Review of Beach Front Guest House 3*

I arrived late due to work (8am! ) and they really took care of me. Offered me other less noisy rooms than the twin we had booked so it was less noisy or a better view (this would have meant extra cleaning for them! ). Gave me free parking voucher for the day. Decent clean rooms. Good showers with a clean rubber slip mat to hand. Comfy Beds. Free Wi-Fi. And of course all the usuals, TV, tea coffe. Best of all they even had power extensions with multi sockets so your not dragging furniture around to plug stuff in. I would stop there but… The breakfast was perfectly cooked, and they even lent me a Samsung plug and cable charger as mine was in the van. I left my wash bag and on return they came our to give to me as was hard to stop. Finally and most importantly, as I came late they allowed me an extended check out at the drop of a hat until 1pm! In the world of working around the country this is: A) Rare to get any extension B) If you do never ever later than 12 C 1 pm! Is the latest I have ever been offered. He did explain that if the room had been booked, then, of course, it wouldn't have been possible. Regardless it was a very generous offer. Whilst this was simply a standard work overnight booking it was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed at in terms of service, help, flexibility and last but not least well priced. Whether a family weekend in Eastbourne or a working stop over this place is ideal. Lastly I am not related to them am not friends and have never met them before. I sincerely felt they deserved a thank you carf (in this case in the form of a review! l) Thank Duncan and staff.
