Clean bathroom, nice bed, large tv. View was labelled as a "sea view", although we could not see the sea from our room. Overall great service and breakfast. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brighton, as it's very nice value considering how close to the beach and the city centre it is, with parking included.

Quite clean but very old Hotel. Old bathrooms, they gave us the room in the basement with View "wall". Not good for the price paid.

Love this place! The staff are lovely and can't wait to visit again. Great location, very clean and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others!

Really good central location. A traditional victorian terrace so a little 'rough around the edges', but also had lots of character. Rooms basic but served the purpose of an overnight stay. Modern, if not small, bathroom (I believe some bathroom facilities are shared, but reflected in price). Lovely simple continental breakfast (either included in price or £5pp if on room only basis). Check in staff were very welcoming and informative. Breakfast staff were very hard working, making sure everything was continually topped up. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend for a night or 2 away.

Pleasant bed and breakfast, very conveniently located within walking distance of good shops restaurants & sightseeing. Staff very helpful and friendly. 78 steps to our room on the 4th floor kept us fit too!

Cheep and cheerful, 72 steps to top floor. Clean and tidy. Good continental breakfast. No fry up.

Had a nice stay here, every request I had was dealt with swiftly & with a smile. Really nice staff esp at the reception!. Nice breakfast, great location a stroll to the beach. My room was slightly small for me & my daughter but it was clean & decent. Will definitely return here again when I want to visit Brighton. Thank you.

Bad hotel ever my life, even hotel management wasn't good enough, very poor service and its like you living broken single rooms. Toilet and bed broken please don't go there, toilet sound like somebody smashing your door 24 hours. No safety at all, water very hot and small shower. Wrote a complains local Brighton council. Which they are going to closing down.

Locarion is bang on. Room was comfortable enough, mattress a little tired and clunky. Room looked a little tired. But ultimately it was priced very competitively and was an adequate b&b.

Lovely large Victorian type room with lovely original features and high ceilings and very clean, great continental breakfast and a fab location 1min walk from beach front!

Great location and good clean room. Our room was on top floor with no lift so many stairs to climb. Good facilities in room with shower. Bed was quite hard and small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected with good choice.

Staff where Brilliant. Unfortunately I did not notice when booking that my room was not en-suit. Would suit Students and visiting trades.

I was staying in a 'shared facilities' room which was fine with me, but they didn't have a shower or shower head. From that point I really thought my stay was going to be an awful one but I showed my concern to the gentlemen on the front desk and was so impressed with how he dealt with the matter. He was really understanding and polite and moved me to another room.

Cheap for the location, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are low quality, and there's a major problem with the plumbing that means a very loud roaring noise is set off every time someone in the hotel turns a tap on / flushes a loo / has a shower.

We had a terrible stay at the Queensbury. Broken bed, broken shower, funny smell and noise. Didn't sleep! It is low standard accomodation for high prices. Good location, but that's it. Management were useless and we ended up leaving, DON't STAY HERE.
