Riverside log cabins Hotel

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate cabin, stunning location, fantastic host (Harry, you are a genuine true gent). The cabin felt like home from the second we walked in with the only down side was having to say goodbye after the most amazing week, we will definitely return soon.

What a great place to visit! Beautiful cabins, well laid out and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Wifi with Netflix / Prime went down well with the kids and the dog loved the access to the river. Fab location too, we did water sports on Loch Earn and went rock climbing in Crieff. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time away at the Riverside log cabins. Great location, lovely cabin — we stayed in the jarken with hottub. Lovely watching the river flow by whilst relaxing in the hottub. Everything you need in the kitchen area. Just had the most fabulous time and didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back!

A lovely place to stay. The cabin is cosy and homely (pictures dont do it justice). Harry is super helpful upon our arrival and left us (but was there when needed) to make ourselves "at home" This didn't take long, sat on the decking with the tranquil sound of the river Earn running pass the cabin. We have seen finches, tits, blackbirds, tree creepers, woodpeckers, goosanders and a Red Squirrel all from the balcony. Trips out we have seen kites, buzzards and an Osprey.
A great place for accessible walks along old railway paths.
It's been a wonderful family adventure.

Myself and my husband would recommend riverside log cabins very spacious inside very nice views management made us feel welcome we will be booking again we even stayed an extra day thats how good it was thank you Mr and Mrs kaiss.

We had the pleasure of staying at the cabins for 3 nights. The cabin was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. Sitting out on your balcony listening to the water is so relaxing. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend cabins. The customer service was faultless too from start to finish. Looking forward to booking again for a weekend break.

Lovely place to be on a break with the family hot tub was awesome and fast service when hot tub needed attention will definatley be back! left today and looking at booking again, fantastic woodland walks aswell and 7 minuite drive to local shops.

We had a lovely stay here in cabin 1, sitting watching the ducks, enjoying the peaceful setting and relaxing. Plenty of walks nearby for our dog Harry. If you just want to get away from it all but don’t want to be too far a drive from local amenities, then this place is ideal.

We decided to keep it local for our holiday this year and it only took us an hour to get to the lodges. Had a lovely holiday with the kids and the dog. We loved our hot tub! Lovely setting on the river bank too. Thanks for having us.

Just back home from staying in cabin 5 it was excellent plenty walks with the dog from the cabin plenty wild life a staJustg crossed our path accross the road up the mountains lovely to see and when you get back to the cabin and added bonus the hottub cabin was really clean and tidy the owner Colin was there if needed very spacious inside and out on the decking with gates leading to the river will be returning at some point 5* from us.

Fantastic location and the cabins were amazing. Great if you want to be away from it all. Forest walk over the road is amazing.

We stayed in cabin 2, Vorlich over Christmas and it was brilliant the whole family was there and I was so happy to find somewhere that we could bring our dog River on the banks of River earn with a stunning background view. Enjoyed each and every minute and will visit again.

Stayed in Lednock monday to Friday last week. Absolutely amazing place so quiet and peaceful especially when you're lying in a hot tub watching the sun set! cant wait to come back.

Fantastic weekend break with the family. Hot tub was bliss. Beds were super comfy. Beautiful location. Loads of info in the folders with the welcome pack. Would love to book again and stay longer next time.

Stayed for our honeymoon — excellent place, lovely and warm and that jacuzzi. Oh man. We’ll defiantly be back. Best holiday ever. 5 stars.

Great place for dog walkers my girls loved it and the cabins had everything you would need and are kept pristen Also the owners put a lot if trust in the people that hire there cabins & that says a lot about them Would definitely go back x.

Really nice, feels homely, little problem at the the start with a refrigerator but everything was nice.

Amazing three night stay at Riverside Log Cabins last month. It was so peaceful and such a beautiful location. The cabin was clean and well equipped — a dishwasher was a huge bonus being a family of 5! Being able to borrow games/ DVD’s was great and my children loved the table tennis table and learning how to skim stones down by the river. Will definitely be back to visit again, next time I’ll hopefully book the one with the hot tub!

Fantastic getaway! Hot tubs, charming villages around, and fantastic views.

There was 6 of us in Cabin 5 over a long weekend (3 nights) for a Birthday celebration. We all really enjoyed this getaway and personally it has been one of my favourite places to visit. The cabin is well equipped, maintained and spacious enough considering we were a party of 6 adults. We had everything we needed cleaning and cooking wise; plenty for 6 people. They also leave a welcome pack which includes some extra bits like dish washer tablets and bin bags that you don't normally get.
The double room and twin room are well sized with more than enough space. The bunk bed room is smaller with less space but absolutely fine for adults and children, our party had no complaints. The bathroom is well sized with a walk in shower which is nice. There is also an open plan living and kitchen area with double doors leading to the decking. The decking is lovely and spacious with a large picnic table, garden seats and the hot tub. The hosts have also equipped the cabin with a 6 berth hot tub which is nice to see, especially since anywhere else I have been you get a 4 berth.
The hosts are very attentive and I don't think they could have been any more helpful whilst we were there. They visited us 2 of the days to clean and check the hot tub and also to help with our queries.
We can't comment on the surroundings as we didn't leave the cabin/ river area.
If you want a quiet, peaceful and relaxing break, I think it is definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here on a stag weekend. Well equipped, spacious and clean cabins. Not sure on cost but it was probably worth it ;)

Love this place, used to go when I was young with the family and would love to go back.

Had a fantastic holiday. Cabin was comfortable and cosy with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Staff were great. Wonderful view from our cabin of small wood, river, fields and mountains beyond. Had some great walks on our doorstep that we took with our dogs. Such a beautiful setting, would highly recommend it.

Lovely clean well looked after log cabins in stunning area near town of comrie and st fillans lochearn great for fishing golf bar lunches plenty walks and cycling routes perfect place to use as a base to explore surrounding areas can't wait to return thanks so much riverside log cabins can highly recommend to friends and family pets welcome local chip shop in comrie or bar lunches beer gardens in st fillans (four seasons) lochearn/and lochearnhead. Great base to explore the local area; the log cabins are spacious and comfortable. Comrie (3 miles) and Crief (10 miles) were particular favourites for our kids, especially Macrosty Park in Crieff with dual zip-wires!. A real gem is the just 50 yards from the site; on foot — head towards Loch Earn along the A65 from just behind cabin 6 and cross over to enter Teyriach wood… about quarter of a mile into the wood if you look down to the left you'll see an enclosed graveyard of the landed-gentry. Also in here you'll not fail to notice the poor wee pheasants being bred for the shooting, but these woods provide a great walk that you don't have to drive to!. The only downside I would say is the noise from the road, but pack your ear-buds and enjoy!
