This was our second visit to Steve and cathy guest house. We were made to feel so welcome. There was even a welcome back gift waiting for us on the bed. They are such lovely hosts. Nothing is to much trouble. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are happy to make suggestions. They have a beautiful home which they willing share with guests.

We stayed at this lovely b&b for the second time and it was as equally superb as our first visit. Cathy and Steve are wonderful hosts, the rooms are perfectly kitted out and the breakfast was delicious. It is perfectly located for easy access to all this area has to offer. Highly recommended and will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay Steve and Cathy are the most graceful hosts — nothing is too much trouble even mentioned we had not tonic for our gin, they left us some in the fridge fabulous and thoughtful Breakfast was superb Highly recommended and it’s I’ll definitely my first choice for accommodation in Fort William Dawn & Sandra.

Hosts Steve and Cathy are warm, welcoming and helpful. We stayed 2 nights in room 6, a twin room on the ground floor. Was supposed to change rooms after 1 night as they were very full. But Steve spoke with the other guests and we did not have to change rooms. Great service! Room is comfortable. Shower has heated rails, ample room. Breakfast is very good, but starts usually only at 8am. The breakfast patio is bright and cheerful and warm … wonderful ambience. Car park on property and lots of space to manouvre. Great location to walk the Ben Nevis area, especially if you are driving. Good restaurant within walking distance, and town is walkable or just a few minutes by car. We would recommend this guest house.

Nice local business run by nice people. Room was to a good and clean standard. Shower was hot with good presure. Breakfast was fine, fresh selection of fruit avaliable and displayed with pride. Wifi was good speed for Google and what's app. Didn't try to stream and media so couldn't comment. TV isn't the biggest, but then your not there to stay in and watch TV so it shouldn't matter. My only gripe was the room was on the ground floor. And could hear people walking around the top. I had tried to get an early night for the Ben Nevis climb and was woken a couple of times. But soon found myself drifting off again. All in all would stay there again… good job guys and thank you.

Ben Nevis guest house is the perfect location to fully experience the Scottish highlands. Cathy and Steve are perfect hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The rooms our family had were really comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent. Husband highly recommends the tomatoes. Absolutely faultless.

Steve & Cathy were great hosts. They responded to our last minute emails and allowed us to check-in early. The conservatory and breakfast was fab and the rooms were fine. Their information helped us find a place to eat and they even offered a drying room to help with our soaked footwear from our Ben Nevis hikes. Walking distance from the Ben Nevis Visitor Center and local attractions at Fort William is ideal too.

Absolutely charming B&B just round the corner from Ben Nevis. Steve and Cathy are wonderful hosts from ensuring our fizz was chilled for when we had climbed the mountain to making sure we had a hearty breakfast on both morning. Great little gem in the Scottish Highlands.

Great place to finish the West Highland Way. Get cleaned up before you walk to the finish marker to ensure you're looking as fresh as a daisy for the commemorative photos. Recently changed hands and will be renamed soon.
