Waited 35 mins at breakfast for supposed all u can eat even though u had to order it. Then plate was basically 1 sausage, 1 bacon 1 h brown and some beans. Most of the continental breakfast was more or less empty. You could hear the bathrooms from other rooms and there was workman drilling in the corridor before 9am.

We booked a warner leisure hotel to try for the first time as we are on honeymoon we arrived on Friday and by Monday the hotel was closing down for a week which spoiled our honeymoon we were forced to rebook another hotel as not to ruin the rest of our honeymoon we booked into the premier inn in petersfield. After a lovely day out we came back to our room to a lovely gift of flower's chocolates and a lovely card wishing us congratulations. Many many thanks to Abigail and the rest of the team very much appreciated Mr and Mrs Grantham.

Poor placement of plug sockets. None near the bed. Not Earth shattering but annoyingly inconvenient, and in effect you’re paying to be inconvenienced so I’ll make sure to avoid staying at a premier inn again (they’re all designed the same).

Location great for the event we attended. Very disappointed with the food and the wait for food. We waited an hour for our main course, all our other friends had their meals before us although we ordered first. We were told it was because we had ordered a starter. Food was luke warm and very small portions.

A very nice and central place to stay I can’t fault it and will tell friends Premier is the best will be back soon thanks to all the staff for making sure that our few days break were greatly enjoyed.

Great place, clean and a great breakfast at the Beefeater.
Spoiled by turning up 10am, told on the phone we could use the executive toilets to change in before a wedding. Executive toilets turned out to be the disabled toilets!
Could not check in at the Inn? had to check in on line on my phone, bazaar when I’m standing in reception.
Arrived 12.50 back from a wedding to find we are locked out and no one at reception. 20 minuets before a very rude lady turned up, no apology’s, implied I was shouting at her and repeatedly told me to stop shouting. In fact that is all she said. After waiting 20 minuets most people would raise there voice ‘I did not shout ‘. I asked for the manager who did apologise and got us our room.
As a family with two children I do not expect this level of service.

Wi-Fi is rubbish, rooms are all over the place, some are even in a separate building.
I don't think they have a lift, well I never found. My room overlooked a McDonald's drive through. Oh and a petrol station.
Otherwise all the usual Premier Inn quality and service.

The rooms are very clean, staff very friendly, plenty of parking, plus there is a Beefeater next door.

I have been here many times its one of the best I have stayed in the staff are absolutely brilliant can’t praise then enough.

Shortage of staff appeared to be the main cause of the breakfast on Sunday being delayed. The rubbish bins should have been emptied on the Saturday night and were done during breakfast on the Sunday. It was witnessed that a member of staff completed this and then proceeded to complete the filling up of the breakfast bar without washing of hands. The breakfast order was not fulfilled correctly and only because of time constraints was this not mentioned at the time to the staff. Apart from this the stay was satisfactory.

My God the worse free Wi-Fi I've ever known. Come on I've paid £450 nearly to stay four days in a place that the Wi-Fi keeps dropping. To add insult a second Wi-Fi is available that costs a premium. A total joke. In this day and age a stable connection is so important when staying in a hotel. Totally disappointed.

Soft beds, friendly employees. Breakfast very good. Good connection. Quiet location.

Can't fault the accommodation, we were in the new part of the building, but the staff could do with a shake up, we drove for 7hrs to get there, fancied a drink and a wind down on arrival but new it would be about 22:50 arrival. We phoned ahead and asked them to keep the bar open, when we got there they'd closed it early, not good after a long drive.

Spent three nights here and can say I slept really well. Nice and quiet with friendly staff. I can recomend getting some extra pillows, which were happily delivered to my room. There is a beefeater joined to the hotel ad wohld recomend booking if you plan to eat there in the evening.

Very lovely hotel, plenty of services and clean and comfortable rooms; extremely friendly staff that are easy to talk to. Bathrooms are also very clean and modern, rather small bath though, as a 6ft man, it felt a bit like washing myself in a bucket! Regardless, it's been a lovely stay and I'd definitely come here again! I'll be using the shower next time though!

Lovely room, good service. A bit stingy on tea and coffee in the room.

May be cursed. Spent two nights, each night provided little restful sleep, but many nightmares. Previously spent 5 nights in an Airbnb in which I slept fine.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean and and in a great location.

Rooms very quiet. Beds fine. Air-Con in each room and decent TV! Bathroom clean. No complaints. Beefeater was pricey but MacDonald's very close for those on a budget.

We also had dinner and breakfast as part of the deal, and it was worth every penny.

Have spent over 4 hours trying to cancel a booking, does no-one answer a phone anymore? Won’t be re-booking either at this rate. Appalling.

Breakfast was nice and generous. Loads of food and drink for very little cost. Only negative was the bubble and squeek.

It's not too bad, needs a bit of a spruce up and a new boiler. Water wasn't very hot in this one.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Fuel station right on the doorstep. Petersburg is well worth a visit (if you are staying for some other reason).

Slept like a log. Wi-Fi isn't great but brilliant for the price. All the staff are amazing.

We had a family room with a cot. The room was very spacious and clean, with plenty of blankets, towels and pillows provided. Beefeater adjoined the hotel, the food was good although the portions were small. The hotel is located next to a M&S Food and McDonalds.

Had a great meal in the Beefeater as always. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Stayed for a wedding nearby. Reception staff very welcoming as we're bar and restaurant staff. Room comfortable and food varied and tasty. Breakfast choices were really good. A really nice place to stay.

We went to the premier Inn for my birthday meal. We were greated as soon as we entered food was amazing quick service friendly staff.

Comfy room, friendly staff and breakfast was good and well priced.

It's modern, clean and the bed is amazing. A huge king size with sheets like silk. Has to be a high thread cotton. Air con and huge TV on the wall. Really good value for money.

Single beds very uncomfortable. Very clean and welcoming. Pub food not worth the price tag when McDonald is over the road.

Great location for business trip, friendly staff, loved an actual key and slept really well even though next to a busy road. Lovely evening meal and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again x.

Staff is nice. But, I think the hotel could use a few upgrades. For example, there is no phone in the rooms. They only provide 1 body towel. The bathroom bowl was still dirty when I came back from the office. They don't have an in-house laundry service so you'd have to go about a mile away to the laundromat. The restaurant is decent and has good choices. Breakfast is typical British or Continental. I enjoyed​ breakfast.

Spent the night here whilst visiting relatives, good location and first impression with a pub/restaurant adjoining. Room was on first floor right at the end of corridor, there was a constant buzzing noise all night which sounded like it came from a boiler in the roof. Had a meal which was an add on deal. I had sea bass which looked dry and un appetising but it had been a long day and I was hungry. I had indigestion when I went to bed and ended up throwing up in a hotel room away from home. I spent the next day with no appetite and feeling pretty rough when I should have been having a nice day with my relatives. Adviced my family members to avoid this pub in the future. Needless to say we will not be staying at this premier inn again.

The rooms are very comfortable and of ample square footage. The bed is definitely one of the most comfortable I have tried. Wide choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not bad, usual premier Inn offerings, it's smaller than most but I found nothing to complain about.

The hotel was lovely but the restaurant service could definitely have been better.

A very dated hotel, not up to the standard of premier inns I have stayed in before. The bathroom was not good, a discoloured bath is never an inviting look.

Typical Premier Inn, comfortable, large room and very convenient for A3. Breakfast service a little slow in the morning however.

Great hotel stay for a few days whilst at a wedding.
