The Brockton is a very clean b&b with fantastic owners and great food. Kate and Phil are lovely people with Phil being the Front of house comedian 24/7. Hugely enjoyable company from the owners which you will notice straight away. Clean bedrooms n fresh towels and delicious breakfasts and evening meals and their company make a fantastic and enjoyable holiday. Thanks Phil, we will be coming back next year. All the best.
Lovely hotel, only a minute from the sea front and 10minute walk to the town centre. Very friendly host and excellent food. Happy to stay again if visit Bridlington in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Brockton, Phil is bursting with personality that really makes you feel welcome, good laugh brilliant with the kids and really helpful. The breakfast were really nice, house and rooms were really clean and tidy. The only down side is the mattresses they were really uncomfortable. Excellent location right near the beach and was easy to find. Overall good stay would recommend to anyone may not stop again would find something a bit closer to the centre and somewhere so the kids can be entertained.
