Name miss leading but heard it's great.

The best welcome of our holidays in Ireland! One of the members of the family, Bláthnaid, was our host when we arrived to the house. She showed us around and then, she played Irish Music for us with violin and a harp. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and you feel comfortable all the time. During the breakfast time we had the chance to talk a little with the father of the family, Connor who turned out to be a very nice and humorous man. We fell in love with Derry and with this adorable family.

Great stay in a family home.

Even though it was only one night, we loved spending it there, a breakfast that you can hold on all day! And some very friendly and courteous hosts.

Excellent value for money budget accommodation with breakfast included. Good location as it was only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city centre and had the benefit of free parking.

Clean room decent breakfast, can't ask for more.

Antiquated and basic. Cold, pathetic "breakfasts". Cold house. Hard bed. Non existent internet. Temperemental showers. No tv. Dusty rooms. Wouldn't recommend. Go to Troy Hall or Caw park b and b with the great, bubbly Dympnah if you want a real Derry, fun, warm experience!

Lovely welcome, very modern and the room was a good size, own private bathroom and extremely comfy bed, the power shower was amazing and the views were stunning, breakfast was very filling and could eat as much as you wanted was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, worth every penny, will definitely be staying again, and will definitely be recommending serendipity house to everyone!

A lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Ideally located so we didn't need to hire a car, although there is plenty of space to park. Thank you for your very kind hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

The bedroom included an en-suite, and breakfast was also part of the package. The rooms are comfortable and very prettily furnished, and the beds a delight to sleep in. There is also a guest lounge downstairs where you can sit and read or use the computer (Wi-Fi is also included) without disturbing (or being disturbed by) other patrons.
