Rude arrogant owners. Place needs a good cleaning. I know, I worked there!

Getting to the place is something else! If this is a country estate then we came in through the tradesman's entrance… the rooms are clean but very basic… the walls are paperthin and you can hear every conversation from the room next door… breakfast also very basic… it just seemed everything was the cheapest available yet this was not a cheap place to stay…

Lovely setting, friendly and welcoming, really enjoyed my stay… drive is long and no tarmac though.

Except for access by a non-paved road and something difficult the accommodation is good and you can tell the owners are striving on it. Acceptable place. Acceptable food for what is Scottish in gastronomy. They get a little overwhelmed when there are a lot of people but they are very friendly. Good place like B&B.

One of the best hotels I´ve ever stayed in. Clean and cozy rooms, good food and lovely people. Additionally a beautiful landscape. Hope to be back soon!

Very friendly welcome and service, the family room very large and quiet.
Everything we needed was there. The dog of the house just as nice as its owners.

A very decent place. Located remotely and facilities are new. Cooking yourself not convenient, but they have a nice bar cum restaurant to fulfill the need.

Nice cabin. Everything you need. We didn't see Nessie.

Comfortable room but not a great experience. Road to lodge very bumpy & narrow in need of repair, no parking close to our accomodation so had to walk through mud & grass carrying bags! Owner seemed a little unwelcoming & put out when she was asking if we wanted dinner (we ate out — loch Ness Inn only 5 minute drive) breakfast very cold & basic. Would not return.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, an expensive movie. Hot water is electric and does not work well.

Such a lovely welcome especially after 11 hours on the road and turning up in the middle of the night. Friendly service makes all the difference in my view and such a lovely setting too. We will return if going to the area again.

Stayed 2 nights in the family room, very comfortable bed and was immaculate and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The communial area wad very wecoming and the staff friendly, the owner even came out specially to say goodbye to us all when we were leaving after our stay, very impressed and had a great holiday too.

Lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. Walls would benefit from more sound insulation.

I have never stayed in such an awful place the leg was falling off the table in our room the chair was broken and it's lucky we did not get electrocuted from the water dripping in the shower the bathroom sink was cracked we had to leave a day early as we had no sleep from the noise of other guests food was ok but nothing to write about would I stay here again no thank you never again would rather sleep in a tent.

Just spent five nights at this place we had a fantastic four poster bed in a good size room with free tea and coffe making facilities, large wardrobe and good Bathroom. The lodge is set in a very beautiful location with views for miles of fields and mountains and forests. I can not fault staff, they are helpful freindly and have good knowledge of the Scottish highlands.

Small noisy rooms, friendly staff, tasty eggs at the breakfast, not easy to find the gps took us to the other side of the bridge.

It's hard to believe we were staying at the same place as the other reviewers. Staff were very pleasant but that's where it ended for me. Room was noisy, all I could hear was the exhaust fan from other guest room that seemed to run most of the time. Bedhead was not attached to the bed so every time I moved it knocked against the wall. There were signs everywhere — some examples were — do not do laundry in rooms, do not hang wet clothes on radiator or you will stain it and we will charge you for the repainting. Do not leave rubbish in the room or we will charge you 5 pounds to remove it. Then there was the shower, after 15 minutes of it cutting in and out my husband was able to grab a short lukewarm shower. After 20 minutes of it cutting out after 5 seconds I gave up. Told staff member who after trying it herself admitted that is was faulty after all. She did apologise. So not my favourite place in the world.

What a amazing experience; the people who work there are so good and loveley and do all the best to make you feel at home. The view is also spectaccular. Had a very very good time. Thank you so much ladys.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Clunebeg, our suite in the main house was fantastic, owner and staff were very warm and welcoming, would most definitely recommend this guest house as both room and restaurant prices were reasonable, we will be back.
