Room 229 was lovely. Friendly welcome on arrival. Location brilliant. However the breakfast was awful complete shambles. Dirty plates and food not replmished. No mugs had to wait after asking for some more. They could see none there yet it didn't bother them. Food was cold. They let the PI down big time. Not worth the money for the breakfast. The Premier Inn nothing to fault. Not the same for the restaurant. People were complaining about them too.

Good location, friendly staff. Only complaint was TV could be in front of the bed and and the pillows defib to not up to prem inn standard. Still had a lovely stay.

This was our 1st time staying in a Premier Inn and won't be our last. We have stayed for 5 nights and found our room was very clean and all staff have been very polite and helpful. Room lovely and warm and the bed has been so comfy. Slept much better than I do at home. With my family now living local I will definitely be back.
eaten at restaurant twice during the stay and found food to be excellent and happy with price paid. Staff once again very friendly. Overall very happy experience.

Stayed here 31st August this year for 1 night in an accessible room.
The room smelled of feet and the bed was barely big enough for 1 person.
We ate at the restaurant and the food was poor to say the least.
I find it hard to understand why the cost of staying here, has gone through the roof. It is a basic hotel and unlikely upgrades have been implemented from then until now.
The saving grace of this hotel was the staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. They need a pay rise and your rates need to be much lower for this standard of accommodation.

Went to use the lift in premier inn Hastings to get up to the restaurant with my 7 month old baby and they wouldn’t let us use it and left me to carry my baby and buggy up stairs whilst pregnant to! Very rude and unhelpful staff. Saying use outside ramp but you can’t enter the restaurant from there as the one way system at the moment is wrong.

Stayed here for 5 nights in family room. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Really friendly staff in hotel gave recommendations for days out. Would recommend the hotel.

Very clean and safety maunted rooms… I always like booking in premier inn on my holidays… lovely staffs.

It was spot on for wat we wanted at the time and staff were only to glad to help out.

Staff are great lovely food the bedroom was clean it was a beautiful room comfortable bed definitely will be coming back in march.

Great hotel, superb food. No cheese (or very little) on the nachos though.

We had a great time and the food was great.

Lovely rib eye steak, fab wine and clean rooms.

The rooms are perfect, fantastic food and excellent staff very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice in the last few weeks for three nights each time due to weddings.
Both times we stayed we had lovely large quiet clean rooms and hot power shower
The ladies cleaning our rooms were very helpful and gave us a couple of extra tea bags and milk. I
All the reception team were amazing and helpful, including when I had an issue with my dress,
One of the reception team in particular was very helpful,, chatty and friendly, just wish I got her name, (blonde lady working the shift when the fire alarm went off on fri)

Absolutely disgusting room and only offered £20 good Will not full refund …
basically you can have a full refund if you don’t have a good night sleep but doesn’t matter if your room is filthy! I am a full Time career for my terminally ill
Mum and was in my way to stay in a healing centre to try and relax!

Room smelt of sewage — and had been put there despite the upper room being flooded the previous night. Moved to the only other available disabled room. Where found bogeys on the supposedly clean pillows!
Complaints in the restaurant and dirty cutlery.
Not the best experience this week!

Enjoyed two nights at The “windmill” Premier Inn. Friendly staff, good food amenities, very clean and comfortable. Would always recommend Premier Inn. I will give it a ***** 5!

We had one of the new rooms and it was lovely!
The bed was so comfy slept well and didn’t want to get up!

We loved our stay here. In a very convenient place, lots of spaces for free parking whilst we were there. The rooms were fantastic and the staff are really nice.

Love this hotel. I stay here everytime im down on Hastings. The staff on reception are lovely and very helpful, and very efficient. The only thing that I found annoying is that there was no plug sockets next to the double beds. Otherwise it was great!

Me my partner and my son stayed here for 1 night the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the only thing that was wrong was the carpet smelt of musk like it had not been shampooed for a while and I could see the dirt around the furniture especially the beds. The food was very nice and all staff were attentive in the restaurant especially the little waitress with dark hair on Saturday night. All staff were very friendly and well mannered nothing was too much trouble.

Only stayed for one evening but was enjoyable stay. The staff and food were very good which cannot be faulted. Only rated as 4 star because the hotel is a bit jaded and could do with a face-lift.

Nice Hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff were very polite.

Clean and reasonable, as Premier Inns usually are. Our toilet had a break inside of it, which didn’t look good, but it coped with our usage.
Sadly, the aircon wasn’t very impressive and pretty noisy… noisier than they usually are, so, my guess is it had something wrong with it.
Everything else fine.

Thankyou so much to Alex on the night shift for dealing with a difficult guest in the early hours of Monday morning. She was amazing how she dealt with it. Lovely room. Great comfy beds as always. Friendly staff. Good location. Plenty of parking. Brewer's fayre attached for great food.

I have stayed here several times and the reception staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities and also a hairdryer with a generous cord. Just a couple of niggles — first one is the lack of heating control in the room. And the other one would be the carpark spacings are pretty tight. The restaurant is carefully situated on the 1st floor. Also for anybody looking for a quick chocolate and crisp snack, there is a snack machine @ the reception entrance.

I have stayed several times and all the staff are most helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Deffinately recommend.

This is my first visit to a Premier Inn, the large room was very clean, with a comfy bed. The room had tea and coffee with a kettle, good hanging space and a good shower. The breakfast was full English or continental and reasonably priced. It's about 4 miles from Hastings itself and cheaper for that reason. I certainly would stay here again.

Room was nice, bed very comfortable with a nice snug duvet but surprised no water bottles. Not sure if tap water was drinkable but not an issue I grabbed some from Sainsbury's. The staff here are so lovely, from the reception to the restaurant staff, I'd booked last minute due to the weather so price was around £205 for 2 nights /breakfast. If I could have afforded to I would have tipped the waiting staff as hey wers great.

Usual premier Inn high standard but lift not working at the moment 26/27 Feb so not very good for anyone who can't climb stairs.

Hotel staff very helpful but restaurant staff seemed more interested in chatting to locals. I asked breakfast staff twice if I could order a cooked breakfast as they were busy chatting to resident contractors. Wont go there again.

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't bother with the Brewers Fayre breakfast too pricey, enjoyed ours at Sainsbury a short walk, just as good and a third the price.

The other premier Inn was excellent.

Stayed there a couple of years ago in December on a very windy and noisy night. Room was large and clean and it was lovely and quiet, we could not hear the wind or anyone outside. We went next door to the Windmill for a eat as much as you like breakfast which was really nice and had a huge selection. Family stayed there a few weeks ago on a Christmas visit and they didn't have any problems either.

I only paid £33 for the room for the night … turned out to be really good value… the usual room you’d expect from a premier inn… decent size, clean & a comfy bed, bathroom had a really good power shower… a Brewers Fayre is attached. Didn’t eat there but it looked nice enough. The lift isn’t working for the foreseeable future which didn’t cause us any issues… lovely greeting on arrival and friendly staff on departure. Will def stay there again in the future.

Room ok. Hotel frontage disgusting don't think the steps have ever been swept and a horrible skip full of rubbish in entrance. To get to our room we had to go up steps 2 flights round corridors back down 1 flight of steps… totally crazy and we had a lot of baggage. Room very hot but beds very comfortable and rooms good size.

All of the staff here are wonderful. The lift is broken so they work very hard every day, even though they have all this extra work to do they are so cheerful, helpful and friendly. I am impressed by how much the staff have to put up with, I have seen guest being rude and demanding and still they are plesent calm and smiling, I have been to quite a few expensive hotels in my time and believe me the staff there are not as good as the staff here at premier Inn Hastings… PLEASE guest remember it's not their fault the lift is not working or something has gone wrong with your room or the food is taking a long time, treat them how you would wish to be treated.

The Restaurant — The Restaurant is suitable for 'All' — Adults, Babies, Buggies, Children & Wheelchair Users. The Food — The Mature Cheddar Cheese Pies with Onion and Spinach — (Starter and Main) — are Seriously Delicious Foods — (5 Star). There's a choice of normal Potato Chips or Sweet Potato Chips. The Disappointment was that: (a) The Starter & Main arrived together; (b) Not all the foods in the Main Dish were heated to the same temperatures — i. E Gravy, Pies & Veg were hot, but the Potato was barely warm. Hot Beverages are self — served from a side table, where Cappuccino/Coffee Drinkers hold the fort, leaving Tea Drinkers confused over Brand & type of tea — i. E. Herbal Flavoured Tea Versus Normal Earl Grey Tea or Normal normal 'unbranded' Tea Bags. The Milk is also an issue — i. E Normal Milk is self served from a small jug & not a machine. This is reliant upon staff continuously checking the milk jug, replacing or refilling the milk jug, or the previous customer leaving the milk jug in plain sight V Frothy Milk from a machine dispensary, clearly labelled & marked. Sugar sachets are in use here. Condiments are served on a fancy server. The Facilities — The Toilets are plain & simple, with a lever handle flush system and a hot air hand drying system only. Thank You!

As a convenient necessity for a business trip, fine. A single overnight member of staff is inadequate, with noisy guests and hammering into the night, there was no recourse or help available. Thus over 2 visits the only good night's sleep was a result of exhaustion not quality accommodation!

Premier Inn have a great business model that works. Is this place amazing? No. But… You cant go wrong. The on site restaurant has really good food. We had our 3 month old with us and were very comfortable with him as are 1st time away with him. Great value for money. Will stay again when Im down to visit my Mum.

Wow lovely service from when you walk in the door until you leave. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff at breakfast are very friendly and ate on hand all the time. Will be booking again x.

Great all you can eat breakfast and kids eat free with an adult. Recommended although I haven't tried their hotel I'd imagine it to be fine.

Nice rooms and courteous staff, not sure on prices as someone else paid but would stay in future if in the area.

Stayed in the "extension" was a hassle to get to and from the room. Up 2 floors to the end of the building then down a floor. Wi-Fi signal not great and on the 1st morning of my stay there was no hot water. Add the this a below par restaurant means a disappointing stay.

Stayed had a shower but no hot water also my colleague in another room had same problem. Spoke to receptionist and said they going to restart the boiler. I am staying here for another two nights and will change my rating of it improves.

After saying time and time again I won't book another premier inn next to a brewers fayre — I find myself sitting at dinner — can't get into the restaurant because of curry night and the place is rammed — told I can have a table in the bar area — there's no waitress service here so all my food will be brought to me at once unless I want to take my plates back to the bar and ask for the next course — they've run out of rib eye steak — it'630 pm for goodness sake! — countless times have I waited for over an hour for food in brewers fayre restaurants — that's it premier inn, That's about 5 k a year I'm not spending with you guys anymore — would rather pay double and stay somewhere where there is space for the people spending ariund a hundred quid to stay one night Rant over!

Good friendly staff. Clean well looked after rooms. Used on a tegular basis.

The staff are friendly and helpful to you and others. They always ask have you been here before and if the guest says no they talk to them and tell them what to do. 100/100

Quiet hotel. Very handy for a visit to Hastings & Saint Leonard's. Friendly staff & clean room. Comfortable bed.

Wow what can I say other than amazing service and very very helpful staff. Me and my children and mother arrived in rye for our annual holiday, when our plans didn't work out we were left with no accommodation. I had called around 20 hotels and b&bs in the area to be told everywhere was fully booked. Having two children with me I was feeling hopeless and no other option other than to sleep in the car. Until I called premier inn in Hastings and spoke to dan on reception, he was so helpful and told me to come see him and he would ring around and find us somewhere to sleep even though they themselves were fully booked. In the end dan managed to find us a room at his hotel which we were eternally greatful for and even went beyond to help us out and make us feel welcome. Andy in the bar, cheered us up also. Dan and Andy were absolutely great and we thank you so much.

Great room. Great hot food, Great service from bar and hotel staff. All around great stay.

Rooms good, reception efficient and friendly. Car park is a bit tight. Restaurant bit dated, and not very clean. Breakfast however was usual very good Premier Inn standard.

This premier inn is handy do anyone travelling to Hastings. Bring a premium Inn you know what to expect. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy and there was air conditioning which was amazing given the temperature when I stayed.

Out of all the hotel chains Premier Inn never disappoints. The rooms are equipped well and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast here was excellent freshly cooked to order.

Extremely comfortable disabled room, although would be helpful to have a wetroom, not a bath as I cant get in a bath. Very lovely food and very friendly, helpful staff — would recommend 100%

Very nice place, as you would expect nice sized rooms & comfortable beds. The staff here have always been excellent, And only 5 minute drive to the beach!

As expected comfy bed and good night's sleep.

Romania outsource out 10 years now so tasty please I want it I want out of a down sorting canyon out of hastings I want you now cuz now the britannia inn.

Sadly young lads in modified cars rev'ing their engines and playing loud music until 4am opposite the hotel was annoying, but Premier Inn assure me they will deal with the issue. Great otherwise.

I don't know what it is with these premier Inn hotels but setting hot watter temperature in a shower is a challenge. And watter pressure wants to be higher. Flat screen telly is brilliant tho! Don't get them everywhere.
