Absolutely brilliant place to stay, the host was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave great advice on trips, also in the town where to eat and drink etc. Rooms were very clean breakfast was lovely.

Brilliant place to stay. Ideally located in Dolgellau. The cottage has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing holiday and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful B&B, owners very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and large. Breakfasts were good with all local produce. Would definitely stay again when in mid Wales.

Stayed here the night before Bala tri. Lovely room with ensuite. Owner got up early so my wife and I could have a decent breakfast before racing. Really appreciated that. Will definitely be back whether I'm racing or not. I highly recommend this b&b.

Lovely room and a warm friendly service, unfortunately some inconsiderate fellow guests spoilt our first night a little but our second night was great. Brilliant breakfast.

Stayed in this B&B over the Easter Weekend and I have to say we were more than happy. It is a beautiful place and has recently been refurbished by the new owners in keeping with it's Georgian roots. Our bedroom (The kingsize) was perfectly decorated and so very, very clean in both the bedroom and the bathroom. There were little things that made it feel so welcoming. Fresh milk in your own fridge (room for a bottle of vino too), soap, shampoo, conditioner and showergel. Plenty of hanging space (a huge wardrobe) and lots of hooks. There never seems to be enough in some places. The owners were very friendly and put on a great breakfast. Homemade yoghurt and jams and, if you wanted it, the full works. All beautifully done with silver teapots and lovely old style crockery not your bog standard stuff. Would really recommend this place to anyone wanting to chill or venture onto the hills, you'll get a great nights sleep either way as it is so peaceful and quiet and the mattress we had I am sure the princess would never have noticed if she'd had a pea underneath it!

I rarely complete these feedback forms, but I must say it would be an injustice to the owners of Plas Gwyn if I failed to do so. We stayed for two nights and have now booked for a further week in June, so now I can tell you about it! Beautiful old house tastefully decorated, spotless, high standards, everything you need and more. The big bonus when we go back in June, when parking is a nightmare, they have their own private off road parking and it's a very short walk to the town centre. We only had a continental breakfast but those having a full Welsh seemed to be more than satisfied. A great place to stay.
