Would just like to say thanks to all the staff at the holiday inn for making my daughters 21st amazing, the food was outstanding bar staff where polite and the reception staff where friendly and polite also the hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms we were given were at a high standard so once again thank you definitely recommend to friends and family’s.

People at this hotel where very kind, roomservice was there and it was not too expensive. Also it was very clean. Liked it and will be back. Thanks to all these lovely people.

It really is a brilliant place to stay.

Hairs on bed linen when we arrived. This was changed within 10mins of being notified. Service at bar/restaurant, not good. 40min wait for food and some food missing and wrong both nights we dined here. 10% charge added which wasn't in small print as superviser stated. Charged for kids food but kids supposed to eat free with adults ordering. Breakfast is good, good options but cutlery and glasses not all clean. Toiletries provided in bathroom are good. Mini fridge, very dirty. Room above us, very noisy therefore disturbed kids and we had very little sleep. No cot provided which had been requested.

Staff were awesome and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had some food in the evening which was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had afternoon tea here for my daughter’s birthday. It was delicious and the service was very attentive. Would highly recommend then.

Fantastic customer service, even when there was a little issue with the meal, they were so eager to fix it. Would definitely come here again, such great staff. Food is delicious and the facilities are amazing.

Really impressed with this Holiday Inn; my room has been great on both stays, the staff are really pleasant and professional, and the curries they serve are brilliant.

only issue I had was a Herd of elephants had the room above and at midnight + they were still banging about Not hotels falt but next time I would request a top floor room.

Highly recommend to any family comfy beds, lovely bath rooms and such friendly service. We have spent three nights here for a legoland break. We will be returning thank you so much Farnborough x.

Typical british, a really nice charming non-standard building with smart and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well in shape. Well done, look forward to coming back.

First stayed at "The Queens" over 40years ago and have stayed quite a number of times over the years. There has been huge changes over time but the hotel and staff there this weekend were superb. From reception to farewell nothing was too much.
One comment I do have was that there could be a long wait at the bar for service. There seemed to be a floating team available, or not, to serve. A permanent barman would ease any problem on this area.
Breakfast was up to the usual standards. One gripe here is the communal pots of Marmalade & Jams, I understand that this probably cuts down on waste and costs but rather than have to spoon it onto a plate, which then creates more clutter on the table, what about the small paper holders such as those used for ketchup & mustard.
I will always choose "The Queens" first and have already rebooked for a stay in October.

Hotel was OK. Quite clean. Reception were friendly, easy check in. Room was nice, no fridge but there was tea coffee, kettle etc. Bathroom was quite small and had quite a few black mould bits on the grout. Also there was no toilet brush, not great when your 4 Yr old has an upset tummy. Breakfast was a shambles. Nobody was there to seat us, and food wasn't great.

Value accommodation suiting our requirements; family of five for two nights. On our evening arrival we were greeted with complementary cookies and milk for the children and rested in the bar. Breakfast has plenty of choice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel very modern and clean, well maintained. Used the pool and spa facilities as well. Breakfast was plentiful and good choice. I would stay here again.

Nice and neat hotel, staff were very friendly and willing to help. They also had a good breakfast spread. The kids loved the pool and it's good it stays open till 10pm.

Lovely atmosphere and staff very friendly and helpful in general. Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Restaurant menu was simple but very nice and children eat free with a paying adult. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and would set you up for the day. Central location in a lovely area. Only downside was how rushed we felt at dinner one evening. Not all staff but some it seemed were quite keen to finish up and were handing us the bill whilst we were still eating dinner without even asking if we'd like desert or coffee. In fact, we felt so under pressure to leave that we left half of our dinner behind! Very off putting! Must be stated that it was only on one particular night, with one set of staff. Rest of staff were fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Good for a Holiday Inn. Recent refer means the rooms are nice, with plenty of plug sockets. Bar is nice, but expensive, and has the benefit of a decent outdoor space for drinking. Gym is well equipped, but a rather awkward layout in the basement.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and an amazing shower. Unfortunately room service forgot my order but they rectified it quickly when I called, and the food waa good. Great breakfast too. Will happily return.

Architecture wise, this is an old building so, do not expect for a modern design. They have few extras that you'd appreciate like the nail set accessories. The restroom was very clean (the one for public), so, the housing department did a great job! The price though seems a bit expensive, not for everybody who have a tight budget. It would be more helpful if there is a visible signage for car park overflow. This hotel in Farnborough is a good option if you want to have a party or event. Parking for person with disability is available.

Pleasant staff. Room was slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Menu has reasonable choices. The swimming pool and health club were good. Car parking a bit tight make sure you register your car at reception or you will get a ticket.

The room was clean and nicely presented. There are a few reasons for 2 stars. My door would not open with the key card and each time I needed to get in I would have to ask reception to let me in, at 1am and slightly tipsy this was no fun and they didn’t seem interested in sorting out the problem just telling me to come to reception. The room was executive which included a towling dressing gown which was wet when I arrived. At breakfast I left the table to get some toast and when I returned my coffee and fruit had been removed and the table re-set. Whilst waiting at the bar with a friend who was served promptly and only one other person waiting the waitress then promptly served all new customers arriving at the bar completely ignoring me despite my friend leaving the bar with her drink leaving me alone. The drink would have been £5.60 but after the 4th customer was served I decided Holiday Inn were not worth the £5.60 and left the bar. These may seem trivial remarks but at £96 + Breakfast I’ve had better stays a Premier Inn.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was absolutely amazing. The food in the restaurant was great and everything was very family friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

I am a repeat visitor here and member of the Spirit Health club at the rear of the hotel. Normal Holiday Inn standards (very good) with, I think, a little bit of extra flourish. The decor and building are wonderful and the rooms well kept. Wonderfully airy lounge and a comfortable dining room. Plenty of parking at the front and the rear. Nice little gym attached (Spirit) with CV room, Weights room and pool. All are often deserted! Overall, a pleasant place to stay, dine, exercise or enjoy a coffee.

Solid hotel, rooms are nothing special for the cost and the hotel is a bit of a maze but the staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice lounge area and eating area. Location is good for walking into town.

Beautiful British-style Holliday Inn, good also the restaurant considering you are in a hotel in England.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a detailed review as I was only here for a conference with work. The reception was good, parking facilities were good and conference room was functional! Toilets clean and staff present. Would use again if in the area for a conference I'm sure!

Great for conferences, meetings & staying overnight. Just beware that they've recently installed parking cameras and if you're parked in their premises for over 30 mins, you get issued a £100 parking ticket. There is a interactive system at the reception where you can enter your car registration to qualify for free 3 hours parking.

We had a good stay in this hotel. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The rooms were pleasant and well equipped. We used the swimming pool, which the children loved, but it was a little on the cold side. Over all, a good stay and I'd recommend.

As a spire elite member. Would have expected a slightly better service. I stay here weekly. And am regularly downgraded to a single room. Checked in this evening. The guy next to me got an upgraded room. And I got a downgrade. I would suggest the premier Inn. Much cheaper and comparable rooms.

Easy to find, but limited parking. Conference facilities were good, although the room did get a bit warm (probably a lot of hot air spoken at times). Overall impression was good. Staff were welcoming and the refreshments were good.

We were guests at a family wedding on Saturday so no overnight experience to report but one or two things stood out. Not enough bar staff or waiters on duty. Can you imagine a wedding reception, 70 guests and only one person serving on the pre-meal bar. We didn't bother waiting as some did. Many walked away. I could understand it. £12-£15 for two drinks, you'd think they had at least 2 or 3 barmen taking your money! The meal was okay but again too slow in serving, as I only saw one or two people serving the pre-plated meals. Wouldn't recommend the place-better when it was the Queens Hotel for those old enough to remember conscientious service of the old kind.

Clean and Tidy. Room for 2 adults 1 child. Settee bed was terrible; thin mattress — could feel metal bars through it. Ended up making bed for 6 yr old using cushions on the floor. Double bed sloped towards headboard slightly. Pool etc. Was good. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful. Bar was expensive as expected.

Wanted to book the hotel for some family members, so decided to pop in for a coffee on Monday evening however didn't have a great experience at all. As soon I walked into the hotel I was approached by a member of staff (Asian male) directing me towards the weight watchers meeting room. I was shocked and extremely unhappy as I was not there for that reason, found it extremely rude as the man simply assumed by looking at me. Do you judge your guests by their size? If this is the kind of people who work in the hotel I would never ever prefer to stay here nor recommend to any friends!

Lovely friendly staff, fab woth the kids, clean room, amazing breakfast, swimming pool lovely and clean. Also food in restaurant is amazing kids eat for free which is a bonus. Prefect place to stay with kids if going to legoland all in all lovely x.

The rooms are alright, bed are comfortable & silent and employees arenvery friendly. Pool is rather small, but usable for swimming when not completely full. The breakfast is fine, but the menu in the restaurant is not really enjoyable. More dressing than salad at the ceasars and the pizza is an oven pizza from the supermarket.

Nice friendly staff on every level. Breakfast quite good. Room clean and tidy. I think perhaps you may want to consider avoiding rooms 101 to 114 downstairs. It's right next to a function room and when booked for a party you may lose the will to live.!

Paper thin walls in the rooms meant I could hear every cough, sneeze, conversation and music from the next room. Changed rooms to one with a gap beneath the door that a limbo dancer could get under. Unfortunately so could the bright lights from the landing. For a quick meal I ordered a pizza. What I got was a 12" disc of partially cooked dough. There are better hotels in Farnborough for the same rate.

Location is good for getting around the area. Rooms are ok, comfortable but don't expect a complimentary biscuit or two. I've didn't get one! Good bed, good showers, clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast area! Lots of parking but hotel not busy when I stayed. Didn't investigate the pool area.

Lovely nights stay after a hot day at LEGOLAND Windsor. Allocated an executive suite which went down incredibly well with my five year old. Pool facilities were excellent and the staff were polite, kind and courteous — especially towards my daughter. Would give an extra if I could.

Can't say enough good things about this place, they are completely child friendly from the moment you arrive. On arrival they give the children a goodie bag full of crayons, colouring books, puzzles etc, there is also a token for each of them to have cookie and milk also the kids eat complete free from the kids menu (and as a foodie I can say the kids menu is both healthy and large) comfortable beds and a good swimming / spa. Will be using this place again.

Well for the price I got on the internet it was well worth it if I would have had to pay there asking price it would of been a joke. The room was very nice but for a man with a disability I would of preferred a room that didn't require me to walk up a flight of stairs. Just like everyone one else said over 15 pounds for a burger and chips was a bit of a joke as I don't think I paid that much in Vegas. I would stay again as long as the price was right but definitely not be eaten there again.

Friendly attentive staff. Clean rooms. We loved the pool and the hot-tub! There is plenty to choose from at breakfast, which is great if you are filling up for a busy day at LEGOLAND. I only have one issue with this hotel… the restaurant is expensive (£14.45 for fish and chips), and the portion was very small. The kids do eat for free though, which was a bonus.

Everything was very professional although I was extremely un impressed with the food available at the bar. I was on a course and wasnt able to buy a sandwich. Instead I had to buy a starter of duck spring rolls. Not the best lunch experience.

Very nice hotel. Lovely rooms, good breakfast. Very comfortable hotel to stay in. Well situated, with about a 15-20min walk to the centre of Farnborough, and only about 10mins off the M3. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, handy location for our trip to Legoland. We paid £12 for an upgrade and the separate area in our room was ideal for our daughter to sleep in so we didn't disturb her before we went to bed. Very nice dinner and breakfast in the bedroom. Friendly staff. Only criticism was that the floorboards in the room were very creaky.

Comfy rooms, decent sized bar area and the drink prices are reasonable too. The health spa and gym are decent and open early till late. Ask for the Wi-Fi password on reception rather than pay for the privilege.

Hotel is generally pleasant enough, rooms clean and add you would expect from this chain. Dinner wasn't the best, may somewhat overcooked, and a distinct shortage of staff, waiting 10 minutes plus for anyone to serve behind the bar.

Attended for a conference, good lunch, or coffee and tea. Meeting room was very tired and they charge for internet access — behind the times guys.

Only here for a Christmas party but it seemed very nice. In fact better than I expected. Can only score three as I didn't sample to rooms and that I guess is their main business.

This hotel is what you expect from a holiday inn. Some of the staff do go aove and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one.

Needs a lock of paint and some new carpets, but the room was nice and I slept well.

Freezing Cold room, with one noisy fan heater in the bedroom, and no heating at all in the bathroom. No curtain or blind in the bathroom window which made you feel really cold as though you are outside! Luckily found an extra duvet in the cupboard, which did keep me warm whilst I tried to sleep through the traffic noise. No early morning call even though I reminded them twice. There is no lift so you have to drag your own bags up the stairs. Staff are pleasant and the food was good. Basically the place needs a makeover.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The noise from other rooms was a little loud at times and the evening meal was on the expensive side in comparison to places like TGI Friday.

Freezing rooms, noisy heater and minibar fridge, and very expensive internet rates, specially when you pay 135$ a night, you can expect to have the Wi-Fi for free, or at least the possibility to suscribe to some interesting packages, but the prices are unbelievably expensive. Hopefully the restaurant's staff are very nice and welcoming. Also a problem with the reception because my company was supposed to pay for all the bill and I confirmed it to the reception staff in sending them an email from my manager, but they debited my personal credit card. And when I called to have an explanation, they told me the contact would call me back in the afternoon but they never called back. I think definately the service's quality is not as high as the price you pay in this hotel.

The food isn't anything to write home about but the staff are welcoming and very attentive. The room is a decent size but the bed is a little small for people over 6ft. They offer a fair amount of entertainment if you pay for it, otherwise you're stuck with some fairly bland channels.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The beds are really comfy, although the sofa bed was not that heat. But then its a sofa bed. I would most definitely recommend this place. Just checked out with a smile. I'm out of here.
