I would highly recommend staying here. Everything was first class, it was very clean and comfortable, the owner and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious, everything was cooked fresh and the eggs were perfection, they came from their very own chickens! There was free parking and the rooms had everything you would expect and more, we were asked if we needed anything topped up like tea, coffee etc. There was no problem asking staff for recommendations for dining out or of the local amenities etc. Staff were very approachable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future! Thanks to the owner and staff for making our staycation most enjoyable 😊

Stayed last night as in Inverness for work, stayed in downstairs room, lovely and warm on a cold night, really liked the tartan and tweed touches. Lots of extras I didn’t use such as toiletries and gown. Friendly service and tasty fresh eggs courtesy of hens in the back garden. Free parking and short walk to town centre.

We loved staying here! I would totally recommend this place. It was home and cozy! Great location in the city.

Lovely Guesthouse. Room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast lovely and hosts John was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if re visited Inverness. Highly recommended.

Special note for people above 194 or 6' 4'' the beds are a bit short so your legs will hang a bit. Sometimes it was weird with the cold and hot water but nothing special. Amazing location not far from the city center. If you request it you get also a parking spot. It was an authentic experience. Breakfast was great, Wi-Fi speedy enough, bathroom and bed room were clean. The host was very pleasant.

Excellent B&B in Inverness. Close to restaurants and attractions but in a nice quiet street. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Very clean and comfortable.

Very comfy bed, nicely appointed rooms, yummy breakfast, helpful owner, less than 10 minutes walk to town. Everything you could want from a nice B&B!

Nice and comfortable B&B. The reception was very friendly. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The owner of the place advised us for the evening restaurant and on the interesting sights to visit in the area. In the morning the typical Scottish breakfast was very good. I would recommend this address if you are in the area.

Great location to city center. Comfortable cozy rooms. Friendly hosts who made us feel at home and went out of their way to accommodate an early breakfast for us. They even packed us sandwiches for the road. Would happily visit again!

It's more beautiful than it looks on the site! Rooms are very cute very attentive decoration of the whole very new bathroom bathtub is very large and comfortable! What's there? Homestays ~ about five minutes (500 meters) from the main shopping area and the restaurant area Moyness's owner is a very friendly and enthusiastic old man, breakfast is also his own prepared! Everything's perfect. The CP value is super high. Everybody, don't hesitate, hurry up and order.

Great place to stay, room was immaculate and good size, was near to where we were going to and the breakfast in the morning was tasty. A good host who was very helpful. Car park at the back of the property so your car is safe and off the street.

Quiet, clean, well appointed with style. Impressive breakfast. Ask for porridge which is excellent but not listed. Eggs are from the happy, healthy flock in the garden, beautifully cooked and delicious. Choose from pork or vegetarian sausages. Nice lounge. Park on the property. Friendly. Comfortable bed.

We used this as a base for the NC500. John could not of been more helpful. Best breakfast of the whole trip and we ate a few. GREAT ROOM many thanks for great stay Wez Richie see you soon.

A joy to walk into. Moyness House is centrally located and is a beautifully presented property with a lovely garden and off street parking.
We were warmly greeted by our host, John whose knowledge of local restaurants, pubs and other local attractions is exemplary. Our ground floor room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable Our ensuite was sparkling and the shower easy to use.
Breakfast was simply delicious and the service brilliant.
Can't recommend Moyness House more highly. A must.

Absolutely beautiful and we couldn't fault a thing. John and staff were fantastic. The room was huge, the bed comfortable and the breakfast amazing. Highly recommended.

Really lovely place in the centre of Inverness. Very comfortable room. Pristine with nice soaps, lots of towels, dressing gowns etc. The owners went to extra trouble for us, staying up late to let us in as our train was delayed and they gave us some nice muffins and pastries for the morning as we were setting off way too early for breakfast. I wish we could have stayed here longer and would definitely return.
