Stayed here in August for wedding anniversary hotel was first class, spotless and fantastic from start to finish… little added extras were a nice treat highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights as we were at a family wedding the hotel was great and our bedroom was very comfortable with great amenities and a welcome cake platter in the room. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely recommend and would stay again 🤩

Stayed at this hotel for a midweek break, couldn’t fault it at all, excellent service and I must mention the lady on reception who checked us in (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but she was so welcoming and great personality, we were upgraded to suite as it was our wedding anniversary, great choices for breakfast — hotel is walking distance to town centre will diff be back again 😀

What can I say regarding this hotel! Fantastic, spotless amazing staff, nothing is too much hassle. The food well drool, first night had the duck dish, outstanding, delectable and possibly the best meal I have had in my lifetime. ”should come with a Michelin star ⭐️. Breakfast was lush and plenty of it. And a cheeky chicken burger wow to die for and add the Parmesan fry’s and you are in heaven. Want to thank you all and 💯 will be back. Don’t hesitate to get her Booked lol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at Westville Hotel for a short break — it is a very beautiful hotel in the centre of Enniskillen, accommodation excellent, food first class and the staff all very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Just home from a lovely 2 night stay at the Westville Hotel. Rooms spacious and immaculate. Bottled water provided as well as the lovely welcome plate in our room when we first arrived. First time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where there is a coffee machine provided — very nice touch. Food was fabulous, we ate there for lunch and dinner both days. Staff especially Johnny and Kate are a wonderful asset to this hotel. We enjoy the craic with them during our stay and nothing was a bother. Cocktails were delicious also. We will definitely be back and have no issue recommending the Westville to anyone I know planning to visit Enniskillen. Until the next time thank you 😊

Fantastic hotel! We stayed as part of a hen party at the weekend and I felt everyone in the hotel went above & beyond to ensure we had a brilliant stay. Rooms are lovely and spacious. We only had breakfast but again it was great. And where the hotel is located it’s only a very short walk into the town centre.

Had a really lovely meal and the staff was friendly would definitely recommend anyone to go there thank you for a lovely evening.

Lovely staff, very kind to my daughter, really lovely bar food. However, the public toilets on the right of reception let the hotel down, unfortunately very unkempt. Overall, lovely hotel.

My sister had her wedding here in June. The staff were just amazing and could not do enough for us all. They accommodated us at very short notice. The food and service were beyond expectations. Cannot thank them all enough for such wonderful service. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Just had dinner in the bar area and all the staff were absolutely brilliant, well trained and most importantly had personalities. Couldn’t have faulted anything, definitely 100%. Would def recommend.

Pre booking is definitely advisable because this is a really busy hotel. Not surprised because they serve Amazing food. Notably the staff are very friendly and courteous. Great parking facilities. Social distancing is very well adhered to. Couldn't find any faults and will definitely be going back. Fair play to everyone.

Had a great stay here. Reception staff were very welcoming. Had an evening meal as part of the deal (2 nights stay with breakfast and 1 free evening meal & packed lunch for Culaigh boardwalk) and it did not disappoint, I thought it might not be the same menu with it being in the deal but it was and the standard of food is excellent. Waiting staff were great considering how much pressure they were under with the ‘eat out to help out’ scheme, it was extremely busy, so glad we booked in advance. Would recommend this hotel for a great staycation but get in quick as we did hear the reception staff telling others that they were fully booked for the next few days.

We went for our evening meal and as usual we were not disappointed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had food here last night and have to say was blown away with everything presentation, taste, service, could fault nothing… definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone.

Not a great experience for anyone with intolerances — explained 3 times what was wanted because it seemed the waitress didn’t quite follow. Food came and wasn’t right. Cauliflour cheese brought despite explaining no dairy. Sent back and steamed veg came out within 1 or 2 mins but it wasn’t fully cooked and was partly cold. Sent back and came out again — same veg same plate fresh out of the microwave. It was embarrassing. Whilst the discount on the bill was appreciated, it would have been more appreciated if the order was served right and eatable. Didn’t help that the lady who took the discount off seemed more interested on answering back than sorting out the issue. Doubt I’ll be back for a while.

Went here for brothers 40th birthday meal food was delicious great customer service from waitress who attended to us.

My husband and I loved our stay here beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, spacious and immaculate room, very comfy beds soft pillows.

We would highly recommend the Westville Hotel not only as an amazing wedding venue but also as a fantastic place to stay. We had our wedding here on friday after booking it 3 years prior. We were blown away with the service we received from day one of staying here and also from the start of organising our wedding with them. The staff and management go above and beyond to meet the needs of all their guests, they are friendly, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. The hotel and service are truly outstanding! As always we will be continuing to stay with the Westville Hotel on regular occasions throughout the year. Thank you again to all the staff and management for helping make our day so special!

Room was lovely, modern and very spacious, food was gorgeous for both breakfast and evening meal, excellent facilities — at the bar I asked for drinks menu and was offered that if there was something that I would like that was not on the menu they would make it for me. Would definitely recommend this hotel and only 5 minutes walk to town centre and Tesco 2 minutes from Tesco.

Just back from spending a couple of days in the Westville Hotel for our wedding anniversary. This is the second time we have stayed here and because of our complete satisfaction from our last stay we came back. Unfortunately with regret we were not entirely satisfied with our stay second time around. The room was small and basic. The light was hanging off from the mirror in the bathroom and when showering the water went constantly from hot to cold. I would advise against eating the cookies supplied in the room as I witnessed them on the cleaning trolley this morning in a plastic tub uncovered and among cleaning products.

First impressions where what a lovely clean and bright reception area, the service was easy fast and checked in quick with all the right questions asked and answered.
Room was spacious and clean as I would have excepted.
Part of our package included an evening meal (3 courses) which was lovely and perfect amount
Breakfast next morning was lovely as well and upon leaving our lunch was ready for us to take up the mountain walk with us,
All in all lovely spot close by everything and lovely place to stay for one night (for us) or however longer

First class food available at this 4 star Hotel. Very friendly and good staff make dining here a pleasure. Car parking can be a challenge but do not be put off it is well worth the effort. Prices are also very reasonable and the menu is full of locally sourced quality produces.

I had my civil partnership reception in the Westville and to say that everything was wonderful is an understatement. The staff, especially Sophie Swift, was extremely helpful, particularly in the planning process, and very attentive during the day, while also managing to blend into the background, a difficult feat to pull off. Nothing was too much for them, including driving some guests to the Ardhowen for a Lough Erne boat tour that we had planned. Additionally, the chef was very accommodating about working around my peanut allergy, ensuring that the entire meal was nut free. The food was fantastic and plentiful; all of our guests gave the dinner rave reviews. Our reception was held in the Terrace Restaurant and my family, who was staying at the Westville and had breakfasted in the dining room, were blown away by how transformed it was. They also had nothing but good things to say about the room they were in and the other meals they had throughout their stay. We were also extremely impressed with the bridal suite and the personal touches the hotel made for us I give it my highest recommendation. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would.

Lovely small hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms were spacious with separate shower and bath. Only thing was hot as only window didn’t let much air in room.

This was the venue for my son's wedding. They really pulled out the stops, nothing was a bother to them and the wedding was amazing. Very intimate and personal. The decor is high end and the bedrooms immaculate. Priced reasonably.

One night was not enough. The rooms are just stunning and as for the staff more than friendly, great to see and hear staff laugh. Close to the town of Enniskillen, great for shopping. The food was what the Irish like a good plate of grub full of flavour and style, the breakfast as all meals table service. We can't thank you all enough for the wonderful stay and we are planning our next break 2 nights next time.

We stayed in an apartment which is also offered by the hotel and loved it. Huge apartment nice rooms all clean and inexpensive, even considering the fluctuating exchange rate.

The bar was relaxing and there was a log burner which made it cosy. The rooms were nice and comfortable but there was a dull background noise all night which kept my wife awake (but not me)!

Went to a friends wedding at the westville Hotel Thursday 14th September. Great wedding lovely atmosphere, reception staff very friendly and helpful, good clean comfortable bedrooms wet room in ours. Wedding meal, great service and food plenty of extra veg and mash. Excellent coordenated service no waiting for veg etc. Good choice for breakfast, cooked to order and piping hot, all in all will stay here again.

I went to a wedding reception here and the function room was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and the food was second to none. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Just spent two nights in the hotel. The rooms were excellent — best nights sleep in a hotel in years. The food in the restaurant was both reasonably priced and extremely tasty. The service was also very good. Great hotel. A hidden gem.

We can't thank Paddy, Sophie and Ronan enough for making our wedding day fantastic. The hotel staff made sure my new wife and I had everything we asked for and more. No request was too big or too much. They did all the hard work setting up the venue exactly as we wanted and worked late the night before to ensure it was perfect, moving tables, changing place settings and ensuring everything was perfect. The staff are simply fantastic at what they do and deserve credit for all their hard work. The food was magnificent and the staff were so attentive to guests needs. No glass was ever empty and every plate was cleaned as the food was delicious. We would advise anyone planning a wedding to visit this venue. It cannot be faulted. Thank you again to all the staff for making our day fantastic.

Stayed here for my birthday and we had a super time. The hotel is very central, rooms are airy and very comfortable and bathroom facilities are supberb. I liked the fact that breakfast was cooked to order not buffet style which meant it was warm, we had a great evening meal and my steak was charred at my request to perfection. No spa but for short shopping break I didnt really miss it.
