Brilliant little find. We stayed for two nights while attending the Stereophonics concert at Singleton park. Great location, great accommodation and breakfast. The owners are so lovely and make you feel so welcome. Would recommend to anyone. We also met the pets which included. Dogs, cats and sheep.

What an utterly fantastic place to stay. We were absolutely thrilled with The Barn B&B. We stayed in the family room which had ample room for the 4 of us (including our baby in his travel cot). Our eldest chose to stay with his aunt but we could have easily fit the 5 of us. Check in was easy and the room was lovely. We ordered food in for the evening and ate outside. The beds were comfy, shower warm and perfect pressure. Although you're close to the M4 (and we had the windows open all night) we barely noticed the noise. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer. We all enjoyed the selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals and cooked breakfast. They also had a high chair. The owners were lovely and we can't recommend them enough. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable. Quiet area. Lovely characterful single room but couldn't get wall lights to work. Satisfying tasty and freshly cooked breakfast. Motorway shielded by mature trees absolutely not a problem for a light sleeper in a facing room. Shall definitely book again.

Stayed at the barn with friends, we had a great stay and will defo come back with our family thank you Phil & Babs lovely warm welcome and great Welsh breakfast, we can't wait to come back.

High hospitality, original countryside, affdordable prices — what more you could expected?!

This was our second visit to the barn. We only live in Cardiff but like to get away for a night once in a while with the children. Very welcoming again, Phil and Barbara make you feel as if your part of their family! Spotlessly clean like last time, lovely warm cosy rooms in fitting with the age of the barn. The recently renovated cottages and stable looked fantastic too! Oh and the breakfast was a delicious full welsh as well. The morning we checked out Phil let the children wake the Chickens and Geese up and let Kate and Laura feed them their breakfast! They loved it! Highly recommended. Thanks again, Chris, Steph, Kate and Laura.

Nice B and B with great hosts but suffers the same problem as all these converted farm building places in that it needs a lot of heating so I found it a little cold especially as we stayed during a winter storm. Close to M4 so if you don't like traffic noise you won't like it but it didn't bother me personally. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A home from home. We spent Christmas in one of the self catering cottages, it was warm and welcoming. Had everything we needed and was very clean and modern. Small touches that made a big difference to a mother of 2 small children 300 miles from home, milk, cereal and most importantly teabags on arrival, everything has been thought of. The owners Phil and Barbara were very friendly and relaxed. Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Lovely area. We would definitely recommend it, and stay again.

We stayed for one night wish it had been longer beautiful place a right little gem the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The room we had was immaculate with the most comfy bed breakfast was tasty lovely will be back again.

Super friendly. First time in Wales and this place was very welcoming. The room I picked was small (one person size) but the building and decor were vintage and gave the place a warm, homely feel to it. Price was very reasonable too. Breakfast included however the bed was so comfortable that I missed breakfast both days! Lol.

Room 6 is perfect for a family to share. It has a place for parents to sit outside the room while children fall asleep. If we're in the area again we'd definitely stay here. Great breakfast and lovely hosts. Margam country park and a great Indian restaurant near by.

What a lovely warm welcome, fabulous breakfast and hosts. Rooms are to such a high spec, and such a lovely quiet location. I would definitely stay here again, and such a bargain price. Best B&B I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for one night last summer during a trip to Wales, the breakfast was great and the room is nicely decorated but keeping its historical style. The location is convenient for driving, the environment is peaceful and there are supermarkets nearby.

Enjoyed our brief stay, the family room we stayed in was very clean and quiet. Loved the Welsh breakfast!

Phil and Barbara were very welcoming the accomodation and food are both superb wonderful atmosphere and pleasantly situated with plenty to do in the area.

Wonderful welcoming people comfortable accomodation and lovely surroundings staff were helpful and the location great for sightseeing and close to motorway links food was lovely and some produced on site would recommend to anyone.
