Lovely greeting on arrival and some homemade lemon drizzle cake. Room very clean and tidy. We are looking forward to our 3 days here in this lovely guest house. We have the added bonus of a balcony, lovely views.

It’s our fourth time of staying at Bay Lodge and we have stayed at a few different places at Eastbourne but couldn’t recommend this B&B higher, every time is wonderful. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is delicious and a good range of choices, cannot fault it.
Already booked to come back twice more.

Amazing place, hosts and cake. Best B and B I’ve ever stayed in. Better than a lot of hotels. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We stayed in the balcony room and it’s beautiful. Waking up to that view with a coffee. Then a lovely cooked breakfast. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow absolutely loved this place been going for over night stays in Eastbourne for 20 years I can honestly say my best stay started with a wow and ends with a wow.

This Guest House is so nice and Welcome to his Guests. Angela and Marc are so lovely Hosts. The Room was so nice and very Clean and the Breakfast was so Good. This was my first Time in England and I am so thankful to Stay in this wonderful Guest House. We come definitley back. Best greetings from Germany.

Smashing guest house. Great location in Eastbourne. Lovely room — immaculate. Great breakfast. Hosts a mine of information. Highly recommend. The Bonfire parade was very atmospheric.

This Guest House is well run by a friendly, helpful host and hostess. The breakfast is excellent with large servings of fresh fruits and a large cooked breakfast (in fact the first day we hardly needed to eat any more for the rest of the day! ). The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. I had a wonderful view from the top dble room. The price was reasonable and good value. Nice clean rooms, en-suites, fluffy white towels etc. A gem to find!

Service was really good staff were really friendly, location was great with a good view of the ocean, rooms had a nice homey feel to them.

Lovely little place, definitely worth a visit!

The guest house is in an excellent location on the sea front, just a 10 minute walk from the pier. The room was clean and well equipped with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast in the morning is a buffet selection of fruits and cereals followed by a freshly cooked breakfast with excellent quality ingredients. Personally my wife and I found the bed too soft for our liking but this is personal preference and I would recommend Bay Lodge to anyone staying in Eastbourne if a soft mattress is not an issue.

Amazing. Very clean, super comfy beds, very tasty breakfast and superb hosting. All that just yards from beach and pier. Definitely will be coming back.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with nice bathrooms and facilities. The owners are brilliant and friendly and cater wonderfully to your needs.

Stay 18-19 March… A lovely stay for the weekend. Breakfast very pleasant with a good selection on offer Mark very attentive Angela a great chef. Offered advice on where to eat and visit for an evening meal, our room was at the top of the b&b in the double room so a nice sea view from room and bathroom. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.
