I arranged a hen party weekend at Clyne Farm Centre and it was perfect! The cottages are beautiful and cosy and the option to join 3 together worked brilliantly. The views were lovely and the challenge valley was great fun even if it was a bit cold that day! Everyone had a great time. All the staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the booking and the stay. I would definitely go again and for large groups this place is ideal! Thank you again Clyne Farm.

My 11 year old daughter booked an advanced hack for today, other centres spoilt her experience as too cautionary. My daughter was so so happy, had a lovely advanced hack, trot canter and gallop with no questions asked. We will definitely be back for more Inc jump lessons, one happy adventurous daughter x.

I booked a lesson just to get myself back on a horse. Not only did they listen to my experience level and give me a suitable horse but I ended up asking about a job and now I teach here on Sundays. 10/10 recommend. The nicest welcome and sweetest horses.

Would like to say a big thank you to all at Clyne Farm Centre. I was lucky enough to win a two night stay at the farm, after winning a competition that was posted on Facebook. On arrival the staff were so welcoming and friendly, there was a beautiful welcome pack, filled with local produce for us and the dog, such a nice touch. The accommodation was lovely, spotless and you had everything you need for a fantastic vacation. We had an absolutely amazing time, would definitely recommend staying. Stunning views, we watched multiple fireworks from the balcony, which had beautiful views of the bay and the farm. There are plenty of activities on offer at the farm and there is plenty to see and do. This is an ideal location to explore the Gower. We visited Mumbles, Langland, Caswell, Rotherslade, Pwll Du, Pennard, Pobbles Bay and Clyne Gardens, during our stay as they were less than a ten minute drive away. Definitely feeling recharged and relaxed and can’t wait to return 😃 xx.

We booked only the day before due to our race for life mud run getting cancelled! Everything happens for a reason… we had the best time at the assault course. Even your lovely rep was so friendly and laughed the entire time with us! Thanks for fitting us in at short notice x.

We had a lovely stay here. Fantastic views across mumbles and Swansea. Great location for exploring. very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. We stayed in stables cottage and it had 3 toilets which was great when there are 6 of you. thoroughly recommended for a lovely family break.

Great day out had. Lots of laughs to be had at the Muddy Assault course. They loved it… already talking about coming back for round two. Verdict — "Awesome" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had three days stay in Horseshoe Cottage with two flatcoated retrievers — great for the dogs as all on one level and brilliant with the access to the garden! Beautiful views all round and the fantastic weather we had was perfect. I grew up on the Gower so thoroughly enjoyed visiting old haunts again and also my Mum who still lives at Newton. All very convenient!
Our second visit (I came three years ago with my two grown up daughters) and if you'll have us again, we will be back! Thank you, especially from Scott and Raven🐾🐾🐾🐾

We had the most incredible beginners pony riding session today. The staff went out of their way to make sure the little ones had the best time. Thank you so much, we can’t wait until our next trip!

Had an amazing time with Rosie and Harvey, it really made their Birthday. Staff were super friendly and gave 120% to make it special for them. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience for novice horse rider, stunning views, horses look very content.

My daughter is 9 and interested in starting horse riding lessons. She spent some time in the stable feeding and grooming a pony, followed by a 30 minute led walk. She loved the whole experience, and Alex and Freya who looked after us were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views and a warm cosy cottage. Lovely staff who assisted my 3 yr old on a pony trek and took me out on a hack. Just 5 short minutes to the mumbles restaurants and coastal walks. Great to experience the working farm and get ourselves out in the fresh air! Highly recommend to those with young children and that aren’t afraid to get their wellies dirty!

Beautiful place, stunning views, so much to do on your doorstep… adventurous walks, beach side (as our 3 year old calls it), ice cream — the important things whilst on holiday.

Lovely welcome on arrival some welsh goodies for the adults and a bag of goodies for Coco. Amazing views and so quiet, if you want a relaxing break this is the place to stay.
Cottage is set up for all you need and lovely and clean.
Second visit for us and won’t be the last.

Superb views and lovely farm for horse riding lessons, treks etc! Staff were very friendly & great with children (even a grumpy teen)!

Alfie had an amazing time this morning, Katie who led him round was wonderful with him and Cara was beautifully behaved. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked in for later this week!

Took my two girls to Clyne yesterday for the adopt a pony day, they had the best time. Seren was amazing with my girls, they loved taking care of the horses and asking millions of questions — all of the staff are so lovely. Thank you!

Won the competition for 2 night stay, what a fantastic stay! Staff are so lovely! My children loved all the animals so thoughtful for my sons 4th Birthday thank you so much! We were sad to leave and will be back.

Went there on a school trip to see Santa with my grandson. Had a lovely time, friendly (elves) staff and Santa was great with the children, had plenty of time for them and children loved it when both elves and Santa waved them off when we left.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in our cosy cottage. Loved our welcome pack of beers, Welsh cakes, milk plus treats for our dog.
such a great to stay and tour the coast as well as visit to Cardiff.
staff are so lovely and was lovely to see the horses, goats, sheep, Piggy and Ted the dog. Highly recommended xx.

Had my little girls 6th Birthday party. Treasure hunt & pony riding, with food. It was a wonderful experience for all. So much FUN. Highly recommend. Thank you very much all for a wonderful day.

Great farm location kind gifts on arrival for both us and our dog. Accommodation rustic fabulous. People very kind, near great walks beach and mumbles perfect for all.

Fantastic place to learn how to ride, all of the staff are super friendly, Morgan, Caitlin and Katy have been wonderful so far and I am positive I will meet more along the way on my training programme :) thank you for helping me! Xx.

Lovely place to stay, great location for Swansea or the mumbles. Plenty to do or just want to be left alone. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love bringing our daughter here horse riding, she really enjoys it. Morgan is fab and was amazing with our four year old daughter. Definitely recommend Clyne Farm for horse riding.

Just got back from a hack through the woods on Ferne. Emma, who accompanied me, is thoughtful and knowledgeable and a great riding companion. A beautiful place and area. Highly recommended for all riders regardless of ability.

My two children had a fantastic time today doing the Easter egg hunt and pony ride. The staff are so friendly, polite and couldn’t done enough for you. It was my kids first time on the pony’s and they made them relax and explained what to do throughout their ride. Thank you to all the staff.

Have visited clyne farm to do the challenge valley. The muddiest assault course in the world. I first visited in 1995. And have visited around 10 times since then. The mud stinks and gets all over you. There are showers and changing rooms both open plan but could be better. The course is a fair course of challenge and fun. There is so much potential there. Don't wear your best clothes, maybe old compression gear. But definitely fun.

We did the muddy assault course for my birthday. Great leader who took us around the course and we all had a lot of fun. We had a problem with the showers so couldn't really get the mud off afterwards so maybe this could be improved but I would definitely recommend a visit :)

After not riding for 12 years, on holiday I decided to try & find somewhere I could take a ride. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was so friendly from the initial call to book, to turning up & having no idea where to go. My ride for the day, Finn, was fantastic, the young girl who took me out, jess I think (long blonde hair) was amazing. She made me feel comfortable & at ease straight away. Very friendly, chatty & just a fantastic companion to ride with. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back if I holiday in Wales again.

Went to the 'Unicorn Day' and my 6 year old said it was 'the best day ever' :) The day was really well organised, balencing fun with saftey, staff who were friendly, helpful and clearly love their jobs and the ponies they care for. Lots of unicorn themed crafts, party games both mounted and unmounted and really patient ponies which the children got to craft 'unicorn horns' and flowers for them to wear, pony chalk, stencils and hoof glitter. Epic.

Friendly family run place. Made my Hijabi's feel very comfortable. Kids loved the horsed. Well looked after.

Great place to get muddy and explore the outdoors. My boys have attended tall trees and learnt to safely start camp fires.

We are on holiday and booked my Daughter in for own a pony day and she loved it! She had a brilliant day and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend it. Thank you x.

I am camping at Clyne Farm for a few days. Basic but fine, showers and loos okay, hot water and reasonably clean. Camp fields small and no feeling of privacy if that is what you are looking for. Pot wash has no hot water and a bit grubby, I always camp with some antiseptic spray cleaner so after a quick clean no problem. At present it is raining heavily so very muddy on paths etc. But where isn't when in a field. As a cheap campsite I paid £38 for four nights I have no complaints and the views are stunning, staff pleasant and helpful and 10 minutes drive to centre of Swansea.

Wasted £720 for 2 nights on this dreadful place. Dirty shabby not child friendly. I am complaining to the Swansea tourist board as this place has a lot of health and safety issues. Don't go to Clyne farm centre ruined my 45th wedding anniversary.

A wonderful hack through the woods and across the common with fantasting views. The horses were reliable and well cared for. Fionn took my daughter and I for a gallop and we were in very safe hands. I just wish we could have ridden for longer.

Born in the Mayals in 1971 and I could see Clyne Farm from my bedroom window. Went home in 2014 to bury my dad, live in Australia now, since 1985. Decided to go visit and stay at my childhood stomping ground at Clyne Farm. Had a truly amazing experience. My, then 8 year old son thoroughly loved going on a trek. I went for a ride too, where we used to gallop horses madly around in the 70's. WHS laws don't allow this anymore, however, the young lass that took me out was totally gorgeous. Love this place, love the beautiful staff and the owner of farm really sweet. Take your family there for a weekend, it truly is a beautiful, unspoiled part of Swansea. Gets my thumbs up. Can't wait to get back. Keep up the great work. Juzzy xx.

Friendly staff and great little ponies for the kids to ride.

We took a birthday party here on a cold February afternoon and did the muddiest assault coarse in the World. Everyone enjoyed and got filthy, the instructor, Hamish, was funny and knowledge. The view from the farm is spectacular and must be even better early in the morning. 2 small negative things, the coffee shop is small and is as an old Welsh farm kitchen area it's ok but not brilliant. The showers after you finish should be like a jet wash getting the mud off and out of every part of your body, but they are little more that a trickle. The farm won awards for tourism in 2010 and 2012 which yes it's a great few enjoyable hours spent, however the place looks a bit dated considering the price for the experience I'd have thought they'd keep it fresher. What a good day, everyone enjoyed.

I went ther pony threkin I was amased.

A really nice and quiet cottage. I stopped in Cottage Barn and while the sofa/seats where not the best the cottage itself was really nice. Shower was nice and relaxing. Bed was a little hard but I'm used to a tempa mattress. Only niggle is that they advertised the cottage with Wi-Fi, but you only get that in the cafe when it's open. Had to use my phones portable Wi-Fi hotspot to get a connection. Hence 4/5 stars but I will be back for sure.
