We booked two rooms for the camberley but unfortunately got put next door at the lodge, with everything (COVID) happening in the world I would have thought cleanliness would have been top priority, how very wrong I was. Having booked last minute due to last minute work commitments we booked here, with 9.2 on booking. Com we thought an £80 a night bnb would be perfect. Arriving later than scheduled, we had no choice but to stay, tea staines on the draws, out of date milk, sticky carpet, disgusting stained remote, staines on the bedding, and cup marks on the side table (which I cleaned off) And orange stained coloured bedding under the bed sheets. I feel this is more of a hostel type stay rather than an £80 a night stay bnb with breakfast not included.
Not only was the one bottle of sanitizer empty but the overall feel was as though the owners had given up. A half used toilet roll, which was the cheapest you could buy (more like tracing paper) and half used shower gel, this really wasn’t a good experience.
I do not leave reviews but the overall experience upset me so much I feel I had to leave this review.
