Very friendly owners and well appointed and comfortable rooms. A breakfast to die for. Try the full Scottish cooked breakfast. It will be enough for the day and set you up for some whisky tasting on Whisky Row.

Great hosts, wonderful stay.

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the area as Karen and Neil are the most thoughtful hosts. We have stayed there in 2015 by chance and in 2017 on purpose. Hope to return in 2019.

Definitely the best place to stay in the Cairngorms. Have now stayed twice and will be back. Karen and Neil are very welcoming. The rooms are lovely and the breakfasts are very tasty with plenty of choices.

Karen and Neil are the best hosts around. I arrived at Rossmor after my first time driving some of the skinny mountainside roads Cairngorms has to offer, and I was shaken from the experience. Karen and Neil greeted me kindly, helped me reroute all my future driving to avoid the skinniest roads, and set us up to see reindeer the next day. They attended to our every need and want, their breakfasts are delicious, and the room was very comfortable. I cannot recommend Rossmor enough.

Karen & Neil were great hosts. Lovely House and perfect location for exploring the Cairngorms. After a long bike trip they had drinks waiting for us :-) they also booked us a restuarant and Neil even drove us there! Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

Clean, beautifully decorated, almost downtown, great food, Neil and Karen are meant to be innkeepers. So gracious.

My family and I are currently staying at Rossmor House. The house is a Beautiful (notice the capital 'B') late 1800s structure, with a magnificent entry-way and staircase. Karen and Neil met us on our arrival with a warm and genuine welcome. Our room is on the upper (3rd) floor, with tremendous views out over the Highlands. The en-suite bathroom looks to be recently upgraded with a very nice, modern shower and other fixtures. There is a King bed, and a smaller double bed. Both are very comfortable! For breakfast, there is all the "regular" stuff, but for me, the piece-de-resistance are the home-made breads and jams: I'm told that Karen grows her own berries and rhubarb, and she makes the most wonderful jams, and she makes these available for her guests at breakfast. My daughter raved about the warm banana bread and blueberry breakfast. She wouldn't share with me, though, so I cannot offer an informed opinion. ☺️. Tonight, as I write this, is our last of two nights here. I know we'll all be sorry to leave this wonderful home, with excellent hosts, in a terrific location. Top notch B&B in Grantown on Spey!

Fabulous B&B, proprietors Karen and Neil very friendly and make you feel so welcome. Rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast superb. Definitely recommend folk to stay here.

RossMor Guest House is a 5-star accommodation! It is a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Grantown-on-Spey, and its location is ideal for exploring the Highland's main highlights: whisky and the stunning countryside! Karen and Neil made sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was made to order every morning and they even remembered our preferences. I was very impressed with the homemade bread, jams and compote! Everything was outstanding and fresh. The hosts also gave many recommendations on where to explore in the Highlands. They know a lot about the area, so their knowledge is very diverse. The rooms are gorgeous and extremely clean. It is much cozier than getting a hotel room and the rooms have a very stately feel. Phone reception is difficult to pick up in this part of the Highlands, but the Wi-Fi in RossMor worked well. I'd highly recommend RossMor Guest House and staying with Karen and Neil. Nothing could have made our stay better!

Karen and Neil run a four star B&B with many fine amenities. UK king beds, plush towels, extra toiletries, free Wi-Fi and fantastic breakfast choices make this worth a return trip.

Great hospitality, lovely hosts. Definitely recommended.
