Lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Visited 16-18 Mar 2018. The B&B was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Whilst we did not experience any problems connecting to the Wi-Fi, the Internet connection was sufficiently spotty to prevent actual use of the Internet. This seemed to have cleared up by Sunday morning so hopefully the issues were resolved. The room was well-appointed, larger than some B&B rooms, but also smaller than others. There was a TV with Freeview channels and a (somewhat noisy, but with instructions on how to turn it off) fridge. The bathroom was interesting, with a replacement plug in the sink which challenged the user to complete what they were doing before letting the water drain out.

Great Place to stay lively view form the window and the staff are lovely and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in that area.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, location was pretty good if you're going to the waterfalls or the ridges. Breakfast was decent as well.

Very well appointed, good value B&B. Great location next to the Llwyn Onn Reservoir which reminds me of Derwent and Ladybower reservoirs nearer home.

Reasonable accommodation considering the price. "Wifi in soom rooms" means "1 access point in the office", the 1 room directly above the office might get signal, the rest certainly don't and even in the communal lounge the signal is pretty weak. The rooms are dated and nothing flash, but they're tidy and there was nothing to complain about. Make sure the suspension on your car is well serviced, the driveway has some monster potholes you'll need to navigate.
