A gorgeous family run holiday site with different options available for your stay. Super friendly animals dotted around for a peaceful and relaxing feel 🦙🐐🐑

Site was nice and farmyard was cute but you had to pay extra for literally everything including Wi-Fi which ‘is only good enough to get emails through’ and you had to drive somewhere to get 4g to pay for it. You have to take everything yourself including bedding, washing up stuff etc. You have to build the bed yourself which we didn’t mind but it didn’t fit together properly so wasn’t the best. Found the farmer (Percy I think) to be rude when we arrived as he essentially told us to go away until 3pm check in time even though we were only 15 mins early and had driven for over 2 hours. The lady in the shop was very friendly however. Nice idea but poorly executed I would find somewhere else for next time.

Booked last minute couple of days away with husband and 8 year old son at Humble Bee 🐝 We loved all of it, beautiful premium lodge with hot tub was perfect for us. Loved the breakfast in the cafe on site was gorgeous, and loved meeting the animals and collecting conkers 🌟 Only a short drive to Scarborough which is perfect for days out. We can’t wait to come back again 💖

Just got back from a fabulous 4 night stay everything so nice and clean. Felt very safe especially with farmer Percy doing his regular rounds. People where friendly and respectful of noise curfew. Having 2 children with autism we love to find these little quiet gems. Perfect, we will be back, my daughter is already missing Tilly the pony.

Stayed in the deluxe wigwan for the first time as a couple this weekend, would 100% recommend to others and we would definitely return! The facilities were great, accommodation was really nice and clean. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. Also ordered the pizzas on the Saturday and they were delicious!

Just returned from a lovely weekend glamping. A real gem of a find. A warm welcome from everyone on the farm, especially the litter of puppies. Lots for the kiddies to do and see and a really friendly and clean site. You pay a premium price but you get a top class site. Well worth the money and would recommend a visit. Well located for beautiful beaches also.

What a gorgeous place! Amazing for kids of all ages. It was exactly what our family needed. Beautifully clean and the staff really lovely. Especially the couple working in the cafe/bar whom we bonded with over cricket 🏏 🤣🤣 So clean and the bell tents super cosy. We will absolutely be back! Thank you team Humble bee 🐝

Had a fantastic mid week family break over Easter holidays. Stayed in a yurt which was the perfect mix of camping for the kids & luxury for us adults! Everyone was friendly & helpful & the kids loved meeting all the farm animals, especially taking Tilly for a walk. Will be returning soon.

What a lovely relaxing place! We’re just back from two nights in a wigwam. Nice and cosy, very clean, everything you need. Hot tub was lovely, good shower and nice and warm. The site is great, lives waking up to the sound of lambs. Not far from the seaside a great location would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing day today with the kids at humblebee farm for the lambing event. The staff were so friendly and down to earth, the animals were also friendly. I was so lucky to even get the chance to help welcome a lamb into the world which will definitely be a memory ill treasure forever! Thankyou so much for a fantastic day, Next time I come ill be down for the weekend, let me know if you need me to come work whilst I stay lol! ❤️

We had the best afternoon at the lambing event even got to see one being born it was amazing thank you so much the staff were lovely!

Just returned from a weekend stay in swallows nest cottage, the cottage itself was stunning, decorated for Christmas with the lovely backdrop of the farm, everything was clean and staff where very welcoming, we had a few issues with hot water going off and on but it was soon sorted and didn’t effect our little break away, this was the first time we had taken our fur baby on a holiday and we picked this place as it was dog friendly However We would absolutely come back but we wouldn’t bring the dog, I feel that maybe a fence could be placed just behind the cottage wall as on arrival as soon as we opened the doors he could jump the wall and wonder off which isn’t ideal on a working farm, the 4 of us could not be in the hot tub together as someone needed to be in the cottage with the dog as he couldnt be left to roam the patio due to him continually jumping the wall and us having to get him back each time, on saying that we had a lovely time, the cottage, the farm and views where beautiful and plenty of lovely walks to take the dog, Thankyou again x.

Recently had a weekend break in a deluxe wigwam and would highly recommend! The site is beautiful, accommodations are lovely and had everything we needed! A great base for some peace and quiet but close enough to local attractions if you want to get out and about. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous time pumpkin carving and Halloween trail. Great family time spent here. Very friendly staff. Beautiful place.

We spent last weekend glamping after picking up a bargain through a cancellation! I can't recommend this place enough! The staff were lovely, the pizzas were amazing and the site is wonderful! we can't wait to come ome back and have already recommended it to family and friends. We brought our children along and they are 16 years old, 1 years old and 3 weeks old! There was something for everyone and we all loved it!

Lovely walks, lovely sites, lovely accommodations.
Luckily the weather was on our side so could enjoy the hot tub, however would be lovely all times of year.

Yurt was a great introduction to glamping. Just lovely. Had all the required extras like the fire pit and bbq. Shower/toilet facilities were clean (given it was a busy weekend I wasn’t too sure what to do expect). Other campers respectful of the quiet time.

We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe camping pod! The boys had a ball, everything spotless clean. They loved the hot tub, toasting marshmellows, BBQ, meeting lots of new friends and their favourite part was meeting all the animals. They loved it so much and didnt want to leave to do the rest of our road trip, we surprised them at the end of our trip with another 2 nights — we got a cancellation in the bell tents. They were over the moon! We will definatly be returning next year. Humble bee you are a hidden Gem 💚

A simply stunning location to not only connect with nature but with family too! We spent two wonderful nights here. The wigwam was cosy, spotlessly clean and great fun. No Wi-Fi (with two teenagers 18 &15! ) meant the evenings were for quality family time which was spent around the fire-pit toasting marshmallows and talking together. Thank you Humble Bee Farm. We made memories to last a lifetime 🐝

Have stayed here a few times now, both in the pods & in the cottages. Great place, the kids love meeting new friends and playing up in the field, highly recommended!

Had a fantastic weekend with the grandchildren. Great place to go with lots to do with children… and the animals are brilliant.

Been to the Halloween event today with the kids, they absolutely loved it here! It was so much fun and the staff are so friendly. Would definitely recommend to come here not just for the events but could evan stay aswell. They had some of the animals roaming freely around the farm which the kids loved aswell and it’s the little things for example heating on in the pumpkin picking tent and music in the background also the trail was simple yet great for all ages to get involved in. Fantastic day! ☺️

We have just left after a weekend in a wigwam — we also did the pumpkin carving activity yesterday. A lovely much needed break — very clean and tidy and lovely staff on hand to help. Wood fired pizzas were a hit with the kids again. We’ve had a lovely weekend, thanks so much all very well planned and organised — our visit was rescheduled due to not being able to come at Easter due to covid. Great start to half term!

Loved our short stay in the original big chief wigwam. Exactly what we needed, super clean and in a great location. Was lovely waking up to the sound of cows and robins outside of the window! Great walks and the staff were just putting up the Halloween decorations for some Halloween activities which looked great for families!
Would love to come again — especially during Christmas or summer and book with a hot tub this time. Alfie and the Farmer were super friendly too.

Fabulous weekend stay with friends in the big chief wigwams. What a simply stunning site. Gorgeous location in a hidden valley, fabulous facilities, excellent accommodation and beautiful walks. Most probably the best site we’ve ever stayed!

Just left merrydales glamping after a family trip! We stayed in thistledown tent. Perfect location, lovely site. All systems in place due to Covid. Little shop on site, everyone very friendly and helpful. Loved as first camping experience as a family. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay 1 night short due to our 7 months old being poorly. Very chilled mini break! We will defo return when youngest is a toddler xx.

Just got home from a couple of nights away. Lovely place. Never been before but will be back again. Excellent facilities set up with the current situation. Pizzas were lovely and did the walks. My daughter made lots of friends and my dog enjoyed it. Maybe another toilet block further down could be added.

Had another fabulous stay here would highly recommend we stayed in a yurt this time. With all going on it was ideal for our family to enjoy the fresh air and away from people. The kids enjoyed Pizza night and seeing the Lambs. Thanks to all.

Thanks for being exactly what we needed this weekend. A safe, very clean, escape to the countryside. Ample room to socially distance and time to connect with nature. The lambing sheds were great and farm walks blew our cobwebs off. In a time with so much uncertainty and stress this was a perfect get-a-way were we could be safe and happy. Was great to see staff being extra clean in the showerblock with anti-viral cleaning products. We'll be back soon Humble Bee.

Worth every penny we stayed in the deluxe wigwam, for our anniversary, we paid extra for the celebration pack, which made it extra special. The log burning hot tub was amazing, and very private. We were hidden from the eliments of the storm. We were made very welcome, can't wait to bring the kids.

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a deluxe wigwam… what a treat! Such a cosy little place to stay, even when the "beast from the east" is battering the good old Yorkshire coast. The hot tub was a delight, well worth paying the little bit extra to have it lit for you! Friendly, helpful staff, we can't wait to come back in the summer and hopefully make use of the bbq and fire pits you can hire!

So sad to be home from our first glamping experience, would recommend humble bee farm to anyone and everyone, we loved it so much we booked an extra night while we were there we stayed in a deluxe wigwam and added on the VIP package which included breakfasts and bbq packs, a bottle of prossecco, chocolates, marshmallows, the fire pit, plenty of wood for the hot tub and lots of other extras that made our stay hassle free meaning we didn’t have to spend any money while we were there as everything was provided for us the staff are very friendly and helpful and we loved how you can visit the animals (especially the piglets)
Such a peaceful experience and fun being close to nature, we even had a hedgehog visit us a few nights next to our hot tub!
Already looking at booking for next year, thankyou for an amazing stay.
