The B&B is set in the beautiful village of Hutton Le Hole. The owners welcomed us with tea and cake upon arrival and were very welcoming and the room was nice and large and well kept. I would recommend staying here if wanting a base for the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

The owners, Lesley and Stewart, are friendly and very personable. We were very impressed with our lovely room (Bransdale) along with the four poster bed and pretty ensuiťe with its picture view over the garden. Fabulous breakfast too.

We stayed at Burnley House for one night, using it as a base for cycling out from the village. Secure bike storage is available if required. Situated in lovely Hutton-le-Hole we received a warm friendly welcome and were shown to our comfortable room. Next day's breakfast was delicious. The only reason that I've not awarded 5 stars is that the bed was too firm for my liking although I realise that this is personal preference.

Very friendly and excellent accommodation. Would definitely recommend you stay here. I will definitely going back but for longer this time.

We stayed here for 3 nights on the recommendation of a friend. We had the most amazing time. Stuart and Lesley are a lovely couple and fantastic hosts. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the village and the breakfast was 1st class! We cannot wait to return next year (or sooner if we have the chance).

Friendly owners, lovely space, great breakfast!

Fantastic! Stayed with my retired parents and my 12 year old daughter for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Burnley House in every way. The breakfast was outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, very clean, comfortable and perfect location within walking distance to the pub, ice cream and chocolate factory! We will definitely be back! Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

I stayed here for the night recently and loved it. Apart from the obviously beautiful location the room was stunning with so many lovely little extras and breakfast was amazing. The warmth from the owners was lovely! Felt very welcome and at home and would definitely stay here again! Only thing I could fault was the price… I really think they could have charged more for what they offer and I would've been happy to pay it.

Just stayed with my sister & our Westies. Having stayed many times previously we wouldn't stay anywhere else, it is (home from home). Lesley & Stuart are so friendly & everything is superb, from the accommodation, excellent breakfast and little treats in our room such as local chocolates, biscuits & tea, coffee & chocolate sachets.
I would recommend a stay at Burnley House as I know you won't be disappointed but leave a room for us later in the year as we will definitely be returning!

What a gem of a place this is! From the warm welcome (with tea and cakes) right to the moment we left, everything we needed was there, even a weather forecast for home! The room was lovely and the locally sourced breakfast fantastic. Hosts Andrew and Joan clearly love the job they do — and they couldn't do it any better. We will be back.
