Excellent customer service in the hotel and restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast was perfect. Family Room was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Another great stay in a Premier Inn. However a special mention this time to the reception/management/admin/domestics who located, kept safe and ensured the safe return, in it's own special packaging, of my daughter's cuddly toy which we left by accident during our recent stay. The little card sent back to my daughter was very thoughtful. Whoever went above and beyond should be recognised for their efforts on this occasion. Thank you all — my daughter was so pleased to be reunited with it.

WOW! Can't speak highly enough about the lovely Dominique who was working on reception last night and again this morning. She went waaay above and beyond her duties, such a lovely Lady. Thank you so much.

Messed our booking up to begin with… finally sorted but didn't eat and pub next door as heard varying reviews and someone walked off after 2 attempts at doing his food.

Stayed last year and the staff were terrific. This year received the same service. Both the restaurant staff and reception staff were great. Lovely canal side location.

Excellent hotel and perfect location. The rooms were spacious, and the rooms were spread out on multiple buildings on store so there was no noise or disturbance from other rooms, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the neigboring beefeater was very good. Price was definitely up there but the location was perfect and near enough woking to walk along the canal. One of the best premier inns I have been to!

Actual shit on the sofa and a fan like an air raid siren. Couldn’t possibly stay after a 5 hour drive and instead opted to pay for another hotel. No spare rooms. Now they are refusing to refund us.
Premier Inn has failed miserably!

Don’t do it! Our room had human excrament on the sofa bed a fan in the bathroom that sounded like a World War 2 air-raid siren. The restaurant was also infested with large black ants and although the location was good it was like the hotel and pub that time forgot. Restaurant and hotel staff were seriously under resourced with one person running the hotel and only 3 people front of house in the pub/restaurant. The beer garden was so unmaintained it was dangerous. We left at 9.00pm before spending any more time here.

Excellent reception staff, very friendly and helpful. This upper class budget hotel is a fair bit over priced but the service compensates for that. The restaurant then offers a fantastic quality meal at a reasonable price based on the hotel cost and the quality of the food and the service was fantastic. There was no need to leave the hotel during my stay as everything I needed was on site. I would recommend this hotel for a short stop over.

This is an unusual Premier Inn, not quite in the same mould! Great room probably 50% bigger than normal and the attached Beef Eater pub is right on a canal towards path! What I thought made this place stand out is it's location. In the middle of a housing area rather thanks on a roundabout on a main arterial road into a town/city!

Standard Premier Inn — great bed, good shower, window that barely opens so room too warm even when I arrived at 11.15pm. Very helpful reception staff.

Good, apart from the shower pressure — pours rather than sprays — very disappointing, time consuming, and frustrating.

Spacious comfortable room, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. No shaver point in room you have to ask for adapter at reception.

Warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Quick & efficient booking in. Rooms clean & well kept.

Stayed over new years eve. Had a lovely meal at bridge barn cheaper than getting a taxi there and home again. Would do it again.

Not the best stay in my life time. We visited for the convenience of the pub next door and just to have a relaxing time. The pub was closed (due to a leak or something, Cant be helped but really didn't make the stay very good) Then on returning from the town, the room stunk of sewage to the level where we had to be moved. Very poor service No compensation level in any way for the inconvenience of the pub being closed or the fact that breakfast was served in reception where it was limited and nowhere to sit. Will never visit this place ever again.

Beautiful location. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was under staffed. Slow service at times, especially for breakfast, one poor women running an entire restaurant!

Never had a problem at a premier inn, and same goes for here, it's far from a 5* experience (no spa, pool ect), but you get what you pay for and what's offered is all perfectly fine & working so there is nothing to complain about, attached beefeater is always a delight, imo this is better than a brewers fayre any day of the week :) Always try and book in advance as premier inns fill up quickly and the price on rooms increase the longer you leave it.

Hotel was fantastic as we're the staff. Went to the beefeater pub for a meal on the night we arrived. Staff where excellent. 3 of the meals where spot on but the other 2 although nice consisted of a steak, few chips and a small amount of salad, could maybe of been bolstered out with some mushrooms, tomato and onion rings. Breakfast the next morning made up for that. Would definitely stay there again though.

Excellent value for money. All of the staff, including those at the adjacent restaurant, were really polite and helpful. The location was good, the room was smart, clean and tidy with everything needed for a short stay. Personally, I did not find the pillows comfortable and perhaps the reception could be a little less clinical.

Lovely stay — only small comment — although we were up early for breakfast, it was cold. Would definitely stay again though.

Stayed here for a visit to Thorpe park. Just perfect. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Dinner and breakfast at the anointing restaurant was good quality and the service was fine. Have stayed before and received the same good service each time. Easy to locate, plenty of free parking, beautiful setting.

Pleasant and quiet location next to the canal and only a short walk into the centre of Woking. Clean and Pleasant environment, a step up from Travelodge as you'd expect.

Idyllic setting, great rooms, service and fantastic Premier Inn breakfast at the Beefeater restaurant. The best cooked Quorn sausages in the UK — in my humble opinion.

Lovely location. I've been staying here for three nights and I've had a lovely sleep each time the workers are lovely and if you don't want to go to far for food there is a lovely beefeater next door x.

Loved the premier inn however the Beefeater left a lot to be desired they had no cod for fish and chips only haddock that was more expensive and not on menu they ran out of coleslaw on our mains and took pay for a dessert they didn't have in so had to have a different one but didn't get price difference back then breakfast we had asked premier inn to book us, a table but when we got there told not booked as if we're being a bother service was quick altho no side plaits on buffet table and things not bring replaced when used no black pudding either and when we wanted to pay trying to get someone's attention was a nightmare stayed in a lot of premier inn and ate in a lot of beefeater this is by far the worst.

Usual Premier Inn standard. Rooms clean and refurbished so large TV. It's in a quiet suburb of Swindon, down by the canal, so nice to walk in to town (about 20 min).

Mixed reviews about my stay here. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room sadly was very dark, and needed a bit of a face-lift, particularly the bathroom. I'm solely comparing this other premier inns I have stayed at around the country. Again dissapointed with dinner, I had meatball linguine which lacked ant flavour. So to summarise. Location and staff great, rooms and food need attention.

Stayed here as we were visiting Chessington World of Adventures. Conveniently located about 25 minutes away from the park. Recently refurbished rooms so everything is very clean. Excellent on site Beefeater restaurant serving fantastic food by extremely friendly staff. Really pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Every time we check in here we can't get our food allowance validated. We were ok with last nights evening meal, then at breakfast. Sorry sir your not on the list… I'm not begging for food. My company are good at sorting out our food allowance and I know it's this hotels fault. If we get hassle at dinner tonight… I will not be staying here again, and that's a shame cause the breakfasts are fantastic…

I booked an accessible room which was very good except it was very cold. The room's heating didn't work but the reception staff provided a heater. That took the edge off the cold but it was still uncomfortable. The major issue is that breakfast is served in the Beefeater restaurant next door upstairs. As a wheelchair user this meant I was faced with the choice to eat in an empty pub downstairs or to forget breakfast. I chose the latter and had the charge refunded. It should be noted if you cannot climb stairs breakfast is not accessible. Also in poor weather you have to go outside to travel between the accommodation and the restaurant which means you might get wet. Otherwise a nice hotel, just not fully accessible.

Helpful staff, comfy (but very high) bed. Very clean, but then it had just been refurbished when I stayed. Bit pricey for what it is and you have to pay to get decent internet speeds.

Hotel was very clean, and comfortable, I have to say Amy on reception was very bubbly and helpful, a credit to Premier Inn.

Bed very comfy as promised however room was a bit stuffy and breakfast was average.

Staff requires a lot more training. Cleanliness of rooms OK but common areas need a lot of attention too.

When I first got to the room the window was wide open and the room was freezing cold. That didnt bother me as much as the SNOTS ON THE WALLS did.

I am a bit of a hotel snob usually staying at my company cost at mid range hotels (like Hilton). I had to use a hotel for private use so chose a budget hotel. It is a budget hotel without swimming pool or gym, but. Well, I have to say that Premier Inn Woking was nothing short excellent. Very clean, modern and quiet. The staff were very friendly yet totally professional. Breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel. Value for money is outstanding! Fully recommend this hotel for business or personal.

Nice location, nice rooms. Seemed. Bigger than usual ones. Beefeater next door rather than a Brewer's Fayre.

The rooms were large and clean — the staff helpful. Only complaints were the bar, one member of staff wasnt too helpful and 2 different beers I tried tasted of soap! also at the moment the place is a building site.
