A wonderful place to stay, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating and helpful offering us wonderful advice on where to eat, what to see, what to do ect. The room was clean and comfy and bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was lovely also! The location is great also, easy to get around on foot and in a quiet relaxing location. Cannot wait to one day come back!

Bed but no breakfast! We booked in February and were aware that breakfast (highly rated in reviews) would be available at surcharge of £8. On arrival, the house was empty and owner away, and note advised that breakfast would not be offered but could be available at nearby hotels. The cleaning lady next day said that we should have been advised by email but we weren't — not ideal. The bedroom was small and well-equipped, but had no hot water except in shower. Useful evening take-away in village nearby, and hotels/restaurants. Not our best B&B in Scotland.

Great place to stay and lady host brilliant.

Room too small. Welcome to see no one on our arrival. No heating. Strict regulation on lunch hours but also on arrival and departure time… not recommended. Disappointed.

Room and bathroom were fantastic. However, I was a little surprised to find out that breakfast was charged seperately from the overnight stay.

Room was clean and with big bathroom. The building and also the furniture in the room is very old. Check-in was without problems.

Lovely hostess… Clean and well maintained accommodation. Breakfast good. Close to the Loch Ness Inn which serves great food and drink at decent prices.

Great location of you want to be close to the Urquhart Castle! Also loved that there is a joint living room and relaxed for the evening by watching a movie after a drive up from Edinburgh. Sarah was very welcoming and sp sweet! Very cosy and warm feeling! Thanks for having us!

We only stayed at the B&B for one night on our way through the Highlands, and we were positively surprised and would certainly consider staying there again. The room was cosy and comfortable, with a nice view, and the owner was really friendly. The breakfast deserves a special mention, it was absolutely delicious.

Quaint, quiet, homely, exactly what you'd like it to be, very friendly owners, nice breakfast options, great location.

We only had two days left from our vacation and we joined them at Aslaich — and we loved it. Sarah and her Family are so nice and friendly. The rooms are real cosy and clean and furnished with love. Breakfast was very good and a lot of things to choose. I know we will come back for sure to stay there longer. Thanks a lot Sarah!

The aslaich was a great experience. We where welcomed as we arrived and all questions and queries answered. The sky TV in each room was an added bonus, although one room didn't have a fulling closing bathroom door… the breakfast was lovely and the location was convenient for pubs and restaurants as well as stunning views and walks.

The location is great, a couple of minutes walk to great restaurants and to the Loch itself. Service was nice and friendly and the rooms were nicely decorated with all the basic amenities.

A very good place to stay with great hospitality and good food.

First rate. Welcoming, homely and spotless. Great breakfast cooked to order with tons of choice. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst exploring Loch Ness and the surrounding area. The B&B is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Drumnadrochit where you will find restaurants, shops, the tourist information and visitor centre. Loch Ness boat trips also start from here and Urquhart castle is a short drive away. The B&B is attached to the owner’s house, however it has a separate entrance and its own lounge/breakfast area. The breakfast was very tasty and the room spotless. The room was slightly on the small side, however this was not a problem for the amount of time we spent there. Would definitely recommend this guest house.
