Booked for a wee night away, and from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. First of all our room was upgraded and wow we were not disappointed. Staff so friendly, everyone from reception to bar and housekeeping. Food and drink very good and reasonably priced as well. Very covid aware in everything they do. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay.

A lovely historic building, and a warm welcome given by the staff.
There is a small café area with a wide selection of home baked tasty treats which is available to non-residents (the cakes looked yummy! ).
The food in the hotel was superb and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
When we are back in the area, we will be back when time allows.

Our dinner and breakfast at the Park were the best we have had at any hotel in several years. “Hats off” to Ryan, the chef, who ordered in oysters specially for my wife, on her birthday, and all the other dishes at dinner were just sublime. He magiced up a blue cheese sauce for my superbly cooked steak. The whole meal was to die for. Paul (manager? Irish) was the greatest host you could have. Just the right amount of attention, a superb eye for detail and so welcoming. Our first stay at the Park will definitely not be our last.

My husband and I stayed here and were put in a cozy room with lovely views over the Peeblesshire hills, Cademuir, etc. Although not in our rooms everything we needed such as tea, coffee, toiletries was available at reception and were delivered to us in our room.
The hotel has certainly changed a lot recently and is a chic, stylish place to stay with many period features lovingly restored as well as some modern touches. I especially like the material used to make the back of the banquette benches in the bar and restaurant and the tea cup chandeliers.

Amazing food and amazing service! We will be back.

Great gardens and dogs are allowed which is a bonus for us as we have a border collie. Friendly staff and the service is first class. I can recommend the food too whether just a snack or something more substantial.

So lovely to be back at the Park with their fab staff! fab food too!

Just had lunch … took a little while today but think they were busy … nice lunch but fish was a tad greasy for me today but apart from that the presentation and staff Luke and browyn were very polite. Won’t stop me from going back though …

Absolutely spot on. Very helpful reception and huge rooms with iron, hairdryer and fee to air TV. Good 4G coverage and free Wi-Fi.

I recently attended a wedding at the Park and everything about the day was tremendous, the only fault was it went too quickly.
Will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed there for two nights with our two friends. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our room was a little on the small side but was adequate! The view looked onto the car park but their was some lovely hills to be viewed beyond! The food was excellent. I had trout which was nicely presented on a bed of mash potatoes. Seasonal vegetables and some sauce on the side. Good selection of wines. The sun was shining so we sat outside and enjoyed a drink admiring the plants and the well kept garden. We would recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, great food, nice decor. Had beers in the gardens after riding glentress trails… Loved it, so booked a table for evening meal. Highly recommended.

Nice and welcoming, great views over the hills and tasty grub at reasonable enough prices. They were good enough to serve me a late brunch at 1pm, even though the menu said 10am-12 noon.

Our first visit. Love the quirkiness of this place. Nice grounds. Nice big room, comfy bed. Great views. Will visit next time we're in Scotland.

So nice! Bed is best I've slept in, on trip. View from room is dreamy. Deep long bathtub with instant hot water, and most giant bath towel I've had. So clean. Nice flat screen TV. So convenient. Right on the main street. Tons of parking. The Scottish breakfast, included, plus continental buffet, are so good. Gluten-free toast. Thanks!

I had a great stay at The Park. The one night I stayed there we slept very well. The food was delicious. I ate The Park Hamburger in the evening which was great! In the morning I chose the vegetarian breakfast which was delicious as well. In addition to the ordered meal there was a small buffet with some croissants, oatmeals and slices of cake. If I were to stay in Peebles again The Park Hotel would be the first on my list!

£3.10 for two cans of coke — not draught, and not even offered a glass with it. Food was nothing special, chips were bland and my son’s burger was raw in the middle. Paid an extra £1 for two slivers of mushroom on my burger. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice staff … dog friendly and a great cup of coffee the complimentary shortbread is the icing on the cake for me … l love going to this hotel hence the 5 stars so deserving.

Good clean hotel. Staff are very professional and attentive! Bar food is great if u wish to just stay in hotel, but plenty of good restaurants down high street 5mins walk!

A massive big thank you to Val who took it upon herself to save 4 very tired and anxious customers on Friday afternoon. Through no fault of her own there was a booking issue and she was very professional and off her own back sorted the problem out. Myself, my fiancè, my brother and sister in law are very thankful Val, we had a great weekend and we really appreciate that you were there to save the day. Will be booking up soon so will be in for a massive hug and I hope you like the wee gift we left as it was the least we could do to repay your kindness. Lovely staff and surroundings, well recommended. See you soon.

Hi just stayed at park hotel Peebles for the weekend had a great time lovely place staff very helpful and friendly room very clean and comfortable food good thank you all at Park hotel.

Nice enough, but front rooms, a bit noisy being next to the main road.

Friendly hotel with great in-house baking. Fantastic freshly baked bread at breakfast.

Room we had was basic but very clean, staff were friendly and food was delicious.

It was fine only problem was when we came down at 8pm for a meal we were told meals stopped at 8. Now on booking it was never mentioned and there was NO reference book in our room to do so. However after standing our ground they came up with a lovely meal. We had ONLY driven down from Elgin in Moray through a blizzard and coyld not have possibly gone out again to look for somewhere to eat. Apart from that they could not have been nicer.

Great Dog Friendly Hotel in peebles! Staff are fantastic rooms are clean warm and comfortable with tea coffee and freeview TV.

Clean tidy and showing signs of bringing back the good old ages and design Really nice bathrooms, comfortable rooms, a lot more inviting than most "business class" hotels.

Liked it so much have booked our Wedding here. Great atmosphere to the public rooms / restaurant with superb food and drink. Bedrooms are old fashioned but we'll equipped and comfortable.

Have been before and enjoyed. Must have been a bad day, as food was not as good as previously, and service was really poor, wrong meals for 2 of the party, and long delays in serving without any apology out explanation.

Very nice place to stay. Polite & helpful staff 100mtrs from town. Great location for many of Scotlands great tourist attractions.

We went for coffee. Nice place and setting. Good reasonably priced coffee and cake. Friendly staff.

The atmosphere at the Park is wonderful. They have retained much of the original fittings and styles, whilst supplementing it with a clean, modern look. The service is very good, with staff being attentive and friendly. The food is good, but not mind blowing. The grounds offer a lovely view of the valley, and the establishment is clean and kept to a very high standard. Overall very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay at The Park. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had the roast pork special for dinner and loved it. The continental breakfast was everything I had hoped. I highly recommend The Park. The only downside was the amount of outlets in the room for charging, but that's going to happen with an old building. :)

We were warmly welcome to lunch in their backyard cafe alo gside our two dogs. Had a marvelous lunch with magnificent views of heather covered hills in the distance.

Pleasant hotel. Good views and location. Staffing appears to be 'very stretched', but all were very friendly and helpful when it was our turn to be served. (Marked down to 3* given staffing feels a bit under capacity, but it's a good place to stay so don't let that put you off! )

Had a really nice stay here. Downstairs is very modern with very cool decor but the rooms are obviously much older but our room was big with a nice bathroom. Didn't eat dinner here but breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly.

Stunning location and great venue. Food good but service lets it down. Waiters/waitresses are good but there just isn't enough of them I've had to chase up orders on numerous occasions.

Great bar, lovely staff and it is looking great. Was just there for Beltane BBQ but it was superb. Will be back soon.

It's ok if you like quirky, but it's not for me. If I'd known that they allow dogs in the place, that the Wi-Fi signal was so rubbish, that breakfast doesn't start until 8am, that the reception is unmanned during the night — I'd never have stayed there. The room was pretty good though, with a big tv, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom : (:)
