Came home yesterday from a 3 night stay with Ed and Sue at the Atlanta Guest House and what a fabulous 3 nights it was. We had room 3 at the front and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean and a super king sized bed that was ever so comfy. The room had everything you need. Tea and coffee facilities, large flat screen TV small fridge good en-suite luxurious bedding. The room was spacious very well decorated and always nice and warm. Food was always of an excellent quality and extremely well cooked whether it was breakfast or evening meal. Very good choice as well for a small Guest House. Can’t wait till our next visit which is already booked. Forgot to mention Covid safety requirements all in place and adhered to. Thanks Ed and Sue for a super stay.

Fantastic 4 night break last week. Ed and Sue are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent home cooked food both breakfast and evening meals.

We stayed at the Atlanta Guest House for 3 nights, (left today). Ed and Sue are great hosts, we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing, really lovely and we also had an evening meal which was great. Nothing was too much trouble, a fantastic place to stay, our room was clean and spacious. Can’t wait to go back even though we have just returned from yet another wonderful stay at The Atlanta where Eddie and Sue did their utmost, as always, to ensure that the beautifully decorated rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Our Premium Room had a superb super king sized bed with luxurious linen which guaranteed a magnificent nights sleep. Breakfast was extremely tasty with an excellent choice including prime produce from Trotters and every night we looked forward to Sue’s delicious home cooked meals; all of which are perfectly cooked and professionally presented from locally sourced ingredients. The hotel itself is situated within short walking distances of Peasholm Park, the town centre and beaches. There is always a warm welcome at The Atlanta. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday and look forward to returning soon. Definitely 5 stars every time.

Sue’s cooked breakfast is amazing and with ingredients sourced locally. As well as Fruit, Jams, yoghurts and homemade granola on offer too!
We are starting our day off with full stomachs.
Eddie and Sue were perfect hosts, accommodating to all of our needs and also offering helpful recommendations about where to visit in Scarborough and surrounding areas.
I will recommend Atlanta to anyone who is wanting to visit Scarborough Thank You, Lauren and Ben x.

Cobwebs and spiders on ceiling plus a wet spot in the corner above my bed, didn't like the nylon duvet, only 2 tiolets rolls, no proper hand rail on stairs, also porch and entrance wasn't clean. And the hanging bell above the front entrance every time we came in and out gave me headache.

Always received with a warm and welcoming chat. Never had to request anything as all our needs were met from arrival to leaving

Well what can we say! Was our 1st visit to Scarborough and we are so glad we picked the atlanta! Edd and Sue were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble! We travelled on a motorbike and they provided us with secure parking, which in most places this is unheard of! Our room was absolutely lovely, with everything you could possibly need! Spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy bed! The breakfast at atlanta was outstanding from a full English, to an amazing eggs benedict and loads of lovely other options! I can highly recommend sues homemade granola, I had it every morning! All food is locally sourced which I think is amazing. Top quality! Roughly a 10 min walk into the town centre or beach! I would not hesitate to recommend the atlanta and would 100% stay again when we next visit Scarborough! Thanks Edd and sue for an excellent 5 night break!

Just got back from staying in the Atlanta Guest House in Scarborough absolutely awesome breakfast and evening meal, Sue and Ed excellent hosts nothing was any trouble will definitely be returning in the near future thank you both so much for making us feel welcome and making our 4 night stay memorable x.

Authentic warm welcome. Great breakfast locally sourced vegetarian offerings, as well as local farm produced offering. Theres plenty of 'local coffee' and Yorkshire tea.
Even fish finger sandwich as evening meal. Delicious.
Room clean, above comfortable standard, outstanding value. Easy walk to quite end of town with traditional sea side fun also close by.

Just had a week in Scarborough and stayed at The Atlanta.
Sue and Eddie are a great couple and couldn't be more helpful, Breakfast great and evening meals are really worth having. Room was really comfortable and has everything you could need. I had my motorcycle with me and the trailer, there was secure parking for both the trailer and bike at no extra cost, this was a great relief as this is very, very hard to find. I would really recommend The Atlanta for your stay in Scarborough, I will probably return there next year and the first place I will stay at is The Atlanta. Thanks again to Sue and Eddie.

Just spent a weekend with my fiancee, our room was spotless, comfortable and had ample tea and coffee supplies, the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful and had a wide knowledge of the area and directed us to some lovely local attractions. We would definitely recommend this quest house and we will certainly book here again next time we visit Scarborough.

Stayed here three times now and won’t stay anywhere else in Scarborough. Ed and Sue are very friendly and welcoming, all rooms are spotlessly clean and have a well stocked refreshment tray and flat screen tv. Breakfast is excellent and all tastes are catered for, highly recommend the Atlanta to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Scarborough.

Please, I beg you! Stay a night or two or more in the Atlanta Guest House. It is brilliant and you can visit all the Scarborough sights by foot!

Had a lovely couple of days away at the Atlanta. Second time this year for us, can definitely recommend. The room was spotless, excellent breakfast and we had an evening meal which was delicious as well. If you are staying in Scarborough this is a top notch guest house, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Mother and son went to this hotel amazing never had a better place to stay ed and sue are amazing very friendly the breakfast is out of this world stayed a few times and never disappointed.

A lovely hotel, rooms were comfortable, clean, with all the amenities you could need. Ed & Sue were very friendly and helpful ensuring you had a wonderfull stay. Breakfast was top notch, absolutely delicious just what we needed before a lovely stroll down to the park. Will definately be staying again.

Stayed for two nights in October 2014 to do some coastal walking and visit Filey Food Festival. Accommodation was great value, clean, well equipped and comfortable. (Single room not en-suite — shared toilet /shower — no issues) Parking on street available with visitor permit provided on arrival. Peasholm Park is at the bottom of the street and The North Bay is less than 10 minutes walk away as is the town's main shopping area. The hosts were welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at this type of accommodation. Next time I'm in Scarborough I will certainly try to book in here first.

Just married and had 4days here. We've been to lots of hotels before but none compare to here. Don't let the distance to the town centre put you off as its not that far. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed from 8aug/11aug and the hosts sue and eddie made you feel right at home the room we stayed was no9 well laidout super clean our own sitting room/ensuite evrything about the room was excellent as for the breakfast the choices were superb I would highly recommend the eggs bendict its to die for I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel our stay was that good we were going to stay another day but work comitments stopped us but we will return thanks for your hospitality.
