Always a pleasure staying here after a few days cycling the South Downs Way. Karen and Mark always give a warm welcome and the breakfast is great too.

Incredibly clean and lovely room… the nicest b&b I’ve ever stayed in! Having worked as a hotel contractor for over 15 years this is miles better than the majority of hotels I’ve contracted for the tour operating industry! 10/10!

Wonderfully warm welcome, excellent breakfast and the room was beautiful. Perfect stress free environment to relax in during a hectic weekend. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Loverly breakfast each morning. Karen and Mark are friendly and helpfull. Rooms are very clean and a have a loverly theme to them. Highly recommended. You will get a great welcome. Love it.

I have stayed in loads of guest houses, and I have to say that this is by far the best and cleanest I have stayed in… Well, it was clean until I spilt sweet and sour sauce on the bed, after Karen the owner had specifically said to me "don't spill it". I was so ashamed that I couldn't bring myself to confess, so I tried to clean it myself with my t shirt after soaking it in water, but it just made it worse, like that scene in the Mr Bean film where he tries to clean the smudge off the painting. I was so stressed out I had to buy another brandy from the honesty bar. I had even taken my own plate and cutlery and used the tray to ensure there was no mess, but the sellotape from the top of the sauce had got stuck to the crispy chicken ball bag, and when I went to lift the bag up the sauce went everywhere. I left £8.00 for cleaning the bedspread as I felt so guilty. I only hope that Mark and Karen will forgive me, and let me stay at the Langtons again in the future, on the understanding that I will NOT eat anything messy in the room. So Sorry guys.

Karen and Mark are lovely hosts. We were only there one night, but the rooms are lovely, the breakfast is hearty, and the location is good.

My husband and I where looking for a place to stay the night and luckily for us was one room available (someone just had cancel), Karen and Mark very welcoming and friendly, room was very nice (we stayed in room called Regency) very comfortable, good size, very clean bathroom, bedroom and public areas, breakfast was very good and had all (I usually only have coffee and toast), will be staying again and highly recommend, thank you.

Great place to stay safe and warm and the breakfast is lovely.

My husband and I stayed here last night. Karen made us feel welcome from the start, we had a top floor room which was lovely.
Breakfast was amazing-just a shame we could not eat it all.
Would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here and we would definitely come and stay again
Lovely accommodation and lovely owners.

Lovely large rooms, quiet and an honesty bar for beer, wine and spirits. Soft drinks and chocolate too, all reasonably priced. Nice comfy beds and clean smart bathrooms. Good six item cooked breakfast, just tell them night before what you want and it's ready for you at breakfast time.

Friendly staff. Very clean snd comfortable. Excellent facilities.

The rooms are lovely: really clean, quiet and pleasing to the eye. The staff is also lovely as the position, right in front of the beach.

I can highly recommend The Langtons. The hosts, Karen and Mark, are very welcoming, the rooms are decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard and the guest house and rooms are extremely clean. There is such a huge choice for breakfast and the variety means that everyone is catered for, including vegetarians.

A very clean and comfortable guest house. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very tasty and very well presented. Excellent value. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast room was a bit cramped and breakfast time a bit short. I don't like sitting with people I don't know. Perhaps it's only me being unsociable. We WILL use it again though.

Langton's GuesthouseEastbourne uk, I just loved my visit it just wasn't long enough if I get a chance to travel to uk again I would stay there again the owners Karen and Mark were wonderful, beautiful themed rooms ours was the Jasmine Room, great breakfasts, very enjoyable stay I would recommend them to anyone travelling to Eastbourne and my hubby is hard to please and he loved it and Karen and Marks lovely little white terrier Bonnie was adorable, guest suites very clean and good security, thanks Mark, Karen and Bonnie, for a great stay. We found The Langton's on Expedia.

This was a very special guest house. Lovely owners, gorgeous rooms which were immaculate and tastefully decorated and a delicious breakfast. I'll be staying again.
