Well, what can I say…. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in some fantastic hotels. Who would have thought we would be blown away by a hotel that we would stay in for a weekend trip away! The guys at Ness Walk are simply amazing, all of them! From the moment we drove through the gates, we see greeted by the fabulous concierge and then taken to the lobby for a welcome glass of Champagne whilst we were checked in from our seats in the lobby lounge. We were then shown to our delightful room by Cameron who explained everything clearly to us about the hotel and the room. This place is absolutely stunning and the staff are so friendly and professional. We ate dinner in the Torrish restaurant and it was utterly amazing! Breakfast too was a fabulous experience! I can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Wow — what a FANTASTIC evening in the Torrish restaurant. Amazing service, super friendly, efficient and polite staff. Incredible food from scallops and terrine to the duck & fillet steak followed by awesome deserts — what a soufflé! Can not recommend it enough — what an amazing treat!

Loved our stay! Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. (we booked 2) We have been on a long family trip touring Europe and the UK for several weeks. This was our 8th hotel. I have to say this was the most pleasant staff we encountered! They went above and beyond-especially Stephen (head concierge). He was incredible! Super friendly and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. He is for sure an asset to this beautiful hotel.

Visited the Bruach restaurant earlier this evening, this time following and selling their theme of Summertide. Gorgeous settings of flowers and greenery, with outdoor heaters for those chilly times of the evenings. The waitering staff were courteous and helpful. Cocktails were creative and delicious, I had the eye-catching Butterfly Blue cocktail whereas my friend had the majestic Raspberry Ripple cocktail. For food I had Bruach’s tasty Burger and Chips with Slaw; the burger was juicy and stacked with fillings, went well with the Pretzel Bun. My friend had the Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings and side of Chips. We had no expectation of the BBQ sauce being spicy, it was too much for her and she’s not a fan of chilli; best to put a ingredient icon next to the dish’s description, as well as for other allergens such as GF for Gluten Free and so on. I had them myself as they were tasty for me. Overall we had a fabulous time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My sister and I took my elderly Mum along for a surprise Afternoon Tea. From the minute we arrived we received a warm welcome and were looked after perfectly. The staff were exceptional. And as for the food, it’s simply divine. I cannot recommend enough, absolutely 5🌟

Had a fantastic stay, from arrival to check out staff were very welcoming, spacious modern rooms, first class hospitality service throughout our stay. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice from continental buffet to hot cooked order, nothing was too much trouble. If your looking for a romantic night away or fancy a treat this is definitely the place to go. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

I fell in love with the area, so calm & peaceful, very magical at Christmas time. But then I met the staff and I didn’t want to leave, So hospitable and genuinely kind. I would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

We were lucky enough to have been given a voucher for the Torrish Signature Dining Experience, for two. Wow, just wow! What a fantastic evening we had. Food was amazing, but I have to say, that the Service was second to none! Marcus was our waiter for the evening and he looked after us so well. A very personable, pleasant young man, who excelled at his job. Together with the front of house Manager, they made our night. Thank you so much x.

We stopped on our journey to charge our car and enjoyed coffee and some delicious cakes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Attending a wedding a few weeks back. I was super impressed with every aspect of the service provided. The staff were super attentive and the setting was A* grade. Highly recommend ness walk. Can’t wait for the next function!

This place really is top notch. Had a private function here for a Ruby wedding and could not fault it. The setting, food, service and staff were just fantastic! we will be back.

Went here for Christmas Eve dinner the food was beautiful, complements to the chefs. Can’t wait to dine in again, by far the best food Inverness has to offer. Nice restraunt & atmosphere and very clean. Excellent customer service from all the staff.

Can not recommend enough! The most beautiful hotel with 5 star service. The staff are so professional, friendly and kind, you can completely relax here and have no stress or worries. I wish we could have stayed longer and can not wait to be back. I haven’t seen service like this in years! We just had the most wonderful stay and my boyfriend proposed to be whilst staying here which made it even better! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

My husband & I stayed here last weekend as a treat even though we are local to it. We absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect from being greeted as soon as we got in the door from a lovely friendly concierge, to getting a complimentary glass of champagne before we went to our room, the Christmas decor was gorgeous and the hotel so warm, stylish & cosy. Our room was spacious & stylish. Steven who I think was the head concierge was absolutely lovely & friendly & got a hot water bottle for my husband in the outdoor bar (
