Room clean but too hot. Plentiful tea and coffee. Very dated and definitely not 3star hotel as listed… Just a house that let's rooms. Don't rely on postcode they give you… Takes you somewhere else's entirely!

Love it close to the train station Clean room and shuttle to the airport was satisfying the price is very reasonable and it's close to the places to eat and shop. The staff are helpful and friendly. I don't like that you can be fined for eating in the room that is silly. My stay was pleasant. I will recommend them.

Clean and tidy, not overly friendly on the phone, or much help, pretty effin rude actually.

Good value but I hadn't realised that I would be charged extra for the shuttle.

Very good location (1 mile from airport) and clean. The reception was not friendly at all. The overall furniture and decor very dated. Narrow staircase.

Convenient enough if you have an early flight at Gatwick. Wouldn't recommend staying there for any other purpose.

Room was cold when I arrived and none helped me to get to the airport from their building, even when asking in advance.

We had a great night stay. Lovely welcoming people & very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Accommodation. I deal for MY overnight stay. I didn't expect or pay for the Ritz Wat are people moaning about.

Very poor accommodation smells damp and beds like a million people have slept on them yuk yuk yuk gunda.

Remind me not to book this again. Had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Toilet not wide enough for me.

Nice warm Warm clean room, hot water, tv, coffee and tea. Everything it said on the tin.

Economic stay and very close to the airport. The place is quiet.

Overall it was ok for one night. The room was clean and I even got an upgrade for my room. The internet was good.

Having messaged saying that we would be arriving early hours of morning, to find no key, had to get night manger out, stair carpet, very worn and. Rucked up, went down for breakfast at8am to be told we couldn't have any, because we didn't order it! We would not of done this as my husband is diabetic.!, also says breakfast included on website, very dissatisfied. Whole house needed some TLC to bring up to date with health and safety, also staff quite indignant, owner very rude on the telephone. House left open all night, security very poor.

Good enough for its price. Our room's bathroom has the sink outside. Staff were friendly. The hotel is closer to Horley Station so bear that in mind.

Nice staff. But the room was beneath contempt. It smelled musty. The bed and cheats did also smell bad and did also had stains on them. This was one of their cheaper rooms, but still… I had a hard time sleeping there. /Max.

At first my wife and I was apprehensive of booking this hotel because of the bad reviews it's got but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. This turned out to be a big mistake! You will incur a £50 fine for eating food in your room, the kettle almost melted because it doesn't turn it self off when the water has boiled, it just keeps on boiling. The staff was openly talking about smoking drugs while I was in the dinning area and I could hear them swearing at each other in another room. when we arrived back from our holiday they expected us to get a taxi back to the hotel because our flight was delayed and they stop doing transfers at 2300hrs. This was not mentioned when we paid them for the transfers, they was happy enough to take the money up front. When this issue was brought up the driver was rude to my wife and he seemed to forget his manners and professionalism. Take your time to read the reviews of this hotel because they are seemingly real and I can believe them after our experience. We will never use this hotel again!

Not a good experience. The guy in the front door is such a mean person, always making a trouble of everything and make us feel uncomfortable, never was available for help us. The breakfast was poor, and the shuttle service wasn't free. I'd be searching for another place if you're going to London.

Every reason I chose this place turned out to be incorrect advertising. Shuttle is only from 9 til 9 and breakfast is not necessarily included, even if it says it is. Even when they know they have made a mistake, they don't make it right. This is a budget place for only slightly cheaper prices than higher-quality B&B's that are in the area (or even the same price). It was clean and the TV almost functioned with the full range of 3 channels. Don't buy.

Room was unpleasant, ugly, dilapidated bathroom.

Our engineers that stayed here was very upset about there stay. The beds were damp and they had to sleep fully clothed and didnt really get any sleep. There was no heating and on a cold night this wasnt very nice. There was also mold in the bath room. I then called the next day to complain about this and the woman I spoke to was very help full but the man in charge was very rude and even laughed at me and said it was to late to complain.
