Nice clean room, included breakfast was very nice. Staff were very friendly.

One night stay… the room I stayed in had cobwebs around the bathroom door the cleanliness could be improved generally after looking around The food… with a little bit of thought into the menu could be so much better.

Was very difficult to find anything wrong. Room and facilities first class. Breakfast very good.

Lots of parking, room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was normal but good coffee…! Wi-fi signal worked well. Cooked breakfast available but for extra cost — which in my opinion it should be included with the cost of the room&breakfast.

Nice welcome, food delivered in a timely manner and hot (hot plates as well) All in all nothing to complain about.

2nd time at the Two Rivers. Great spot for our overnight stay in Chepstow. Staff were welcoming, rooms were good sizes. The food was great and catered to all our needs, kids included. We don't think of anywhere else to stay when visiting family in Chepstow.

Room was clean, sadly I found the bed uncomfortable (could feel the springs), everything else was fine though, we had breakfast the next morning, good food and service.

Lovely clean room excellent. Pity food was terrible.

Nice clean accommodation and good food only negative was not enough plug sockets for a family with kids with every electrical device know to man but great stay.

Great place to stay. As good as a premier Inn but the bed isn't quite as big. Food good in the pub also.

Staff are very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Big issue for me is they don't offer semi skimmed milk for teas and coffees.

Don't be put off by the name or the attachment to a pub, this hotel provides great value, good customer service and a quiet location. With the pub a short walk it is ideal for leisure or business travel. The price reflects the quality and don't expect too much.
