Extremely unhelpful and rude. We were unable to get to the apartments from England, through no fault or choice of our own because of Storm Eunice and they would not let us have a refund or change the time of the booking. Clearly do not have their customers interests at the forefront of their business.

Very unhelpful… due to storm at the weekend we were unable to travel due to no train going further than Newcastle we paid for apartment at Royal Mile previous no help or understand whatsoever cannot refund or change our dates as nhs staff our trip was so longed for.

The fire alarm went off 3 mornings out of 4 (it may have been every morning but we were out at 7am one day). This meant that the entire building needed to evacuate and wait until the fire service had given the go-ahead to return. There was no fire on any of those days. I have raised a complaint to Destiny Scotland as there is clearly an issue with the alarm system, which ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. Unfortunately they are not willing to provide any refund or voucher for use at alternate accommodation in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with destiny Scotland in Edinburgh, the apartments were comfortable and clean. However, once we were leaving we attempted to use the discount given during booking for the NCP parking and it didn’t work. When calling destiny Scotland the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, dismissive and unapologetic. At £550 for a stay then an additional £80 on parking that we were assured would be 50% off at the time
Of booking it has put me off coming back.

Cancelled my room within 24 hours from the stay, said there was too many Red Flags and the Woman on the Phone was very Rude. Avoid all all costs. Would not recommend staying with this company.

We checked out of our apartment on 31st May. The company emailed me to confirm we had left the property in a good clean condition and we would have our full deposit returned to us. So far we have not received the deposit back in our account, I've sent two emails to ask for an update and had no response. At this stage, I'd just appreciate someone getting in touch with me as it's common courtesy to respond to your customers.

They took my money for a booking, let me travel with my young family from down south and then cancelled my booking at 7pm. With us standing OUTSIDE the empty apartment that we had paid for because they couldn't get a hold of me that day to take a safety deposit. I work on roofs so can't answer my phone. I offered to pay the following morning but was told it was now canceled. Shocking Behaviour to a family that had travelled to glasgow and had paid for the apartment. It has ruined our whole weekend and we are now going home early. Shocking company, keep well away!

Excellent stay in Edinburgh. Apartment was in Princes Street with a fantastic view of the castle and within walking distance of all landmarks and retail outlets. Immaculate apartment and very modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Royal Mile apartment with roof terrace on top floor. Views were outstanding. Every amenity you could wish for. Will definitely use again.

We've just had a wonderful stay with Destiny Scotland. They were exceptionally helpful.
We stayed in a 2 bed apartment in Hanover Street. The apartment was absolutely lovely and the views were incredible. It was the perfect spot to explore Edinburgh — overlooking Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh.

Amazing company! Handled the pandemic cancellations better than I could have ever expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be booking with them as soon as we are able to travel again. Thank you so much!

Lovely apartments, stayed in Flat 4, a lot of stairs, didn't bother us, could be a hindrance to some but you can request lower or upper floor. Fantastic location for access to everything in Edinburgh with trams and taxis a 5 minute walk. Considering the location it was very quiet. Wish we had had a little more time to relax and enjoy the accommodation. Thank you, we will hopefully be back.

Had a great stay last night at Glassford St. Glasgow. Lovely apartment, great facilities and amazing location. Would highly recommend.
