Such a great hotel rooms are amazing! Only down fall is a would say the rooms were freezing but soon got sorted when went to reception.

Great stay, food was beautiful and not over priced, restaurant staff were so polite, nothing was an problem. Had an issue with my room, was soon sorted, Kirsty at reception was so helpful, very friendly face to be welcomed with.

Absolutely amazing hotel. we had a honeymoon suite with a balcony over looking the bridges. Stunning. The bedroom and bathroom was huge and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was really lovely. only negative was air conditioning on in bar area and was quite cool. We will defo go back and 100% recommended.

For a 4* hotel it's not upto standard. Rips in the thin duvet covers. 1 small bottle of shower gel for 2 people. Breakfast service was laughable. Wrong orders given, missing food, waiting staff blaming the chef saying he had poor eyesight, cleared half the table then never came back for the rest, cleared plates stacked up outside guests toilets was so unprofessional. My fiancé and I both work in 4* establishments so know exactly what to expect, this definitely didn't meet 4* standards. This was our first time at a double tree hilton and will be our last If this hotel was anything to go by. The only saving grace is the beautiful view.

My partner and I got married on the 08/05/21 in the Hope Suite. From the begining of the process, Chloe has been fantastic, very informative and so accomodating. Anything we wanted, she would try to find a way to accommodate and if it was not possible, she would have an alternative which was always just as a good. Even during lockdown, Chloe remained in contact and provided all information she could in order to keep us calm. Even to the run up, Chloe was great and ensured we had everything we needed.
During the wedding, our main member of staff Wilbert was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient and always seemed to know what we needed before we needed it. The bar staff too were also outstanding and very friendly. The wedding meal was another outstanding part of our wedding, with all guests raving about the slow cooked beef blade and how great the service was. We cannot fault the venue or staff in anyway during the full wedding, it was honestly perfect.
The night before, I booked the King Junior Suite which I can't recommend enough. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the bath is massive, and the small touches and decoration are effective. The rest of my family stayed the night before and night of, all of which were on different rooms. All rooms were lovely but it is definitely worth spending the extra money for the view! I know some of my guests definitely regretted that.
Overall, our experience with the Hilton Staff was outstanding.

Following a fire at our house in dec we were put in the Hilton north queensferry for a month till we found a temp flat from the minute we arrived at the hotel every single staff member was amazing & they looked after our every need the food was gorgeous I cannot thank you all enough for looking after us we cannot wait to come back enjoy a meal or afternoon tea with you all hoping you can all get back to normality soon thank you all again from the kelly family x.

We’ve stayed here twice in the past couple months (once for an anniversary and most recently my birthday) and we have loved it so much every time! The staff are so lovely and have always went out of their way to make our stay a little extra special✨ the rooms are gorgeous, we can’t wait to stay in the junior suite again as the views were amazing!

We just had a wee two night stay in a suite and had a fabulous time. The room was very spacious and cosy at the same time. Very clean and great amenities. Hotel was very nice all health and safety been followed throughout hotel. Staff couldn’t have been any nicer and very helpful. Well recommend to have a visit.

We got married here on 22nd Feb 2020 and staff was amazing food was good rooms was to high standard only thing with the rooms is maximum of 2 people per room and as a family of 5 we had to have other people have our kids which was disappointing especially as more guests wanted there kids to stay and they couldn't so they had to go home so I think they need to think about family rooms especially where it is.

Had lunch. Terrifying, sullen waitress who had obviously not yet discovered smiling greeted us with the warmth of an ice bucket. Food was bland, uninteresting and forgettable. Roast beef was inedibly tough. Gravy had a strange sweet flavour which did not marry well with the beef. Truly awful.

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. Meal was lovely and room was spacious and clean.
One fault was faulty bedside lamp that went on itself over night and was taped. When mentioned to staff on check out she tried to put it down to carbon monoxide No one was in working condition another one was broken!

Fantastic stay here on Saturday! We were at one of the Christmas parties and it's one of the best I've been to. Food was beautiful, can't believe they managed to cater for that many people. Staff were lovely! rooms spotless and breakfast delicious. Defo coming back here with the hubby! Only thing I would change was there was no bathrobes. 5 star though!

I’ve been there 3 x now great food and good service the only thing wrong when a wedding on and the public still coming in for meals not enough staff they’re running ragged need to put more on during the day.

Just been to THE SHORE GRILL & FISH HOUSE @ DOUBLETREE for a meal with my hubby, we both thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the staff were very polite. We will definitely be back again, had a stunning view of the bridge.

Another amazing stay to celebrate husbands birthday, staff lovely, food & drink amazing room was huge, to top it off the most amazing view we will be back soon x.

Just stayed at this hotel at weekend with my husband,, have to say from the moment we walked in the customer service was 100% and never went below that the whole weekend,, cannot fault this hotel at all,, the room was absolutely stunning! we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Have to say my stay here was amazing. Hotel very modern with great views of the bridges from rooms and restaurant, especially at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend ordering the steak from the restaurant it was to die for. 10 out of 10 for my whole experience here will definitely stay again.

What an absolutely fantastic upgrade this hotel has had. We went last night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary (having stayed the night of our wedding in 1998) The staff were all amazing, especially Taylor and Natlie in The Shore Grill and Fish Bar. Warm cookies on arrival, amazing views from the 6th floor, cocktails to die for followed by the most amazing porterhouse steak to share — cooked to perfection. All topped off by a fabulous breakfast in our bedroom this morning before our late checkout at 12pm. This place was truly wonderful and cant wait to visit again soon.

Had lunch here yesterday and cant fault it… From start to finish the food and service was outstanding. My husband has severe allergies and carries an Epipen. We informed the hotel on booking and they went above and beyond. The chef even came out to discuss his requirements and allergies. His fillet steak was cooked to perfection, in fact it was one of the best he has ever had. My meal was also perfect. Thank you so much. We have had issues at other hotels in the past with them not taking the allergy thing serious enough, but not here. Cant recommend you enough. We will definitely be back again. Thanks to all from the Chef to the waiting staff… DoubleTree are so lucky to have you.
