The Beach Hut definitely lives up to the hype, we visited three times for breakfast during our holiday on Anglesey. The food is delicious and the service is great. Highly recommended. Make sure you reserve online as it’s a popular place.

Great portion sizes, biggest pot of tea I think I've ever seen from a cafe for a fantastic price! The vegan breakfast I had was really well thought out, and beautiful. Loved the allergen labeling system on the menu, made it really easy and gave me confidence in the establishment! Also very refreshing to have multiple vegan options, as well as not charging extra for milk alternatives. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, wonderful atmosphere. Could not reccomned it enough.

Lovely bistro with fantastic food. The full breakfast is amazing with excellent quality ingredients, the sausages are to die for. Jason is very friendly and great service. Definitely recommend a visit here if you’re in the area.

Wow! Our new favourite place! Called in for some lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. We have been a bit disappointed at some of our dining experiences in the Island, so this really was a treat. We were warmly welcomed and chatted away with the owner Jason who made us feel like valued customers. It is beautifully decorated in a seaside theme which is right up my street. (I am stealing their idea of a lifebouy with our wedding date on it! ) The pleasant young lady who served us kept the tables immaculately clean and asked how our meals were. The food was simply amazing. The homemade chicken pie was the nicest thing I have eaten in a restaurant for a long time. It had literally been made just in time for lunch! Can’t get fresher than that. The lasagne was also home made and the best one my nephew has had ever. Even the salad dressing was fab. I cannot recommend this lovely place enough. Jason and Howard make a fab team. There is even a reading library and it is very dog friendly. Already planning our next visit!

Great selection of food, the delicious Glamorgan sausage burrito was a bellybusting brunch. Good coffee and friendly service.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas Meal here last night. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves.
The food was amazing 🤩 every course was devoured and the only photo I took was of my Pudding because we all just enjoyed each other’s company and our food so much that phones were left on the table!
Would recommend here and will most definitely be visiting again x.

Had a great lunch at the beach hut last Sunday 6th September. Excellent roast chicken dinner paninis and best chips and gravy. Very welcoming, all the staff were great and they were dog friendly too xx all in all a 5/5 experience. Loved the juke box too.
Thanks guys for a really great experience and great food, will come back again next time we are passing by, shame Hemel Hempstead isn’t nearer.

This was a lovely place for breakfast. Very friendly, two little dogs who were wanting a stroke whilst waiting for our breakfast. Had a beautiful breakfast, cooked to perfection. Definitely going again when down next weekend. Thanks.

Went for breakfast today, everything was cooked to order and was perfectly cooked, super hot and delicious local produce, as this information was in the menu. Very friendly staff, who made you feel instantly welcome. The owner was wonderful and omgosh the furry family members were gorgeous and friendly… Thank you for a super meal, in your quirky, stunningly decorated 'cafe' :-)

Everyone is genuinely so welcoming! you feel at home from the second you walk through the door. Great selection of sandwiches and salads as well, super yummy cakes and puddings to finish your meal off. Great location.

Lovely food and cosy atmosphere but best of all are the fabulous owner and staff, so welcoming and friendly, made our night, despite a big birthday party going on our food and drinks were served quickly with time for a chat too! Would recommend unreservedly.

Lovely place with very friendly staff. To top it all the manager surprised me with a nice piece of chocolate cake topped with a candle for my birthday and played Happy Birthday over hi-fi. Would highly recommend it.

Came through for a visit to Holyhead and popped into The Beach Hut for a cuppa and some food! The service was excellent as well as the food, especially with dietary requirements with adapting the menu. Lovely staff and atmosphere so would definitely recommend and would go again if I was in the area.

Really great place. Good location,, staff are brilliant,, Jason looked after my cycle for me after my long ride. I will definitely be returning. Many thanks to the beach hut. And yeah,, the food was delicious.

Awful. Rooms were small. We stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean the room or empty the bin. We were supposed to be in a double but we had a bunk bed! Hardly any room to swing a cat. To top it off we were accused if smoking in the room so they could charge my card extra.

Our first visit and most certainly not our last! Had beautiful breakfast of eggs Benedict for myself whilst hubby had the full English. Lovely quality food, relaxing and homely atmosphere. What makes it stand out far above the rest are the staff and owners. Jason you are a breath of fresh air to our little island! Looking forward to our next return and one of your themed nights x.

A lovely, friendly place to stay. Food is excellent. Only drawback is the size of the room. We had the room for three people (2 adults, 1 child) and just about fitted. The owners and staff were excellent.

A couple of weeks ago, I stayed at the Beach Hut Hotel. I stayed in a rather neat and tidy room, however to my dismay the other patrons of the Beach Hut Hotel were quite troublesome, we were up all night listening to the people next door moaning and groaning and in the morning to my shock I found a man with green dyed hair walking around in his underwear. please for the love of god. Please. Invest. In. Some. Sound. Proofing.

A fabulously cosy experience, very well looked after and superb food. Coped well with my wide array of allergies.

Lovely place quaint decor friendly approachable polite and very helpful staff.
To see my boys eat their food so quickly shows they enjoyed it and the goujons I had were lovely!

My son treated me to Mothers Day lunch here and what a lovely meal we had. Lovely gestures like giving all the mothers a single rose bud — very relaxed atmosphere — giggles, chat and very very pleasant service and from Jay and Alice — and the best roast potatoes ever thanks to Howard. All felt very personal and we chatted to other customers — all so friendly. Planning to go again and son is going as well, to treat his girlfriend.

After seeing all the great positive comments I have always wanted to try it myself. T So took my 2 sons for a little light lunch treat today and will definitely be going back. Lovely decor, very friendly attentive polite staff and great food! The way my 2 wolfed down the sausage sandwich (locally sourced meat too) and chicken strips said it all! Diolch yn fawr!

Howard & Jason, what can I say! After a traipse across the sea how lucky I was to have to booked and awaiting for us! Opening your doors at 1am goes beyond the norm for any establishment! Smiling faces at the door to say goodnight and smiling faces in the morning when you hop out of your cosy beds, bliss! I travel to Holyhead numerous times a year and will never book anywhere else in the future, can’t wait to see the renovations of the mood boards are anything to go by! Breakfast was the best we ever had in Holyhead, my in laws are still talking about it! The passion you have for your business and customers is infectious — cannot wait to come back.

You are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome here. I have been 3 or 4 times for various occasions and found the food to be home made high quality and delicious. The atmosphere is lovely. Will be making this a regular haunt and highly recommend it to others. Been to an afternoon tea, popped in for a coffee and cake and attended the Italian theme night. Well done to Jayson, Howard and staff.

The beach hut was brilliant. A warm welcome with a small but cosy room overlooking the sea. Breakfast was delicious and so was the evening meal on the Friday night. Clean comfortable and friendly. What more can you ask? Definitely be paying another visit. Thank you Jason and Howard and Alice xx.

I stayed here on 21st August. The welcome on arrival was friendly and helpful. Room small but a fair compromise for ensuite shower room. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean Breakfast delicious and more than enough. Very dog friendly but only tiny problem was running up and down the stairs with my dog. Very prepared to accept this tho for the comfortable nights sleep and homely atmosphere. Had to cancel second nights stay due to change of plans but will definitely stay again and will recommend.

Lovely clean and welcoming bed and breakfast. My second time here and the owners remembered me. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. The cafe has gone through a renovation since my last visit and is much more inviting. Breakfast cooked on the spot no reheating means a little wait but worth it. I will be back again.

Beautiful place highly recommend. Warm welcome, I felt a strong connection with the owner of the business. Our eyes met and I felt at home in his gaze. He made me feel safe, I will forever owe him for that.

Lovely welcome by the new owners Howard and Jason, nice tidy room with tea making facilities. I had a room that overlooked the harbour that has a fabulous view. New decoration of the place was well underway and it looks good.

I thought the Beach Hut was fantastic. The owners are incredibly sweet and make you feel welcomed into their home. The rooms are really comfortable, with tea and coffee available and access to the TV. Each room also has an entire suite, which is wonderfully convenient. And in the morning, you can expect a truly lovely Welsh breakfast of beans, toast, sausage, bacon, eggs, and cereal and of course tea and coffee. Overall one of the nicest places I've stayed.

I only had the pleasure of meeting one of the new owners, Jason, however he was polite and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and considering the overall price I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and the options offered. There are a few things that still need to be taken care of but they seem to be working on these as and when time allows. Really nice guy. I'm sure they will make a success of this and I would have no problem staying again next time I am in the area.

We booked three rooms for 5 adults and three children. Dave was there to welcome us. Very lovely experience. We stayed only one night for a next day morning ferry to Dublin.

Functional budget B&B, rooms somewhat tired, redecoration well overdue. OK for a night if you're not bothered that not everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast passable. Friendly owners, good location in central Holyhead.

Exactly what I needed, plus breakfast was fantastic and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. This strikes me as fantastic value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to stay in Holyhead again.

Here for Christmas — very comfortable — was even brought breakfast trays! When I asked for a table (extra to the tiny kettle and cups table) a full-size computer desk was provided — big enough for laptop, and all my Christmas reading,, and various papers A shelf in the en suite would be good — but I have a "camping sponge bag", and there was a hook to hang it on. Wonderful view of the harbour, so lots of fresh air, but also cosy with radiator next to desk and chair. Could not have been made more welcome or more comfortable, with much kind sympathy for my broken arm in a cast — luggage carried, and kind enquiries about painkillers.

Nice little find after hours of cycling in the rain, these folks were very welcoming and were happy for me to keep my bike indoors as I enjoyed a full English and plenty of tea. Avoid the chains and give these a try.

I had a great stay at the Beach Hut, it's a nice little B&B very close to the train station. After accidentally leaving my passport there the next day the owner even made sure it got to me so I could make my flight that day. Definitely recommend it.

I stayed here after arriving late on the ferry and found this little gem of a place. My host was helpful and friendly and cooked me a nice breakfast the next morning all for a very reasonable price. I stayed in the room pictured on the description which has a view out over the harbour. The only issue was the noise of the trucks late at night but I closed the window so it wasn't too bad and I got to sleep no problem.

If it weren't for the extra tiny space, I would give this place a 5/5 review. My husband and I stayed here (without a reservation) the night before our ferry ride to Ireland. The operators were very friendly and the breakfast was quite good! (At The Beach Hut, we Pennsylvanians learned what a bap is. ) The room was very clean, and the town of Holyhead has some very interesting history. Definitely recommended.
