My wife booked this hotel, but had to cancel, however the hotel failed to levy the penalty on my wife's credit card due to a problem with it. Instead of cordially and professionally asking for payment of the penalty she gets harassed by phone and email. When you're working, you don't answer the phone. In addition, the hotel threatens to call the police! Dear boss of this hotel, I remind you the police are there to protect the public and not for bill problems. Dear visitors if you read my review you imagined what the hotel staff can do to you in case of small problems and thus ruin your holiday. For our part we will do everything to stop the threatening behavior of this hotelier. Lucky we didn't go. Avoid. A great traveller.
