Nice smart and clean room with fantastic friendly staff.

Had a couple of nights here for a birthday getaway. Room fantastic and well equipped. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful especially as all working under the “new rules”. Breakfast in the rock salt lovely. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Had a lovely couple of nights at The Seaspray. We stayed in Room 4, very clean, spacious and a lovely sea view. Lots of choice at Breakfast, all perfectly cooked. Thank you x.

I have always been staying here if I'm working in Bexhill. I do have a choice of all hotels but I always come back here. The rooms are lovely, location is great and food is very nice. But what makes this place is the people who work here! They are so so lovely and really look after you, especially the lady at breakfast — she's always so happy and smiley and that sets your mood right for the whole day! xxxx.

First time for us but will definitely stay again, room with Seaview was lovely and the food was excellent, staff polite and courteous and an all round friendly atmosphere.

Stayed there last night on business and couldn't have been happier. Excellent service from all the employees, lovely rooms with character abound and the breakfast menu is to die for. If you're going to stay near on in Bexhill, make this your first port of call (pun intended) as its worth every penny.

Perfect stay! We stayed two nights; great service, great rooms, what more could you want? Would definitely recommend & return. We stayed in room 5 on the second floor and you couldn't hear any noise from the bar on the Friday night. The rooms are very clean and modern, we parked on the road to the side of the hotel from Friday evening until Sunday for free! The breakfast is excellent, and lovely coffee. Thanks Seaspray.

Location is great being on top of a restaurant! Have been made to feel incredibly welcome. Room is lovely, food served is great and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend others to stay here.

Really lovely room run by lovely warm people. The rooms are well decorated and furnished, we also had a lovely sea view and felt spoiled in the nicest way. The Rocksalt-on-Sea below is a great bar serving good beer, wine beer etc plus super food! Would love to go back soon… Can highly recommend you give this place a try!

We loved our stay which was part of a birthday treat. Beautifully decorated and cosy room, record player and selection of LP's give an original, quirky touch. The artwork, postcards and some room features all done by a local artist combined with beautiful furniture give the whole building a fresh look combining vintage and modern seamlessly. Our host, the lovely Gemma greeted us and looked after us so well. The breakfast feast is something else and requires a serious attempt, this is not a breakfast for amateurs! Fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt, croissants, breads and pastries, fresh coffee and a selection of juices are all to enjoy while you wait for your cooked choice! Newspapers thoughtfully provided and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere make the whole experience a joy. Looking forward to going again soon.
