The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I really appreciated Victoria and her willingness to direct me to local historical attractions has made my holiday and I am loving it. Best holiday in years because of these guys!

Never ever complain but laid here awake since 3am very noisey. Student area. Students sat outside at 4 in a morning laughing and shouting. Asked kindly to be quiet which made no difference. We was situated in the basement of the building which was newly modernised but tenants above very loud. Asked kindly to keep the noise down but rolled their eyes and continued to be loud. They then sat outside at the table and chairs waiting to go to work we think. What' was supposed to be a joyous weekend has resulted on moving to alternate vaccination with no refund.

Lovely place. Good place to stay a few days to visit Swansea.

The room is much smaller than the pictures suggest (which can be especially difficult when sharing a room) and the rooms above are not very sound proof, so when it comes to other guests playing music it can be heard through the walls, causing disturbance. However, the room was very clean and the staff were very nice when we struggled to find our way to the hotel.

Really friendly staff. Very well appointed rooms and very quiet location. Would stay here again and recommend :-)

Close to the city centre (£4.50 taxi fair), clean, decent size and low lost. Said there was parking but I think I was just lucky to get a space on the street outside. Would recommend over the big chains.

Attended to enquire about a future stay. Very nice place with nice staff. Will be staying there soon.

Been to White House a few times. Ok B&b with pleasant staff who were helpful and unassuming. Rooms clean and tidy with an assortment of sweeties Plentiful breakfast which was cooked to order. Will stay again.

New owners. Warm welcome with very. Good service. Rooms well maintained. Overall good value for money.

This hotel has changed hand's and is undergoing a renovation in most of the rooms so it's hard to say what it will be in six months. The new owners are nice and it seems that this will be more a Airbnb type of hotel, time will tell.

Lovely service, good value for money. Comfy bed, but the room was on the very small side. Not too much of an issue until I realised I could barely fit into the bathroom/shower! Speaking of which it was stocked with amenities, but it did need a better clean in places. Lovely service at breakfast with a good selection of cold items and a cooked breakfast. All in all a very recent stay — chocolate on the pillow always helps!

Nice and quiet place. Bed is reasonable size and clean. With a kettle which is a plus for a cup of tea.

This is one of my two choices when I stay in Swansea for work. Well placed, good rooms an good breakfast. Always worth a visit!

Friendly welcome, clean and nicely decorated halls and rooms, easy key card access, reasonable Wi-Fi and nice breakfast. Will be recommending this hotel to my colleagues.

Very nice little hotel, very welcoming, cozy and beautifully kept. An excellent breakfast and decent free Wi-Fi (not that throttled rubbish you sometimes get) made the stay very comfortable and productive. I'd definitely stay here again.
