We had a fantastic stay in chalet No. 6 — the house on stilts! Views from the livingroom and balcony are amazing and ever-changing, sometimes literally by the minute. We spotted Red Kites, deer, buzzards and bats; and picked cherries off the trees on the drive. Great location for exploring Loch Ness, the Great Glen and Glen Affric. We also had a great day out at Nairn which is less than an hour away, as is the Black Isle. In the evenings we enjoyed walks out from the chalet, down to the village or strolling up the private lane above the site, and just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. The owner Elizabeth is extremely welcoming and helpful and the site is well managed and maintained, but also very private and quiet. We were sad to leave and will hopefully return.
What a spectacular place to stay. Both the cottage and the view was stunning. So much so we didn't want to leave! We stayed in no. 11 it had so much space, the kids loved playing hide and seek. We will definitely be back ❤️

Just spent a week here, and what a beautiful place. Honeysuckle Lodge was just amazing. Everything was there, pots, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc. The view was amazing, sitting on the decking watching buzzards fly above in the peace and quiet. Thank you Elizabeth xx.
