We have just got home from our lovely long weekend at Tyn Rhos! We were a party of 2 couples, each couple having booked a lovely, clean, and cozy room for 2 nights. We dined in the hotel restaurant on our first night and, I can only speak for myself, but it was the best meal I’ve ever had. First class food and service! Our full welsh breakfast in the morning was also very tasty and filling. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tyn Rhos as a place to stay and eat. Thank you for looking after us.

Service is great, the food was very tasty, you can easily relax there.

A hidden jewel placed in the rural area near caernarfon. Amazing food, perfectly made cakes and serene views will put you in a good mood for the rest of the day. Highly recommended.

Fabulous staff magnificent food.

Fantastic food. Staff are friendly and competent. The setting is lovely and the hotel was a nicely placed for Anglesey and Snowdon.

Restaurant had some of the best food I've ever tasted and the views were to die for, I'd come back any day.

Have been coming here for several years with work, but when you visit on your own account you realise how much effort goes into making the experience so good! The food is excellent but the welcome is warm and heartfelt.

Lovely! Ty'n Rhos is all around lovely! From the moment we walked in the door the first night we were made to feel welcome and at home. I was part of a large group that came to the area mostly to sight see and some were doing genealogical research. The staff anticipated our needs and desires and were always ready to offer their services and knowledge of the area to us. They certainly went above and beyond to accommodate all of us.

Lovely hotel, attentive staff, beautiful room in which you couldn't want for anything & tastefully decorated. Breakfast superb!
Our only gripe was that we thought the meal was expensive, though good quality there was limited choice & I only wanted one course, but the option was 2 or 3 courses. I choice a liqueur coffee in place of a desert; £30 for main meal & a coffee I thought was steep! I was also disappointed when I ordered the coffee which the menu stated came with petit fours, when I was brought a tiny saucer with a chocolate coffee bean & a piece of Turkish delight! (petit four is a small bite-sized confectionery or savoury biscuits, eg baked meringues, macarons, and puff pastries)
