We were lucky enough to win your February giveaway and have just returned from a wonderful break 😊 The family room was very spacious and lovely for the kids to have their own bunk beds and own space. Great view from the balcony to the sea. Katy and Andre were super helpful and made sure our children were kept entrained with chats and colouring. We managed to go swimming in the warm indoor pool which our children loved. We had a wonderful meal in the main restaurant and they even had meals for our children and the staff were helpful. Breakfast each day was yummy and plentiful. Fab location right on the beach and short walk into Bognor Regis. We hope to return! Thanks for a fab half term treat!

Superb location by the beach, super-friendly and professional staff, excellent service, beach hut suites are stunning and offer privacy as well as easy access to hotel facilities. Dogs are also made very welcome.

Staff are great and very obliging and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Really peacefull and the staff are really helpfull and thoughtfull About to try the bar it looks really well stocked.

It overlooks Felpham beach, fabulous in the summer months. Very helpful friendly staff, such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would certainly have no hesitation in visiting again.

Wow, got taken for lunch on a Sunday for a treat from my family, the service is so special you think you’re the only ones there! Then the food! So very tasty, very well presented! Totally recommend 😃 such a lovely time was had by all, a big thanks to all the staff 😍

I asked the Beachcroft if I could hold my fathers wake there. From that moment I was dealt with in a very professional and caring manor. The staff on the day were exceptional, extremely polite and very professional. The food they provided was second to none and everyone complemented me on it. In fairness we went to the seafront bar — Blakes which is part of the hotel. Great position, good food — what we saw and what we had — nice friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

I won the Facebook competition for a two night stay with bed and dinner thrown in. We've just got back and we have had an amazing time! from the anniversary card in our room, the complimentary drinks to the yummy food — it was all amazing! the beach hut was beautiful and was a very welcome break from our toddler. Views were stunning and we loved sitting on the loungers looking at the sea in the evening. We had exceptional service over the last six months with us rearranging twice over Covid, nothing was too much trouble. Bringing food to our door when we didn't fancy the restaurant was a great touch — it was the tastiest steak I think we've ever had. Thank you so so much and we will be returning for sure! We hope business continues to thrive over the next few months!

Just got home. Had 2 night stay with 2 dogs, 3 children and 2 adults. From check in we where made very welcome, even the dogs had their own beds, bowls and even some toys given. ALL the staff made us feel special at all times. Thank you for a great couple of days away. Great time had by us all. Thank you all very much.

We booked a sea view room and weren't disappointed.
Had a family room although there were only 2 of us.
The meals were plentiful and filling considering the changed menu, and able to cater for my husband's gluten free menu.
Nice to be able to sit outside in the garden and watch the sea with a nice cup of tea.
Will hopefully visit again at some point.

Fantastic Fish and Chips sat in the garden overlooking the sea. Just wonderful.

My family spent 2 wonderful Christmases at this lovely hotel. We had such a good time and everyone was so kind and professional.

Great themed “Only fools and Horses “evening. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christina the waitress and Lucas behind the bar.
Highly recommend this as a different sort of night out, lots of fun.

Had afternoon tea in the pod today with relatives over from Canada. Fabulous time had by all — staff were efficient and Ellie, who looked after us, did an excellent job. The tea was plentiful and tasty, and we took advantage of the unlimited tea and coffee accompanying the food. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Another 5* evening great atmosphere great food lovely staff. Elvis tribute great fun. Here’s to the next event probably the summer ball xxxx.

Fantastic location close to the beachfront. Good breakfast selection with the room. Room was spacious clean and had a little private patio garden. Enjoyed the use of the pool although it was fairly small. Limited parking during peak times.

Great spot by the sea, friendly staff, great family room with space for a cot and a single bed. Breakfast cooked to order and very nice. Would return.

Used the pool here — not the hotel — but love it! It's such a nice area to take my toddler to for swimming. Not busy. Not too large. Not too deep. Playpen in the area around the pool. Two changing rooms. Plenty of floor space to get my little one changed. Absolutely ideal!

Great location overlooking the sea. The promenade and beach are next to the hotel garden which is a pleasant area with plenty of shady seating. There is no passing traffic as the hotel is at the end of a cul de sac. The room was reasonably sized and the bathroom facilities were good, however the bedroom area was not adequately hoovered. I found a month old local cinema ticket under the bedside table and a pair of goggles under the radiator. The food was very good. I would stay there again.

Can't fault it. Right by the beach, helpful and nice staff, rooms are clean and maintained everyday. Food is lovely and breakfast is well what can I say — spot on. Comfy beds, I have back problems and it was just right for me. As I am deaf, they made sure, upon request to have a vibrating pad to place under pillow for the fire alarm and was shown how to use it. Safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in room. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits, they have proper mugs much to my delight! Definitely coming back here.

We arrived on Sunday 3rd June, as we were 2 couples each with a little dog, we booked the dog friendly rooms. If you are looking for somewhere to stay where both you and your dog are made exceptionally welcome then look no further than the Beachcroft.
We were made to feel at home from the minute we entered the hotel. The rooms are just perfect with everything provided for your dog including bed, blanket, bowls and food. The room also has its own enclosed courtyard.
The rooms are also well appointed for the human guests, with everything you require. The dogs came with us to all our meals served in the Bistro, again the staff were great in providing water bowls and you could even order chicken and rice for the dog if required. Again the meals for us humans were delightful and we ate in the bistro everynight. The location is perfect right on the promenade and great for walks and enjoying an ice cream. We enjoyed relaxing in the deck chairs provided in the garden and the dogs just lazed underneath (perfect). Thank you to all the staff at the Beachcroft for helping us to have a perfect holiday. Special thanks also to Lewis Grayson @ Best Western Central reservations for the gifts you sent the dogs and the bottles of bubbly for us.

After arriving from a 4 hour drive it to check in and find out I've reserved a room on the wrong night I was both embarressed and worried I would have to search elsewhere
However the 2 members of staff juggled things around and pulled out all the stops and managed to let me have a room
It was only by luck it was the penthouse suite to be honest I would have taken the coal cellar

Very clean room and the bed is very comfy. In terms of room amenities you cannot go wrong; powerful shower, hair dryer, iron all in room. Coming out of the hotel you are literally 30 seconds away from the sea front which makes for a lovely walk. The hotel does have a pool but it's not very big. The receptionist is very lovely and cannot do more for you.

Friendly helpful staff at a lovely location. Breakfast was nice and our room was comfortable but also a little dirty. Could have done with a better clean. Would stay here again though. Great for a day trip to Butlins.

It's clean and tidy. Close to the beach. Never struggled for parking. A small 7x5m pool which is clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean, bathrooms clean. Tea and coffee in rooms too. Restaurant is a bit pricey but food is fine. Overall its safe and fine but doesn't blow your socks off.

Superb location — they are next to the beach with rooms that have great views of the channel. Though they look like a dated property, the rooms are comfortable and the service is awesome. We loved their heated indoor pool and the breakfast was great too. They had the best Vegetarian sausages ever! Actual vegetables with a potato base and not something made to mimic meat.

Fantastic local hotel with enthusiasm of free parking. Right on the beach with loads of little extras that just put the icing on the cake Friendly staff great food nice bar and spotlessly clean rooms. If I am going to be back down in bognor again I will be heading straight back to this little gem of a place.

Friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel is situated next to the promenade with good walks in either direction. Very relaxing.

Pleasant hotel with attentive staff. The room needed a couple of items maintained, but that did not detract from the experience. Breakfast was good but not excellent. The view from the room was fabulous. Room decor was very good. Bed comfortable. TV and Internet excellent.

Nice enough but we went to a Christmas party and it was way overcrowded. Not neatly enough room to dance and the meal itself was ok but not brilliant.

A nice atmosphere, but the food was poor, nothing special at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would go back for the feel good factor but not for the food.

Our daughters love this place. Very nice people running the hotel. A small, very warmly heated swimming pool on the ground floor of the nearby sea is too cold. Take walks along the front, which is literally at the front of the year. As a family, a stay here is one of the highlights of the holiday year.

We had a lovely evening at this hotel, the food was lovely. The only down side was it was a bit rushed, our meal was booked for 7pm and we were back indoors by 8.50pm. Also when the wine was brought, the girl just put it on the table and left, normally you get to taste it first, and then they pour it for you. All the staff were polite and friendly and we would go back there again.

Came here as a family of three in March. Loved it. Don’t have any faults other than there was a lot of chlorine in the swimming pool but still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Excellent rooms & food & service.

Attended for our annual music club dinner. All sixty of us had a fantastic time being very well looked after and served lovely food. No complaints!

Rooms clean and tidy if a little dated. Members of staff on the front desk helpful, but rather rude to some of our party at breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was good. Location great, and great view of the sea.

Comfortable room, even with the tiny bathroom. Only let down by service at breakfast: had to ask for our order to be taken as 3 tables seated after us had their's taken before us. Not busy but staff all seemed too preoccupied setting up other tables. When we asked for another pot of tea we were told "you'll have to wait a minute! "

(23rd-28th Oct) My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The room we had (27) was beautiful but the view was a total let down and was very disappointing as that was our view for 5 days, however, the staff, Joe, Carl and Angie were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Had an issue with towels but was dealt with straight away. If we are ever in Bognor again we will definitely return.

Excellent room (62) with wonderful sea views. The food was first class as were the facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who made us feel very welcome. All the staff (includng those behind the scenes) are excellent and a credit to the hotel. Special thanks to Carl & Angie who are a real asset to the Beachcroft Hotel. We would definitely recommend the Beachcroft and are now looking forward to planning our next visit.

Stayed 2 nights. Very pleased with accommodation & services. Nice friendly staff. Full English breakfast I found to be a poor standard, but other options available. Most definitely be revisiting soon.

Very nice hotel. I would visit again. I love the fact that the kids are tucked away in a little room of their own because I thought we would all be in the same room but different beds. Nice one!

Lovely hotel. Full of character, a refreshing change in a time of minimalist, sterile, identikit mc-hotels. Reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, in a good way!

The room was clean, service is excellent and nice breakfast.

Old fashioned hotel, but clean. Rooms comfortable. Good car parking. Nice indoor pool. Water clean and warm. Really nice to sit in garden in sun looking at sea.

A pleasant stay, room clean and tidy. Stairs to upper floors are narrow and steep. There was some noise (not sure what it was — extractor fan — pump or something similar) affecting our room but it seemed not to happen during the night so not too big a problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use it again if in the area.

Just arrived this evening and very impressed with friendly staff. Had an amazing meal and was hot too. Great location as almost on the beach. Staying on business and looks like a good choice, BW too!

Room very basic and tired but fatastic view and close proximity to the beach made up for it.

A rather nice hotel actually, with a great restaurant and a nice indoor pool. I found that the heater in our room wasn't working too well, but it was booked to be fixed when I reported it and there was no fuss. And I couldn't help noticing that the walls of our room were a bit thin, which was unpleasant as our bedroom adjoined next doors WC. Would definitely return though. This hotel is in a good location and I really enjoyed our two-night stay.

Hotel is OK. Restaurant, Internet, and amenities are all between poor to OK, the staff was great.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station (about £7) Located just off the sea front perfect for a short walk or run. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a little out dated but had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had lots of choice but seemed a little over priced. If I was in the area again I would stay again.

They have no idea how to cook steak at all, they were asked for a blue, and two medium rare by our party, they all came out well done and when we informed them nothing happened. Other than that there is a good menu and long waiting times.

Very good but very overpriced. Should be a £50 a night hotel, no more.

Another brilliant stay. Food superb and staff cannot do enough for you. Really comfy beds. Very homely and relaxing and the pool is superb lovely and clean. Our second stay and it felt we had come home. Hope to visit again very soon. Well done beechcroft.

I stayed at the Beachcroft earlier this year (2008. ) The hotel and its staff was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The food was good and the general atmosphere very pleasant. Well worth a visit if you are looking for accommodation in the Arun area.
