Good coffee at breakfast, excellent bacon. It has a well stocked bar, log fires, a very relaxing atmosphere.

Stopped when passing for a coffee and cake, very reasonably priced, service was excellent. The Bakewell muffin was 1st class. All in a nice stop off on our tour.

Enjoyed a four night stay in the beautifully furnished and comfortable hotel. Run by a lovely, friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious food every evening with a varied menu. Also catered for all dietary requirements and awkward eaters. Would love to return.

Beautiful spacious hotel, stunning scenery, fantastic customer service, delicious light lunch (non-resident), nothing is too much trouble. I will be back very soon.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here today. An excellent selection of goodies in the drawing room. As for location, there can't be many places where you can watch the Royal Scot go by, and admire deer grazing as you sip your tea!

I stayed for 4 nights in the bunkhouse. It was spotlessly clean inside and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning soon.

Stayed here last night, service was brilliant and accommodation was fantastic. Greeted by a dear on the front lawn and left with a full tummy from a superb breakfast… we will be definitely be returning.

We made an unanticipated stop at Ledgowan Lodge Hotel on our way to Isle of Skye. We were warmly greeted and provided coffee/tea and sweets during our short stay. Quickly fell in love with the peace and tranquility in this home, would love to have the opportunity to have a long term stay.

An aggressively Scottish hotel with fantastic staff, food and decor (stags heads on wall). The authentic Scottish experience. I stayed in the bunkhouse and enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in the restaurant.

The hotel is gorgeous both on the inside and on the outside. The beds are very comfy and the rooms offer all the basic amenities (no Wi-Fi in the rooms though). The few members of staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the Scottish Highlands.

Had a marvelous stay in Ledgowan. Lovely and very helpful staff! Very Downton-Abbeyish feeling. (They probably don't know how charming they are. )

Stopped for an evening meal (out of season). Staff could not have been more helpful and enjoyed my scampi n chips. Tables dry out in the bar/dining area, very comfortable and nice and warm on a cold night. No down points so I'm giving 5 stars.

We had an amazing time for my hubby's 65th Birthday meal, along with our great friends Cathie and Eric Downie. Owners and staff couldn't be more friendly in a beautiful setting and the food is excellent. Thank you so much for making the occasion very memorable. We will be back for a visit.

This hotel is a bit pricey, but we enjoyed our stay because of the food, atmosphere, and friendly attitude of the staff. The lowest mark was for Wi-Fi connection — it was intermittent and very slow. Maybe that could be taken as a plus if you are seeking a get away holiday to a rather remote location!

Returning from a funeral in skye we made an impromptu stop here… service superb. Lovely food and location. Staff were so gracious to give us a dining room all to ourselves… thank you again well be back.

Beautiful place and lovely decor but the food is not great at all. The restaurant is so beautifully laid with proper table cloths and beautiful table settings and is totally let down by the food. Chips in one basket to share, the food didn't seem home made and just needs more finesse. If they had the right chef here presenting local and seasonal vegetable and meat it would be an amazing location to eat. Defiantly overpriced for what it is at the moment. The waiting staff need to be more visible at the table.

We are just back from a 2 night stay here! The hotel and it's surroundings are just beautiful, staff are lovely and the food was just amazing! And I wanted to take the bed home with me as it was so comfy, breakfast finishes at 9.30, we went down around 9am and there was still plenty left but the staff member asked us at 9.30 if we wanted anything else put on! I thot this was really nice considering breakfast was finished, it's the little touches like that, that make it a memorable stay! my only minus was that the water pressure in the shower isn't very good! But that wouldn't stop me going bk I cnt wait to go bk. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice, very very nice, quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff, good food, nice rooms, great view to coutryside.
