Great place to stay and experience a very comfortable and welcoming stay.

We have had a fabulous few days at Roslyn House hosted by Judith and Bob. The guest house is inviting lovely and clean bedroom was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing a good start to the day (especially the sausages). We came as friends and left as friends will go again. Thank you for a lovely midweek break Judith and Bob xx.

Excellent B & B. Judith and Bob are very welcoming and make it feel like home form home. Great breakfasts set you up for the day exploring Nidderdale.

The location is perfect, only bettered by Bob's breakfast, it's truly worth going to Roslyn House to experience his big breakfast! Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with little treats on the tea and coffe tray… Bob and Judith are wonderful hosted and always up for a joke or two to make you feel at home… Patley Bridges central B&B, you are only 30 seconds away from the main High Streer and the olde world shops to enjoy…

Small but comfortable rooms intended for couples. Theirs was probably the nicest mattress we experienced on our week-long cross-country trip. The proprietress's genuine love of the business and meeting people really made an impression on us. Be prepared for an enormous, tasty breakfast — — this hostess makes sure her guests are well-fed!

Stayed for two nights as my husband was taking part in Nidderdale Sportive. Clean, comfortable room, wonderful breakfasts and welcoming hosts. Felt quite at home. Liz and Lawrence put bike fuel (bananas) out for a cyclists breakfast and these were very welcome.

Just had a perfect overnight stay at Roslyn house a warm friendly welcome on arrival, we where given fresh milk not UHT which was great for a welcome cuppa on arrival, biscuits and choccies very welcome after a long drive, the superior double with walk in shower was lovely and spacious, very clean, décor was brilliant a lot better than some 4* hotels we've stayed in after a comfy nights sleep breakfast was very good lots of choice and taste catered for full English plus more very tasty we didn't eat for hours after! Yummm Would highly recommend this and would stay there again on our next trip to the gorgeous Pateley Bridge and Nidderdale show.

What a delightful B and B this is. From the moment we stepped over the threshold we were treated to a very warm welcome, an excellent clean and well proportioned room and the cooked breakfast was to die for (just need to diet now). We will definitely be spreading the word and would not hesitate to stay again if we go back that way.
