We spent our golden wedding anniversary there fantastic place also very good 👍for disabled people.

Good size rooms in a quiet location. Has either a side sea view or a lake view from bedroom. Excellent choice of meals good breakfast with a good bar and lounges.

Food was lovely and very generous portions. Service was very friendly and efficient. Parking and accessibility is perfect for the not so mobile and the venue is spacious clean and comfortable with nice views. Pricing is very reasonable too. Great place to meet up for lunch, remember booking is required. We enjoyed it very much, thank you.

We had our 1st Christmas since losing my mum at the hotel, the food was amazing, lovely family atmosphere and the service from all was spectacular, I must say an extra special thank you to Rachel Gilbert who looked after me and my daughter when we had an emotional moment and going out of her way for my family the entire time we were there, we look forward to coming again next year xxx.

We just had our Christmas party there could not fault the staff who were amazing, the place was decorated lovely the disco was ace the big let down was the food, it was all what seemed frozen bought in food the starter was very bland the main was ok but thought a lot of it was either frozen or packet mix, we had to ask for cranberry sauce even though it was a Christmas dinner and the sweet was hard base pastry and cherries was definitely a tin or frozen we all were not impressed but we all enjoyed the disco x.

We would not have stayed here if we knew our room was going to be directly above ridiculously loud music until 12am.

Went to the Ramsey Park Hotel for a lovely lunch with friends. Received excellent service and staff were very attentive. Food was delicious. Will definitely go back again soon.

Afternoon tea Three friends have just been for afternoon tea the food was delicious the staff and our waiter Barry was absolutely fabulous great customer service and everybody thoroughly enjoyed the food Everything was very well organised did not have to wait for anything Well done Ramsey Park Hotel.

Had a big family lunch at the hotel today. There was about 25 of us! Food and service was lovely. Definitely recommended.

Had a meal last night, the menu is not great, no lamb, beef, burgers, salad, infact very few dishes. Food was mediocre and not the quality we have had previously. Very disappointed.

A massive thank you to all the staff for their help today with our son’s christening! The food was lovely — it disappeared in no time and the staff were very helpful with getting things just right! Everyone had a great time — we will definitely be back! Thanks.

A huge thank you to the staff at the hotel for a tremendous night, last night. The service was fantastic, the food was gorgeous and the atmosphere and entertainment was brilliant. There wasn't any food left on the plates at all. Thank goodness for the function room … we know where we'll be going in future.

We would like to thank all the staff last Sunday for there great service and food for our sons Christian everyone commented what a great location to hold a Christianing. The food selection was out of this world and the staff could not do enough to make it a perfect day for our Liam Jonathan Gregory-Quine.

Just stayed and had a great time. Nothing like some of the previous reviews… lovely staff, fabulous rooms, food great (we had breakfast and lunch. Would definitely stay again. If you book online you get a £5 voucher towards food/drinks.

With regard to the Mind Body & Spirit Evening heldin the newely built function room at Ramsey Park Hotel. I've not said much about it apart from how nice the place is and what a wonderful function room they have, but their staff need a great deal of praise for the way they handled the event from start to finish. The co-operation and assistance was superb and we look forward to working with James, Barry, Katrina and their staff in the near future.

Visiting the Ramsey Park food was so much better than previous reviews suggest, stayed for dinner and thought the menu was great, service was quick and friendly and when the food arrived it was presented lovely and tasted amazing, prices were very reasonable too! Will be back to try their Sunday lunch as heard it's not to be missed! Compliments to the chef & serving team, a vast improvement.

I stayed in January and it was very relaxing, lady on reception was very helpful, evening meal was very good.
I did enjoy the breakfast, I got down early to avoid the usual rush at 10am.

Have just got back from lunch at the Park Hotel service was terrible, had booked for 12:30 arrived slightly early but still waiting for them to ask if we wanted drinks 15 minutes later, eventually asked what drinks we would like but no menu was offered eventually fetched our own, waitress bought drinks then dissapeared after being there 40 minutes we got hold of her to ask when she would take our food order, we waited ages for the food which was not nice when it came soggy veg, (broccoli was unrecognizable as that as just mush) gravy was a joke just brown coloured water no taste at all and literally the consistency of water, disgusting, roasted vegetables in vegetable and feta wrap were not cooked let alone roasted, chips over cooked looked like fryers were well over due cleaning, all in all horrible, infact two people who were there waited so long for their meal they asked if the chef had gone to catch the fish. Sorry to say this as the hotel with it's new additions is beautiful but the issue of the restaurant really needs addressing the amount of time we waited to be served, and receive our food and then the quality of it when we got it was disgusting this hotel should be one of the jewels in Ramsey's crown but it definitely needs a lot of improvement.

The food on 2 occasions was not good. The 2 floor staff were very polite and helpful bit the food was not good.

Friday night's Super Cars S9 American dining was excellent. The Sous Chef overseeing things is clearly an asset to the hotel, the food, freshly made that day was also excellent and the new extension is a fantastic facility for the Island. Well done.

Lovely room nicely decorated nice and quiet. Staff very friendly breakfast was a lovely experience and as soon as a table was finished with staff were there to get it clean and sorted for the next guests. Very lovely experience.

Very pleasant visit during TT races. Food was very nice and very well priced. 2 meals for 13.00.

Great location and friendly staff. Only downside is the current building works for the extension to the hotel, but this is a temporary issue. Also well placed for the unrestricted mountain section of the TT course.

We were woken up by slamming doors during the night and also by the adjoining building site at 8.10 am. We advised reception and complained to Late Rooms but they didn't have the courtesy to respond.

Visited on Friday for the warming winter treat, staff lovely, food excellent tasted great and lots of it, we had lamb kebab skewers & garlic chilli prawns for starter followed by the sea bass with the best dauphinois potatoes and greens & chocolate cake with chocolate sauce & ice cream for dessert, lovely canapés and a glass of Prosecco, full English for breakfast that was tasty and huge, the room was comfortable and clean, would highly recommend for a evening/night out.

The restaurant had zero atmosphere. There was a piano that wasn't being used… Staff would refer to you as guys… Certainly not trained to a 4 star standard. Rooms are very basic. Book clean and tidy.

Great service from the moment we walked in the door after 9 hours walking! Room spacious and beds comfortable. Dinner excellent, generous portions and high quality.

We always come here when visiting the in laws in Ramsey, food is always amazing, the food are always large portions well presented so tasty very good value for money and the staff are always so friendly, this Sunday we had Sunday lunch, lamb followed by sticky toffee pudding, and after being entertained by the guy on the piano it was a nice touch by the owner to say hello, shows how nice and friendly the staff are. Highly recommended and will go again every time we go over to the Isle of Man…

I had a birthday celebration on Friday evening at the Park. The table was set up and the food arrived soon after we sat down, hot and on time. The girls serving were just amazing as usual. Julie attended to our every need and all the staff were very kind and professional.
The room was spotless and we had a rain free walk around the park after breakfast… all of our guests enjoyed the food and as always the staff were fantastic … cannot recommend highly enough.

Just had meal, overnight stay and breakfast (Feb 13th 2017). Lovely food and great service from very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and the special deal offer was fantastic. We will be back :) a must stay!

Fantastic hotel, slightly outside the centre of town, but more than worth it for the views & negligible ambient noise in the evening. Staff were brilliant & more than happy to help with any queries, even going out of their way to make sure our toddler was as happy a guest as we were. We would definitely return here & recommend other to stay.

Went for a family celebration meal, party of 10. Had to order our meal two days in advance. We asked for more buns, the waitress responded with the comment that she had already given extra buns to the people at the other end of the table and that there was a party of people behind us who would need buns. She brought us three! The food was not appetizing, one member had the lasagne and was ill on the way home. Another member had to return the steak as it was"off" The vegetables tasted preheated, possibly the reason for the two day advance notice. Very disappointing.

My husband took me for a meal for our wedding anniversary, expecting it to be nice, how wrong was he it felt like we were eating in the foyer, my husband was disappointed with his starter and when his main came it was dry and processed it wasnt very tasty for pork, mine was ok but u cant really go wrong with what I ordered, VERY DISAPPOINTING for a hotel I have had better meals at budget hotels for a lot less money will never go again.

Great hotel, brand new! Staff were very enthusiastic and our stay went smoothly. Nice location too with great sea views. Would highly recommend.
