house Judy and Dave are great hosts very friendly, comfy beds clean tidy rooms and the breakfast is the best ever it's also in a very good location right next to the park and the sea front is 5 mins walk all in all its the place to go too when in scarborough.

Absolutely fantastic b&b! Dave & Judy are very welcoming hosts and couldn’t do more for me, my partner & our 5 month old baby. Dave even helped my partner carry our stuff from the car to the room! The room was brilliant, very spacious, had everything we needed. Judy went above and beyond to ensure our little boy could come with us, she made sure we had a travel cot and a room with a bath. Breakfast was 10/10 just what we wanted! Judy even provided a 5 month old friendly high chair for him to sit in. Parking right outside the b&b. All in all would 1000000% recommend the sunningdale and we will be back in June. Thank you so much. Kaysey, Liam & Karter x.

We arrived at Sunningdale yesterday for a two night stay. We were welcomed by Dave and Judy and immediately felt at home. Dave made us a cuppa and carried our bags to our room whilst we we sat in the Lounge with Judy and she gave us useful information about restaurants etc. Judy showed us to our room and we were impressed with the solid furniture, attention to detail and lovely bathroom. After a great nights sleep we had an amazing breakfast. The B&B is in an excellent location next to Peasholme Park, 5 minutes walk to the sea front, 2 minutes from the cinema and across the road from the best fish n chip shop. Another night to go but we can’t thank Dave and Judy enough for welcoming us into their beautiful home x.

Stayed here for the weekend absolutely fantastic guest house will definitely be going back again Judy the owner is an absolutely lovely lady nothing is too much trouble

Just returned from a break in Scarborough where we stayed at this B & B. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The hosts David are Judy are very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast with lots of choices including fresh fruit. Sunningdale is just oppposite Peasholm Park and has disc parking outside. I would highly reccommend staying here and hope to return.

Lovely B&B clean with good decor very helpfull and friendly couple who run it. And a lovely breakfast in the morning.

Friendly hard working owners keep a very clean and tidy bed and breakfast in a good location short walk to beach and within walking distance of town centre ideal for Cleveland Way.

It's in an ideal place by Peasholm park and a short walk to North Bay. Lovely hosts who can't do enough for you.

Went for the weekend. Reasonable price. Nice and clean and Judys cooked breakfast kept us going all day. Definitely will go again. Judy and David very friendly.

I received a really warm welcome from Judy & David & throughout my stay nothing was too much trouble. They are friendly & helpful. The full English breakfast was the best I have had & was very filling. I did not feel out of place being a solo guest as conversation flowed easily between guests & our hosts. My first visit will not be my last as I intend to book again later this year & will also recommend to friends & relations.

What a lovely welcome when you arrive. The rooms are a great size, very clean and tidy. Judy and David do a great job. The breakfasts are massive, more than enough to keep you going. The guest house is opposite the park which is a nice place to walk around and it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be coming again.
