Fabulous hotel and when they say they are dog friendly they are so spot on. Food fab and service is great. Lovely staff. Got to meet Milo absolutely gorgeous xx.

Had an exceptional meal here at Loch Shiel Hotel. Everything was just brilliant. Flawless service and superb food from the chef. Would highly recommend.

Just stayed here for 2 nights this week… rooms all spotless and comfortable.
The food was excellent. And the chef Steve? I think is his name was very nice and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for him… breakfast very good also!
A great wee place for a quiet rest which we needed.

Been staying for a few nights every week for the past month. Room well equipped and comfortable, Staff excellent food great (just had the cod and vegetables) 10/10. Will be visiting on a sociable trip soon.

Stayed one night, room clean and nice, Dinner: Scallops lovely, main meal was dry chicken. Breakfast was barely adequate. Have felt unwell ever since with some sort of tummy bug. Not value for money.

Not welcoming, decor awful and food dry and over cooked. Waitress never looked near to ask how it was. Second time there and both times awful.

Had our first take away dinner from Loch Shiel hotel tonight! Oh boy it was good! Lovely staff and although it’s quiet at the moment, still a good atmosphere.

Comfortable clean cosy rooms. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel was old but lovely. Location is really out of the way but very tranquil. Food in the hotel was really good and the bar for a beverage was perfect. I’d definitely return. Make sure you have plenty petrol in your car!

Lovely meal and beautifully presented. The langoustine & squat lobster were second to none, mixed grill “challenging” but excellent, haddock and chips really tasty and lasagne as good as any had in an Italian! Would eat here again. Thank you.

Lovely place to eat & warm up after our long boat trip today, very friendly staff & a very tasty meal, Lasagne was gorgeous & my son was impressed with his rack of ribs! Hope to stop off for another meal next holiday :-)

Warm and welcoming. Very comfortable room and excellent facilities. The food alone is worth the journey.

Had lunch on a very wet and miserable Saturday in October, so the roaring log fire was a welcome sight. We had chartered a boat down from Glenfinnan. Hotel provided a lovely lunch in a very tasteful and original setting. Will be back (on a better day)

Really enjoyable three night stay with my parents. Our rooms were lovely and the food was great, but what really makes this place extra special is the people. From all of the staff to the locals in the bar of an evening, everyone was incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend a stay here.

My wife and I spent a night there on Tuesday past (11/4/17) and loved the hotel, our room was lovely if a wee bit cold at night but there was a wee air blow heater in the wardrobe, hotel decor fits with the location, our dinner was outstanding, recomend the seafood platter and breakfast was excellent, staff were very nice and made our spaniel BOO feel as welcome as we were made to feel! It is in such a beautiful spot — if there you have to do the walk up to the Singing Sands beach! will defo be back.
